Terrible place, do not believe the pictures you see on websites.
Extreme dirty, bad staff

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and affordable stay.

My stay at Treebo Trend Greenwood Hotel was a bit underwhelming. The room didn't meet my expectations given the price, as it lacked certain amenities and felt somewhat outdated. The real disappointment was the breakfast - the taste was quite disappointing. While the staff was friendly, these aspects affected my overall experience. With some improvements in the room quality and breakfast options, this could be a better stay for future guests

It a basic no frills hotel.
The service needs to improve to make the experience better for guests.

I recently stayed at the hotel for 10 days and I was impressed by the affordable rates and excellent service provided. Manager Jibu was extremely helpful and available whenever we needed assistance. The hotel's proximity to Manipal Hospital was convenient for our medical visit. While the breakfast could have more variety for foreigners, the tea was delicious. On the other hand, room service offered a wide range of options. The hotel also provided affordable airport taxi service and hassle-free currency exchange. Overall, it was a great stay with good value for money.

I had a great experience in this hotel.

Room service and support was excellent. Good behaviour of hotel management and staffs. Clean and hygienic rooms. Go for it.

And especially the location is great.

Hotel staff are very polite and quick to respond. We are very much satisfied with the deal that we had got.

Overall a pleasant stay.

Rooms are not same as shown in photo. Sanitation is not proper, rooms are smelly and there is persistant smell of cigarette inside the rooms

It was a pleasant stay there. We booked 2 rooms for great price. But one room was not getting hot water that time. Small n sweet room.no parking space.only one at a time l guess. Food was ok ok

I was okay with the rooms. However, I had seen a Dog tied that kept on barking on a residential terrace 2 blocks away from the Hotel.
I had posted this picture on FB to see if anyone can help. Many names and Faces were ready to get the dog rescued or at least counsel the family.
A cop visited this place.but the Cop said the hotel has denied to provide any assistance and are not ready to help or even allow for a few minutes in the same room from where I clicked the pic.

And later I realised.the staff is not really helpful.

Room was pretty small. Mangable. Complimentary breakfast could have been better. The good thing is that it has a South Indian restaurant right opposite that makes up for it

Hotel boys are good and they are polite. But the rooms are not clean, they have to improve the service. For the price, they have to maintain the cleanliness. Washrooms are decent, beds and bed sheets are not clean, shelves are waste. Literally they have to maintain the cleanliness and service

Hotel is inside from main road around some 200meter walking distance. The hotel is not having kitchen so no lunch/ dinner available. However hotel is having Udupi restaurant rIght in front of the hotel. Where are you can have a many options of veg food. Hotel Is serving breakfast in the morning but quality and taste was not adequate. Staff was co-operative, hotel was clean. Overall average stay.

Fans keep creaking, remotes don't work, faucets keep leaking, rooms too basic and lousy customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all

Good hotel near leela palace. If u get this room without breakfast option so book that because opposite to hotel, there is udupi restaurant which is pure veg & very good. Hotel staff is good. They provide twin bed only in ground floor room. Else it's a king size bed & they provide 1 extra bed. Complementary breakfast is okay okay type. U get limited option but quality is okay. In short, a good budget hotel in the locality. Rooms are clean.

Stayed for 6 nights. Clean room, Free wifi, friendly staff. They cleaned the room every day and were very helpful in making travel arrangements for us, etc.

There were a few hiccups. We were two people staying in one room. Had to request for an extra towel every day because they kept keeping one after cleaning.

Ideal place to stay with family. Good place to persons coming a long way for treatment at Manipal Hospital at HAL old Airport Road
