Because of the rude behaviour. We have chosen the another hotel. Very bad behaviour. Specially in night time.

This is the most convenient place to stay - perfect from the location standpoint if you are visiting your office.

Rooms are well maintained and serve your basic needs well. It is not a luxury stay obviously but is enough to fulfil your basic requirements.

Breakfast options are also great but not a lot of options - again - whatever they served was good. But options were little less. All these will not likely concern majority of people.

It is a good stay option if your objective is to anchor your stuff in one place and have a lots to do around in Bangalore JP Nagar area.

Cute compact and tasty breakfast. Only problem is smokng smells in the room. They should prohibite customer smoking in balcony of the rooms

Amazing experience. Loved the service. Location was pretty convenient for me as my office location is the same. Clean rooms, no nonsense service, could order in multiple times from Swiggy without bothering about delivery guy's entry permissions. Sumptuous breakfast everyday. Definitely re booking for my next stay as well.

Very Pathetic. Only beds and bedsheets looks good other than that all are worst.
No proper AC. Due to this we troubled a lot.

Although receptionist are good to listen our problems but they can not solve the issues.

There is continuous construction in this property in the upper floor and zero customer service. The water bottles were opened and not new, the electric kettle was dirty and the linens were stained and dirty. The manager's behaviour was extremely rude, violent and abusive.
A waste of time and money, you will not find peace here at all.

Instead go for Treebo Trend Tierra Woods.

A really cozy accommodation. There is not much space but it’s cozy and I personally liked it. Clean rooms with room service. Food was really good.

But the property is not pest controlled, i found COCKROACHES AND SOME ANTS

The location is nice & so is the service but the room definitely needs some pest treatment for roaches the bath towels provided was having mud stains please check rooms and bathrooms need a deep clean

Service was very bad. I had booked a standard room for early check-in but when we arrived, all rooms were full. I will say, however, that they gave me a deluxe room for the same price as the standard room for the inconvenience. But the service overall was bad. It was raining when I entered the hotel, the staff made no attempt to help me with my many bags and they were quite reluctant to sympathize in many aspects. Most of the staff don't speak fluent English and this was a bit of a problem.

Stayed here for 4 days.
Standard of rooms is good. Wooden flooring. Centralized ac. Hot water 24 hours. No power cuts. People are very nice and helpful. No power cuts.
Cons: very slow wifi. Sheets did not seem totally clean. Toothbrush and other toiletries are not given unless asked. Cups are small. They need to add proper cups. Breakfast is limited but decent. Some rooms do not have toilet paper in the toilet. Some rooms have faulty doorbell.

Really nice room, it was small room but had all the required facilities in an intelligent way. Definitely worth the stay.

Compare to price it has a beautiful rooms
But maintainance is not up to the mark
Just for 200rs variation don't go for the small rooms ask for larger and with balcony. It would be more comfortable and romantic.
Staffs looks rude but they are not rude at all you have to communicate properly.
Just for 1700rs u will get a room like 3star hotel.

Extra 500rs was charged for early chck in.despite advertising that it's free. Room lights weren't in good condition

They need to improve the way they attend guests. Breakfast was cold and dry. The amount that they are charging is not worth it. 2 stars is for rooms.

Not upto customers request. They are not even considering customers request when in dire need. Better hotels to come up

Reception is not cordial. 4 th day of my stay no room cleaning may be bcoz I have paid in advance.

Good location. Room maintenance average. Breakfast service poor. Overall service level poor. Good restaurant in ground floor.

Room check in dates were not changed as spoken with the customer service. Arrived at 3am and checked out at 11.30am same day. Had requested an extra mattress which was not delivered. Had to pay extra 1000 INR for early check in when it was not my fault the date was not corrected. I only stayed there for 8 hours but was charged for 1 full plus 1000 extra. Absolutely ridiculously!
Receptionist was not friendly which was a huge discouragement.
The commode in the bathroom was unclean.
No breakfast was provided as mentioned in the package.
No parking facility. I made a huge mistake and I hope no one else will fall for this

Worst hotel and no cleanliness un healthy washrooms, no response from hotel team for the change in room.

Small and compact rooms suitable for businesses trips.good service and good hygiene.
Especially for covid conditions good cleaning services.

While the service was OK, there was no fan in the room, for some the room felt very cramped.

Comfy rooms, neat and clean. Good for transit / spend a night. Not recommended for long stay.food is very average.

Ok premium room. Nothing so special about room but staff were very helpful. TV with only free channels. Food from restaurant was quite expensive compared to nearby option. For food I will recommend Hotel Tandoor and Spices which is just 2 minutes away.

Staffs are very good. Location is good. Price is little higher. Same Breakfast menu should not be repeated everyday. WIFI should be improved. Need move TV channels.

The rooms are nice and neat. Breakfast is good for the amount we paid. But the rooms were not ready even when we went at 1.30 pm. (Check-in was 12 and advance amount was paid). We had to wait for 30 min. Corridors pots and stands were dusty.
Important point was.there was no fire safety. The steps are only till first floor.then the door that leads to ground floor is locked. So we have to take the elevator to ground floor. During fire crisis we can't go searching for keys which is with the owner who stays in the third floor and uses the first floor entrance.

Minimalistic yet contemporary rooms. Very clean and tidy. Staff is courteous. Breakfast may be improved, but not bad.

Only two items at breakfast. That also not good. Staff also not give proper answer. I face worst staff at this hotel

Very neat stay in Bangalore. Since civil works are being carried out some minor discomforts are to be Borne. In the cloudy and rainy season one can not get hot water in the early hours as water is prepared by solar water heater.
