Worth staying here, firstly value for money, polite staff, perfect city centre location, huge parking area & clean rooms. Recommend for there best service.

Rooms are good and spacious enough, the only treebo location where I had complimentary breakfast buffet

The experience was not good. I made a booking for 3 persons and a extra bed. I was given a double bed room to accommodate 3 person in. A king size bed, which is not suitable for 3 adults and the mangement is justified me saying the the bed is 3 persons. The breakfast no variety. Only 2 types of breakfast and salty.

This hotel is very very very very bad. Please anyone person this hotel is not coming.service and maintenance very very poor.

Well maintained rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Good parking facility along with safety. Wifi was available. Complementary breakfast was provided and Breakfast was good! Well preferred for family and friends.
“Value for money” and It is located near central place of mangalore where all the attractions and tourists places are near by.

The rooms were good. Neat and clean and spacious too. Hot water was available in the room. AC was working too. However there was no wifi in the room. If though we asked twice to the staff but there was no response. The plug next to the bed was not working. They should check all this before giving a room. Parking space is available.
There was hardly any option for buffet breakfast. So better take the only room option. The location is pretty good. You can get nice hotels near by to have breakfast lunch or dinner. We tried Taj Mahal for breakfast and Machli for dinner. And you can try Pabbas for ice cream

Ants in the bed, left with bites all over back. Mirrors looked to have never been wiped and scum all around toilet faucet and shower tiles. The older man (Prakash) on reception was gruff and rude. Disappointed. Not like other Treebos I've stayed in

Very bad breakfast, staff is arrogant, they don't provide proper service since they don't have restaurant.

Very poor attitude of reception and customer care. They just didn't know how to handle a special request and asked me to use drivers quarters. Pathetic. If I could give zero star I would.

Parking not possible for the mini buses need to pass through narrow road. Room is good, service is good

Stayed here during visit to Mangalore… excellent location of the hotel at city centre. Tidy, comfortable rooms and facilities, polite staff and excellent Value for money with breakfast being part of the package. Definitely top choice for future visit to Mangalore.

The only thing they need to improve on is their breakfast menu! I objected to the menu items with my reasons on the first morning of our stay and the chef did make changes during our stay!

Treebo Trend Pappilon Palace is suitable for a quick stop over for a day. Price is reasonable. It is clean. We stayed for a night at Mangalore as we had to catch the train the following day. The complimentary breakfast is a simple one with options like dosa, bonda, bread, juice, coffee, tea. Works well for a short stay. There was 24 hrs hot water for bath.

1. This hotel building is interior. For most rooms, you cannot open the windows as the neighboring buildings are too close and their windows are facing yours. We stayed in the standard AC room. But the AC was not working. The repair guy came, but he could not turn it ON. After couple of minutes, he just said to turn it ON after 5 mins and left. It still did not work of course. I knew the AC is conked in room 206 and I think even the hotel people knew that. I used the fan and slept. But was worried as there was no fresh air coming in. You cannot open the windows as there are mosquitoes.

2. Another issue that I faced was that the spring inside the bed was hurting my back. The sponge layer had become very thin. The bed must be quite old. I had to place another blanket on top of it to sleep comfortably.

3. Be careful of the lift door. The sensor does not work all the time. Even if we keep the hand on the lift door to keep it open, it does not recognize it. My 7 year old niece had the scare of her life when it banged into her shoulders. She was not hurt thankfully. The porter was trying hard to find the right spot to keep the door open.

Hotel is ok ok.worst part is there cancellation policy and there customer service.first of all it is difficult to connect to customer service

Very basic, not even clean bedsheets, need renovation, the toiletries are also basic.
Only the location is good in city centre. Not recommended for families. But it is good if u want to stay only for 01 night and want to be in city at a very low price

Stayed here in December 2021 for a couple of days. I was able to book a room with almost no difficulties, despite the fact that most of the hotels around were booked out.

The rooms were clean enough, but the bathroom does require some additional maintenance.

The complimentary breakfast is ok, and I’m sure they can do a lot better in the range and quality of food offered. The seating for the complimentary breakfast is on the top floor, offering ample seating.

While there is enough space to park cars, I had to take the side entrance that is narrow enough for one and only one car to drive through. The main entrance was being renovated. Hopefully that’s completed now.

Only suggestion is that the Hotel should tie up with a local good quality restaurant for food purpose instead of just asking visitors to order from Zomato - Swiggy.

Decent for an overnight stay over with all the major facilities & good for a budgeted visit.

Not adhering to Treebo standards. Good location close to the heart of the city and breakfast was good.

Bit cleanliness is a serious concern

Comfortable clean room, super central location, very friendly staff and management, easy commuting options, normal breakfast.
Worth visiting again.
