Clean sheets and decent bathrooms. They provide treebo shampoo and washing liquid. Carry your own if you prefer specific brands. Food was hot and a decent spread of idli vada pongal bread jam cornflakes.

Cons A/C does not have flap or auto airguider. Cold Wind blows on you directly. Bathroom doesn't have exhaust. Breakfast very bad and tastless. Dishes are not washed properly. Did not get wifi service, they mentioned OTP will come in mobile but never happened despite multiple follow-ups. Lady at reception rude behaviour, didn't care when mentioned about AC problem and cut the phone.
This place is very close to the malls and restaurants. The rooms are well lit, clean and big. The service is good. There is parking space if you have your own vehicle. The price is also reasonable. 1 star less because of the poor quality of the complimentary breakfast. The vadas were chewy and small. The dosas were smelling of heavily used oil. The sambar was too sweet and watery. The juices were artificial. Ony idly with chutney, watermelon tea and cofee were edible. Don't go for complimentary breakfast option. There are lot of other option s available nearby.
Worst possible experience! Very poor food.almost nothing in breakfast menu! Non cooperative adamant staff! Never ever choose this destination.you can go and sleep in a park nearby which is very pleasant! Total waste of money and time!
This hotel is at City centre and it's convenient to visit all the tourist places from here, the location is good and there are no words to explain Mysuru beauty. We 4 people stayed in a suit room and the complimentary breakfast was provided even that was good and rooms were specious and clean
The view outside is good, I got a room facing the road. The AC is very old and the lights were dull. The staff is very good and helpful. The breakfast is very good with lot of options.
It’s to bed they don’t have respect for guest my child age is 3 by mistakely follen medicine in bed they have charged 1000for this also bed day in Mysore in this hotel
We stayed here for two nights and were totally disappointed and appalled at everything this hotel has to offer. Right from customer service to basic room amenities, this hotel needs a complete revamp. To list a few of them: hot water doesn't work after 10 am in the morning (yeah, 10 AM you read it right), room walls are shabby, room keys and wifi keep getting blocked every now and then, shower head was broken, bed is almost broken, tv was not working (they had to replace the set top box). Basically everything in this hotel are broken or about to be broken. Only silver lining is the calm location. (Don't understand how some people have given this hotel high rating.probably fake reviews or those people haven't stayed in decent hotel ever.)
Good property but lacks some basic hygiene factors.for example linens are not maintained properly.same with the towels as well.front desk staffs are not very professional. Food is unreasonably expensive. The property is situated in a good location
The rooms aren't clean at all. Bathrooms are really dirty. No bottled water available at night. The breakfast menu was very bad. Cost were put of toothpaste, toothbrush.
Best rooms which we can stay without any doubt and we had a great stay over treebo spektrum spektrum Suites and has good ambiance and near to every place we can visit as well as there is an MALL near to room it is BM Habitat
It was my second visit to Treebo Trend Spektrum Suites - Hotel in Mysore. First visit was great and I was expecting the same but this time I have seen drastic change. Hotel condition: 1) Hotel rooms are not maintained well. Walls are looking like railway station. 2) Bathroom is very unclean and not maintained the way it should be. 3) Air Condition was not working properly. 4) Bed sheet, pillow covers are not clean. 5) Door lock is having an issue to close and open. You need to always push and pull with force. Staff: 1) Receptionist's behavior is not at all pleasant. She was not at all good at her work. Example: She allotted one room and when we entered the room I saw AC is broken and rooms walls is looking like railway station. Bathroom was also very tacky. Immediately, when I approach for other room she said " we started using this room she cant help it" but when I said we saw the room for 5 mins and came down how come you can say we are started using this room? After that we had to wait for half an hour to get other room. Other room condition was little better than the first one but overall its not worthy enough to pay decent amount per day and get that service.
City like Mysore, where you have plenty of options, this hotel needs to improve a lot now. Earlier it was superb and my experience was very good. But this time I am disappointed with overall everything.
Guest room are ok worth for the tarrif but the restorent is extremely poor quality of food and service, the breakfast is pathetic the staff totally unaware of any ethics This hotel is not for decent people.
Dont stay here. Lots of cockroaches. Treebo washes there hands after your book room from their website. One of the worst hotel in mysore. Pathetic Maintainance arragont staff and front desk. Cockroach running all over and even on the eating plates too. Plz be careful. DONT BOOK TREEBO HOTELS AND SPECIALLY THIS HOTEL " TREEBO SPECTRUM COMFORTS SUITES. They are not fit even for 1 star
It's ok for a single night stay with family. Location - it is near a mall and in a residential area. There are couple of good eateries and ice cream joints at walkable distance. Its a calm area. Hotel building-. Rooms have a damp smell and could have been maintained better. Hotel would be better off with some renovation. Parking- Basement parking as well as a ground opp hotel is used for parking.
Rooms: Room is just about ok Bathroom is small. Toiletries are bare minimum. Shower fittings and bathroom floor looks old and need maintenance. Bedsheets didn't look that clean.probably old. Kettle and water bottle provided in room. Food: Average quality. Complementary breakfast- idli sambar chutney/ bread butter jam/ vada/ cornflakes/ tea coffee/ 1 juice.
Restaurant food -. Not that tasty. Butter chicken tasted like Chicken from Chinese menu put in makhani gravy!
No emergency lights in room and back up takes few minutes. Unfortunately; during our stay-water supply and power stopped suddenly while kids were bathing. We had to use mineral water bottle to wash off the soap and use mobile torch to illuminate the washroom! Water supply n power was restored in few minutes.
Housekeeping services are minimum- we could not get replacement coffee cups in the night -11 pm even on request. May be their kitchen was closed? (Our used coffee mugs could not be washed as we had gone out during the day) We asked for new cups but were told to wash our coffee cups in washroom and reuse. Overall; it's okay for a short stay but not worth the price we paid. Quite unlike a Treebo hotel
Rooms are good and clean but service needs improvement. Reported that shower is not working; Maintenance staff told it will not work. Reported to front desk; They told they will call me back but never called. No arrangement made for alternate room. Fortunately I had two rooms so shared the bathroom, Imagine the ordeal of person having one bathroom.
The food is wrost. Both North Indian and south Indian foods are bad. Worst greetings, no friendly atmosphere.if you are gonna stay in Mysorehotel last preference. Even through hotel rooms are neat and clean.how people greet you is important.the hotel staff won't even smile.they Don't even provide proper mineral water.
