Rooms are not good, their is no service at the room, and they are not providing kit and towels, more than two times you ask then only provide. Their is no Phone and Google pay at service desk. Hotels food not good and hygienic. Services is too delay you will wait 1 hr for get ur order. So I recommend don't stay for family.

Stayed here for 4days, the service they provided was so generous and the rooms are too good, it was bit expensive during the long weekend but they reduced the price later. Overall the experience was very good and I would recommend this stay

Reception people are not good, they don't know how to talk with people, rooms are not clean. The lady on the reception of restaurant was very rude.
We aked her to packed food she brought one newspaper and asked me to packed it the lady is so unprofessional.
Waste of money and time.

Worst hotel, no handwash in the washroom, telephone not working in the family room.
We complained but nobody came to fix the issue after repeated reminders.
We need to come down every time we need anything.

The worst part was in a complimentary breakfast they said that we can order only 1 item be it idli, dosa or puri sabji whatever though the food was good.

Good place to stay in chikmagalur very near to main center you can hire taxi with shashi, and driver mustafa is very good guy, for 1 day trip they charge 2.3k all places at one side are covered if you want there phone number ask me

Hotel is neat and clean. Only breakfast provided. No Dine in facility available in the hotel, no laundry service. Good for a night stay, not more than that

Best place to stay because of service and parking facilities and especially front desk guy chethan was very helpful he guided me very well about sightseeing places

The rooms are ok neat but the front desk staff are very arrogant.the long hair fellow yelled at us.he even got up and came out of the reception desk to yell at us and making hand actions.when we started recording this on mobile phone he changed his behaviour and kept quiet.he said I know the local politicians and told us that we won’t refund u can go to other hotels.all this started because of a small confusion in the number of people per room was 1.this was a small mistake made by Booking.com.even though it was a double occupancy room these two guys told only 1 person will be allowed in a room.this mistake was rectified by booking.com immediately. I showed them the updated msg.even then they didn’t check in and made us wait for 1.5 hours

The front desk staff are extremely rude especially the long hair fellow and the ear ring fellow.they refused to check in after online booking and yelled at us.they were talking nonsense by saying only one person should stay in one room.we were like are these people out of their mind? We were shocked at their arrogant and rude behaviour. I am very disappointed with these 2 baffoons sitting in the reception misbehaving with the guests.

Not bad! Rooms are not that spacious but not too small though. The complementary breakfast could have had better options!

The Vada in breakfast buffet is just out of the world! This makes you forget the other items in the simple breakfast menu. Best experience at a budget!

Rooms were not so clean.staff unresponsive, would not recommend this hotel.
Though one off case, once hot water was not avbl due to staff mistake, during our stay.
No restaurant, they arrange buffet breakfast from outside and that was good enough/okish. For other times you need to wait for longer delivery times for order from outside.

Clean, simple, basic hotel, located in the center of chikmanglur town.

Simply south indian buffet served for breakfast.

Decent hotel. Clean rooms and good staffs.

Few negetive things are
-The food is from the restaurant nearby and they deny the room service sometime.
-Wifi is not working most of the times.
-Very limited parking. Very difficult to park and takeout your vehicle.

Otherwise it's a very good hotel.

Overall staff response is good. Situated in heart of the city, every thing is available in walkable distance so we will get multiple options. Restaurant facility is stopped due to covid-19, morning breakfast is unlimited with selected dishes. Taste was good enough and money back experience here.
Importantly on daily basis you will get discounted price for booking.

Highly recommended to others. I'm eagerly waiting for my next visit.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Cockroaches in the room, toilet flush does not work, bathroom drain has a problem, and finally the guy with long hair is the reception is too rude with the guests. My advice is do not go to Treebo hotels.

I did not find a zero star.
First, staff is curt. Two arrogant guys sitting at the front desk (one with long hair) spoiled our day.
We had booked 4 rooms. We were 7 people. While booking, we made a mistake and booked for 4 people. The two guys refused to entertain us. We asked them what's the way out. They acted indifferent. They asked us to sort it out ourselves with Treebo. They could have helped us. But zero cooperation but full attitude.
We understand the mistake is technical, but instead of showing attitude, they could have been polite. We were talking among ourselves that we should look for another hotel when the guy hit back - go wherever you want, we don't need you, we have full occupancy. That's not the way to talk to customers especially after being arrogant to them after their long trip from Bangalore

Would never stay here again.

I had confirmed room with 50% payment done and had done web check in a day before.
When we reached, the hotel denied the room. The system shows booking against my name, but room was given to others probably at higher price.
The front desk was totally irresponsible and suggested us to search for some other hotel. They didn't even offer a glass of water, even to kids.

They just ruined our holiday plan.

The rooms are not at all clean. Our checkinnwas at 12 pm and they didnt clean the room till 4.00pm when we reached they opened the room for us and it was totally untidy. Neither sanitised nor cleaned after use by some other people. Therafter gave us another room and that too was in pathetic condition.

Their rooms and bath areas was good.

Not upto mark. Although Treebo communicated and confirmed on call early check in available post 10 AM we reached at 10: 20 AM still the front door guy was not ready to allow and after discussion and showing the mail he allowed. When we enquired about some places around Chikmagalur he had no idea of them. But on day of check out there was another guy who was helpful and gave us information for our travel to our next destination. Breakfast is got in from other place was cold by the time it reached our room.

If u don't have an online booking they won't even entertain u in d morning.we were in d middle of no where their receptionist simply asked us to search some other hotel nearby on ig road coz they won't allow us before there usual check in time.even we were ok for an early check-in payment.

Well maintained Hotel with good interiors. The restaurant was not operated, may be due to Covid situation. Good staff and plus point is it's located in the heart of the City.

Parking facility is improper for inhouse guests. For the party hall visitors, they don't have any proper parking facilities and negligence to the requests of guests makes it worst place to stay.
