Great location, well furnished rooms, glass wall of the room increase the ambience of the property, neat and clean rooms, far away from city, no disturbance, very peaceful, we enjoyed our vacation, will comeback again.

We did have a good stay with a great view of the coffee plantation. I would suggest you take rooms in the new block rather than the old one. Very helpful staff. The choice of breakfast is limited. Bed linens were not clean, it had bed bugs droppings which we only noticed on the day of check-out.

We stayed in the wooden cottage on the first floor.
Rooms were apt for the price point and the type.
However, the problem with the rooms were the bathroom which were stinky due to lack of ventilation.

Service was very good. It's not a restaurant so you won't get a menu. What you'll get is home cooked food with option of Veg or Non veg. Food was quite good though.

Location - it's in the midst of a coffee farm and the view will just blow your mind. The photos don't do justice of how beautiful the place actually is.
The place is however, easy to locate on the map and one has to be very careful while driving as the road is very narrow, the slope is very steep.

Apart from the wooden cottage they also have decent rooms made up of concrete building, of which only the ground floor is functional. The top floor is still under construction and I believe once it is done, all the problems with the wooden cottage- smelly bathrooms, no sound proofing, will go away.

Also, since you are staying in midst of a forest area, be prepared for Insects as well. We found a giant spider sitting on the toilet seat. The cottage staff was quite helpful in this case and acted promptly.

Amidst of coffee estate, location is awesome, room is wooden floor & glass doors, clean and neat.

Nice, can describe it as sasta estate experience. Thier normal wall rooms are better than wodden ones.

Please don't have your meals or breakfast there. Staff is polite and nice but they will change the perception you have about coorgi food. They server some oily food which is bland and but is only boiled.

The Stay was really good, I really liked the service and Sagar hospitality was excellent, Thank you Treebo team for the excellent holiday.

It was a beautiful stay in between the forest. The way to enter is unique surrounded by greenery. Hot water is available 24 hours, food service is great and tasty local food you get. Quick services.

Fantastic weather and the stay. People are so humble and dedicated. Worth for the money. Hospitality by Sagar and kanchi are heartwarming. Staying in the middle of coffe plantation - words are less to describe.

The rooms are cozy n have beautiful view of coffee n peppers plantation, staffs are cooperative, cleanliness is good. Highly recommendable.

Rooms were not worth the money. Looks like a temperory set-up. No basic facilities like a good complementary food. It was from a nearby very local shop, which was a horrible experience. Found a scorpion, cocroaches n spider in the bathroom

Photos are deceptive. No amenities. No TV. Damp washroom. Old towels. No fridge in the entire property to keep insulin for diabetic patient

Overall experience is good. Rooms are clean and service is very nice.they have provide good breakfast everyday.

Worst experience.no proper communication.if u reach at night like after 9 oclk, u will be helpless, nobody will pick ur call.unclean room, bed and blankets.bad smell.only outside coffee plantation view is good.

Old wooden cottages shown in the photos we under repair at the time of my visit. In the place of cottages rooms with glass and good views are constructed.location is very good in between coffee plantations but the rooms lack privacy due to all rooms are like hostel rooms side by side.service is so good and food will be delivered on order wifi is good and hot water is available generator backup is there in case of power failures.don't expect 5 star city like food facilities in remote locations.go and enjoy the nature that's it.

Loved the stay at treebo trip jammabane! Loved the morning breakfast. Beautiful coffee plantations surrounding the property.

This place is ij coffer estate. Good location. But the service is pathetic.
Don't go there if you are with kids and family

- Rooms were not that so good.
- Many insects in the bathroom.
- Mosquito

Others:
Though it was near to the main road but location was out of the city; roughly around 9km one way. So everytime we had to book a auto/cab to go to any place. It's was not a problematic for us because we're in the group.

Peaceful place to stay with family. No services for food have to get it and no access to delivery. Can experience a nice plantation experience.

The service is commendable and excellent. The view is to die for, and the rooms are beautiful and well maintained.

While i was booking i called up treebo and asked them to book a room in 1st floor glass window which was standard room, but they told me that all the rooms are called delux only and booked.
I called them up again 2 times regarding the confusion between standard and delux room but they told me it is the same. After me reaching the cottage owner told me that delux rooms are ground floor and standard rooms are 1st floor. And treebo had booked me for ground floor room
I called treebo and spoke to them and they told me that they had no idea about this standard and delux room and i had to get struck with the ground floor room. They did not help me in anyway and put me on hold for 20 mins.
The owner Mr. Promadh was very helpful and patient. He assured that i got the 1st floor room in like half an hour. Only because of the owner we got the room which we wanted.

Wonderful stay. The location is good and in nature. However, they don't have any in house kitchen but they will provide food if you ask them. Room is 4 star as there were lot of insects

Overall it was a good experience. And special thanks to Mr pramod for guiding us in all possible ways.

We booked deluxe rooms in treebo jammabane cottages from 15 April 2022 till 17 April 2022. But initially we where provided standard rooms instead of deluxe rooms as soon as we reached the location.

We confirmed with the treebo customer service at the time of booking that the wooden rooms which are placed one above the other and has wall mounted fans are the standard ones and the rooms which are concrete ones with ceiling fans are the deluxe rooms.

We spoke to the property manager and was told by him is that all those rooms are deluxe. If that is the case I would request the property manager to clarify the same with treebo aswell. Some how after lot of conversation we where given the concrete built rooms which has ceiling fans.

Wall mounted fans are of no good as the climate was quite humid because of personal experience.

So it's a request to the traveller's to confirm the same with property manager before you visit.

We where told that they can provide puri sabji, idlinand dosa. But when we order puri sabji. It was pattal which might be local cuisine and it was hard to chew. So, please confirm with care taker before the order is placed for complimentary breakfast.

Excellent service by the friendly, enthusiastic and warm caretaker.
Only downside is the terrible approach road and a few issues with low lighting in the top rooms.
Also, be prepared to be confronted with some large insects, though that is part of the jungle experience.
All in all, a must visit place.
Onsite food option would be great too.
Looking forward to visit soon!

Worst service till date. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE
1. Breakfast - they served some 2 small Puri with tasteless curry. They have charged 350 per person for breakfast. Total waste of money.
2. Rooms - They don't even keep towels, forget about toiletries. You need to ask for every small thing. Don't have anything other than bed.
3. Price - Over priced with no service and exp. Would not recommend anyone to come.

We both are staying 3 days price also reasonable and atmosphere also excellent. Maintenance also good. Easy to approach to all tourist place coorg. Thanks for your wonderful service

The cottage looks exactly as in the pictures and is set in a coffee estate. It’s quite isolated and surrounded by greenery. The manager/host was very hospitable and helpful. It is a little far from the town so it’s better if you have your own vehicle (or rent one) if you wish to travel around.

There is only one cottage like this rest all are rooms with glass door. Which is not displayed on any website. You get a different room as there is no availability
