Treebo Trend New Redfern

The stay was overall a good experience. I enjoyed with my family. The rooms are neat and clean, everything was very accessible and the staff were very helpful in our needs.

Good experience and overall good customer care. Neat and tidy rooms with good view, would recommend anyone wanting a holiday stay at this place.

I recently made a reservation for 4 rooms with early check-in allowed for a family vacation in Coorg.

Unfortunately, our bus arrived two hours earlier than expected and we were denied the rooms we had reserved. As a family with kids, we were exhausted and in need of some rest. After a long negotiation, we were able to secure only one room to refresh and to take a nap before our tour in Coorg.

The hotel management could have been more accommodating given our circumstances, especially since we had made reservations with early check-in allowed. We were disappointed in the hotel's lack of understanding and willingness to help us.

Also, I highly recommend that future guests double-check with the hotel management regarding early check-in policies. Overall, our experience at Treebo New Redfern was not great due to the issue.

The room was clean and exact as mentioned in the pictures. But there was no proper receptionist in the hotel. So you have to wait a little longer to get the receptionist in touch.

Nice and comfortable rooms. Ideal location in Madikeri. Could improve on the service. They have restaurant above where good food is available. But morning breakfast is not good. Need to improve on the variety and taste.

Service-1/5 they don't even help you with cutlery or proper extra bedding
Rooms-2/5 Very tiny rooms where a 6'1'' person will probably touch ceiling if he/she jumps

Best value for money hotel in coorg! I can say that without a doubt.
Rooms is small but has all necessary amenities, clean washroom, nice odour in the room, feels refreshing when you check in. This is by far the best budget hotel I have stayed in. Cheery on the cake here! The Delicious and yummilicious out of the world breakfast! I know I am rating so much but this is an honest review of my stay. I travel a lot! Book with free breakfast plan in your stay and just get lost in the taste of it.

I don't know how Treebo got attached. Very small rooms and also it's an open restaurant people from outside can also have food. There is no generator/Ups in the Restaurant so if the power goes away you will have to wait for your food. Parking is limited and the Bathroom has some height from the floor of the room so you will have to take a small step so for elders whoever has knee pain might be tough.

Worst experience at treebo madikeri very unprofessional, rude and money minded staff charged me extra 500 for early check-in thought its already mentioned on website early check-in free

It would been a great stay if the owner of the property was welcoming, as a rider felt we were not welcomed to his property!

Room was not cleaned. Had mald on wall and spider web on corner indicating it was not cleaned for some time. I had not axpeted this from treebo.

Hotel is good. But never book a solo room which is very small and not a good option. Treebo has a good name, not sure how they allowed it here.

A basic hotel in the town center. Madikeri fort is 5 mins, temple is less than that. Restaurant was ok. Spread was not too much but the taste was good. Reception did try to help whenever asked. RO in the common area and you can fill your empty bottles there, to his definitely helped avoid some more plastic use.

The best Hotel in Coorg. The rooms were sparkling clean and neat, the hosts were perfect. They took the best care. They very extremely helpful. The best part of the stay was the food, literally like home cooked food that tastes amazing.
