Manager: Arunkumar - Difficult to deal with and cheated us.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this hotel and the Manager Arunkumar. My group had booked 15 rooms in advance, and the day before our arrival, the manager informed us that they couldn't accommodate us at the property we had booked. Instead, they insisted we stay at another property of theirs, which we found unsatisfactory.
The fact that they changed our reservation without prior notice was already frustrating, but what made matters worse was their refusal to provide a refund for the advance payment we had made. This left us feeling deceived and taken advantage of.
In the hospitality industry, trust and customer service should be paramount. Sadly, this hotel fell short on both fronts. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice and explore other options. Our experience was marred by poor communication, unmet expectations, and a complete lack of accountability.
Ultimately, our group's visit was tainted by this ordeal, and we left feeling cheated and undervalued as customers. A hotel's reputation is built on its ability to deliver on its promises, and this establishment clearly failed in that regard.
Room are good but the service and management is very worst.non capable manager.manager denied 15 rooms which we have booked 30 days earlier and not refunded the advance amount also.manager cheated us.never go to this hotel.no customer respect
Had below average experience. Not worth. You can get better hotel in this price range.
You have to ask them for room service, linen change, complementary water bottle etc. Even if 2 people are staying, they provide things only for one. AC doesn't work properly. Wifi keep disconnecting. Washroom flush does not work. They don't start Breakfast on time.
Worst experience ever.went for an marriage bathroom did not have lock had to use the bucket as a door stop, employees where soo rude, ac was not working and when called no one responded.worst experience ever in my life
Worst service, don’t suggest any one to even consider this place for stay. They don’t handover the ac remotes. No one at service desk. They don’t even clean the room immediately after the guests check out.
Very disappointed with the service. Room service very very poor. Unless you keep on calling them for 5 to 6 times they don't do anything. Even if stay is for 2 people, they give things only for one. That too just on the first day. One of the worst we have ever been to. They don't even provide milk powder and say it's out of stock. How careless that is!
Good hotel. Has good variety breakfast, includes Vada, idli, Puri, bread butter jam, egg, cornflakes, juice and tea coffee (Note- although breakfast timings are 730am to 10am, food items get over by 9am so better to go around 8am if u want all items without scarcity). Decent rooms with TV n AC. Has great WiFi.
Good rooms and toilets. A budget accommodation. I usually stay here as it is very close to my site where I need to visit regularly. Affordable tariff compared to the amenities provided.
Rude behaviour of the manager. False information given. Breakfast was complimentary but they were asking for charge. Bathroom ran out of water in morning. The receiptionist/manager didn't knew that clients are the ones because of which their business is running. Shud not misbehave with clients that too on clients anniversary.
Apart from the arrogant kid at reception seems like an average place to stay. Restaurant staff is particularly good. Just an okay place for short stay if you're in RR nagar.
Really bad experience, dirty linen, sticky floors, smelly bath rooms, air conditioner wasn't working, loose connection in the main electrical key switch, had to call the housekeeping twice in the middle of the night to help our room to get power so we could atleast use the fan. We took up this place for just one night as it was close to one of the event that we had to attend, but the this stay turned out to be a nightmare.
I advance paid and booked the hotel one day prior to check in but Hotel Manager denied to provide the room on booked rate. Hotel name displayed at property is Treebo Primeland but online it is available with name 'Global Suits. ' One can easily confused to find the hotel even while stand before the hotel. Overall, experience was not good with property manager as lots of time wasted to again find the another hotel and expense extra taxi fare.
HOTEL IS DAM GOOD. BEST IN CLASS, GOOD ROOMS, BUT ONLY THING IS BADLY MISSING IS ROOM SERVICE NO GOOD FOOD AT ALL. THIS HOTEL IS IN SOUTH AND THEY DNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO COOK DOSA, THEY HAD SERVED THE WORST BREAKFAST EVER.
Not that great place to stay. The rooms looks good which is completely furnished, but it was not dusted or sanitized before we checked in. They offer complimentary breakfast which was not at all good in taste with no options in breakfast items.
The most worst management I have ever seen they don't respect the customers. The Reception Lady Behaves like a local rowdy without any Manners. Please don't go to this Hotel at any Cost, I give ZERO stars to this hotel
