Treebo Trip Akshaya Mayflower - Near IIM Bangalore

They said premium room for my family, but the room is very small, not worth for the money paid.they will say complimentry breakfast, pls don't boom this room, they give only idly and small vada daily.don't get cheated.treebo has spoiled it's name by having these type of rooms.we won't prefer or refer treebo anymore to anyone

An average hotel not doing any justirto treebo brand. The service is almost non existent. The room given to us was dusty as well as had fungus on the wall. After some discussion with the manager we were given an upgrade to a bigger and cleaner room. Breakfast on both the days was cold with minimum variety. Cost cutting was evident. Has max 2 secured parking spots.

Good hotel to stay.specially there is a boy Tapas who is very helpful, kind and has all qualities to be at a good position for customer service.

Early check in not provided. No 24hrs check-in and check-out. AC had dust and was not cleaned properly

Nice hotel. Staff are try there level best to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are very clean and well organised. Only breakfast area is very small.
And very affordable price for rooms

We had noisy drunk neighbours who kind of broke all the rules but Treebo and its staff was kind of non existent.
Hotel is infested with cockroaches and I had to call the service staff twice to clear it out.

Service staff is polite and good but overall not clean as a hotel.
Bathroom was clean but had 3-4 cockroaches every time I went.

Breakfast was average. The only good thing was polite staff and helpful staff.

I would not stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Staff is very polite and try there level best to make your stay comfortable. We reached late night still behaviour of staff was so good. Specially the Bengali boy, I forgot his name. Rooms are very well organised and clean. Only breakfast area is very small and food was oily.

Why it has 4 rating? May be paid.
It's not a 3 star hotel also, not even 2 star. It's normal Rs
600-800/- hotel.

Pls don't book this hotel.staff behaviour is very unprofessional. If they are opening a hotel they should learn first how to behave with guest. They don't know how to behave with guests. Hotel room are also very scary.at middle of night you will get knocking sound in door. There is no security at night. Coakcroches were there in bathroom and room as well and yes one more thing they will say there will be buffet in breakfast but when you ask to bring more items they will ignore.

Room was good for stay. Only concern my room had another door to other room which was fortunately locked. Service was bad. No food served. No drinking water. I had to swiggy all. Location was accessable for me.

This is the best hotel in budget. All the staff is very cooperative. Good food served and apartments are specious and well maintained

2 stars are for rooms as they were cozy and neatly maintained. Hospitality and breakfast 1 star.
My parents took room with breakfast on 22nd. To my surprise, they told me there was literally just one item in buffet breakfast! (And this is called as buffet breakfast. Lol). They were served with poori only, and post questioning they bought sandwich. This hospitality wasn't expected from Treebo chain. They were told because of very few customers they weren't able to have many options in breakfast. Then why are they charging the same amount then? And moreover they follow very strict checkout times (12pm-11am), even though my parents checked in at 11pm, they kept on asking about the checkout next day as soon as 11am started ticking (a mere 12hrs stay). Compromises with breakfast but not checkout times? A dissatisfied stay, not recommended

I booked this hotel because it was near to my office location and reasonable also, but found this really bad in terms of quality stay. The curtains were dirty, washroom hand faucet was not good. Water bottle only one will be provided and that too you have to ask for it. I got the quilt cover changed twice as it had stain marks. I then had to book another and moved.

I stayed in this hotel during the last weekend of 2019 and completely fell in-love with their amazing services specially their luxurious quality suit room.

The service staff here are all super helpful and sincere, specially the *receptionist lady* always with a great smile to everyone she meet! Plus, she is are very attentive to your needs and take the initiative to always check up on you!

The environment and food are awesome! But they should add some more quality food in their Breakfast option.

All in all, a really wonderful stay and I enjoyed my time there!

Appropriate Location for Guests, placed near the Majiwada flyover and well connected to all places in Thane. Spacious Rooms, good amenities, green spaces outside, great service and mostly economical for the quality of services provided. Very courteous staff and good food.

Decent and good enough hotel. But no laundry facility. I had to give clothes for ironing nearby hotel for urgency.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. We have booked the room online and payed the full amount in advance. Due to demise of my grandma, we had to vacate the hotel. The receptionist assured us that they will refund the amount for the advance payed but till date they have not done so. Breakfast is pathetic.

Great ambience. Improvement needed in the restaurant breakfast. Overall pleasant stay and affordable prices.

Very nice place with a single bed room with hall and kitchen available. Has a refrigerator and very easily accessible for most of the eateries and food places. Has parking for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler. Difficult to park during peak hours due to over occupancy of the parking space. Room service and the cleanliness of the place is very good

Not good hotel. No drinking water is provide and they will charge Rs 35 per lit of water. Your room service will close at 9pm, if u get 10 or 15 min delay you have to depend on online food order.
Morning break fast is good and reception responses or pathetic.
Not good TREEBO.

Hotel Room is small and Service staff is not Co operative. I ordered Hotel kitchen and order starter with some instruction and I will confirm which using indgriant then Restorent captain confirmed then will order starter but service boy deliver my room and I will check so again problem missing some vegetables. I called to Restorent caiptan and informed but he is argu with me then cut the phone wait after 5 min again I called so caiptan said no problem in starter. I will request to caiptan come to my room and check but he is not come and again argument with me. Finally I strictly said so he said I m send you replace starter. But service boy delivered my room only missing vegetables 4 to 5 small piece Ha Ha Ha Ha This type of service is very pathetic. <br/>Again next day morning we r going to morning break fast take plate and bowl is not properly wash stick some oily bowl I m requested Restorent caiptan and service boy see the his fault then you are not accepted and again argument with me. <br/>Hotel staff is not Co operative people.

Finding this Hotel is little difficult. Map was showing incorrect location. Location needs to be updated.
The stay was Great! Really Enjoyed it!

Hotel was good. Food was tasty but quantity was less. Restaurant closes at 9.30 after that nothing can be ordered. Hot water facility is there. TV was not working. Rooms, bed and toilets were clean

It was not at all expected from treebo.actually we are regular customer of treebo hotels, we have been to akshya lalbagh inn was so impressed with the service nd comfort, that we didn't think twice before Booking a treebo hotel mayflower, we booked a deluxe room we paid near abt 9k, but the service was pathetic, rooms are big in size apart from that nothing is good not even d complimentary breakfast, no towels no toiletries if asked they will say we will provide next day just keeps on postponing, no complimentary water.nothing very bad experience.so if u are thinking of booking this hotel think twice or else carry full vanity nd towels with you.dnt expect anything from them

Location near to highway, having parking facility, Immediately picked up luggage, got neat and clean room, little bit costly but delicious food, good room service. All over amazing stay.

Did not give me tax invoice. Complained treebo for the same.
Hope they keep them selves away from such things.

Very poor experience. We booked for Jan month and the back office guy booked for Feb. Had faced a loot of issue

Neat and clean. Rooms are spacious. Service is quick. Staff is friendly. Lift is available. Parking for 3 cars available.

Rooms were good, hotel was clean and up to the mark. Yet they could improve on their customer service.

Most pathetic hotel I ever stayed in dont deserve a single star pls dont stay here they dont give any service I m staying in suite room suppose to be the best but room service is at its worst here.
