Property is an apartment, no car parking inside, rooms are okay, no intercom service

I was on a solo trip, needed a place around Hebbal. This place is in Sanjay Nagar. Review is keeping in mind that it's listed as 3 hotel in MakeMyTrip.
Pros:
Value for money.
Location.
Friendly receptionist.
Cons:
Check-in process was not smooth.
Bedsheet was not clean.
No proper toiletries.
AC was not working.
TV remote was damaged.
Overall expected better cleanliness.
