One of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in Bangalore. The price looked affordable and the photos looked brilliant in the sites BUT as you enter the hotel you get a very shady vibe and the rooms are very stinky and the air conditioner does not work. The bedsheets had dirty stains and i had to get them immediately changed but still were not satisfied.

I left the hotel immediately.

Recommend you to not book this hotel without checking it once prior payment.

RUDE RECEPTIONIST WITHOUT ANY HUMANITARIAN CONCERN – HEARTBREAKING EXPERIENCE

I was shifting my flat (which is adjacent to this hotel), my 5 month pregnant wife and I wanted a place to sleep for a night since I moved all my furniture from my flat. My wife was suffering from health issues and sever backpain at midnight and I booked the stay through agoda and went to this hotel with her at midnight 12.30.

Since the hotel has given wrong mail ID to agoda, my booking was not appearing in Hotels system. The receptionist refused to accommodate us even after multiple requests and submitting the below proofs
1.my booking confirmation in Agoda App.
2.mail from Agoda,
3.on call confirmation from agoda customer care
4. Mail sent by agoda agent to the hotels revised mail ID as per my request in call.

I even offered Rs. 5000 as security deposit for the Rs. 2000 room (thought I have paid the full room rent online at Agoda) and gave my original ID proof which he can keep till booking get confirmed.

Despite all this, the rude receptionist made my pregnant wife wait till 1.30 at midnight at the reception. She was suffering from severe backpain and literally crying all this while sitting at reception. Finally we got room after the booking appeared in their system at 1.30 in the midnight.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY RUDE RCEPTIONIST LIKE THIS WHO DOESN’T HAVE EVEN A PINCH OF HUMANITY

THIS IS THE WORST RECEPTIONIST THAT I CAME ACROSS IN MY LIFE. I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT TAKES SOME ACTION OR GIVE A GOOD ORIENTATION AS TO HOW TO BEHAVE TO THE GUEST PROPERLY.

Bad service and illiterate and arrogant staff. Don't book if you don't want to spoil your banglore visit.

So we booked by mistake and immediately tried to call them but unable to connect with them however within 10 mins after making payment we made a call and asked to cancel it and refund the money but their response was about their stupid cancellation policy

Room is not clean. And the bed sheets are reused without cleaning. Front office is not customer friendly. Very poor behaviour also.not satisfied with the service

Nice place to stay in electronic city Bangalore.
Not much expensive and u will get a complementary breakfast.

Worst experience staying here. Agree that rooms were good and good hospitality but the blessings weren't cleaned. There were stains and hairs all over them

Pros: Rooms are spacious.

Staff is good and helpful and location is right in middle of Neeladri Road.

Many eateries at walking distance of 5 mins. A2B is just 2 mins walk.

Cons: Bedding and linen are very very old. Their whole lot needs immediate replacement.

Glasses provided in room were really bad and had marks all over. We never used them. They refused to replace them.

Overall it's a very basic hotel which you can opt for if you just need a room to stay. It's more like a basic lodge/guest house.

A avarage experiance. Little costlier than what we get in same price. Again depends on at what time I have visited.may be it was a pick time for them those days.

Room was good enough and spacious. Blankets could have been cleaner. No proper parking available at this hotel. Even that road side parking is all dug up. Breakfast is absolutely not up to the mark for what we have paid. Wardrobe and dressing area was good. Hot water was ok. Adyar anand bhavan restaurant is just beside which has good south indian breakfast collection.

This is a really good hotel with lots of amenities. They have a restaurant as well for any time food. The premises are secured by CCTV and vigilance accessories. WiFi is available, rooms are quite big and spacious. Hot water available for hot showers. Had a very good experience here. Happy with the services.

I want to review star out of 5 star, this hotel after staying 6 days.
I was stayed in this hotel and provided the accommodation by the company.
#1st day of my visit, they treated very well in the reception and enquired about my details, company and other details.
After that they have given me the room key which is provided and booked to me by the company.
One person taken me into the room and directed the way of using room and facilities that they are providing. Thank to that person.
I went to hotel in the evening and they provided the dinner, the dinner is from the restaurant which is belongs to that hotel but next building.
2nd I was stayed their only, I had my breakfast in the hotel restaurant with limited food. Food was good.
And lunch is also good.
Overall the food in the afternoon and night time is only fast food like noodles, veg biryani, veg palav, rice and samber.

Reception: they are like very friendly and take care persons. They will give the brief about facilities that they are providing.
Room cleanliness: they used to clean and check everyday in the room.
Food: over food is okay some times restaurant food is like less hot and spicy.
Drinking water: they will keep 2 bottles in the room everyday when they came to clean.
Nature: No natural air coming from outside beacuse some windows towards the other buildings.
Hotel Employees: Firstly I would like to say thanks to them, because they treated me very well.

Good hotel with no fuss. Value for money for the price. Also a couple of good eateries are near this hotel. So, if a cheap and clean place just to sleep is your requirement then this place is the best in the area.

Loved the hotel, the silence, the bedroom, the room service. The food was good. The best part of this hotel is the location - Niladri Nagar. It has so many restaurants, boutiques and bars, entertainment, salon near, even a pet hospital. I loved it. ️

Clam and quite place. Staff are very good and cooperative. Only breakfast is available. If you want to have lunch or dinner informed the kitchen staff well before to avoid any miscommunication.

They cancel the booking without giving confirmation and let you know once you are their in the hotel.

Pathetic staff, unhelpful and inconsiderate. They don’t even have a well functioning restaurant and will refuse for even basic requests like heating milk for your baby. If you ask them for plates, they will give you paper plates. If you ask them to replace unclean bedsheet, they will not do. Stay away from this hotel at all costs. All reviews are seem to be paid and ungenuine reviews as the experience has been the worst I have ever faced in any hotel across my lifetime.

Vikas.one of the most rudest people.no customer service what so ever.worst place to stay.the hotel is actually good.but staff like vikas will ruin all good places.i my self am in customer service but i have never ever met another a person like him.first sleeping at his job.secondly doesn't even know how to test a customer.worst experience ever.

The stay was good and the staff is very much supportive towards the customer service.
There is a restaurant in the hotel and their food is quite healthy and delicious one. One must try their special dinner, they have a wide variety of options too.
