Consider yourself very lucky if you get hot water. The hot water will be there only in the early mornings as they are using solar powered water heaters. They charge 2500 bucks for a night atleast they could install geysers in the room.

The hotel was nice and functional. Nothing fancy but if you need a clean place to stay close to amenities and good location the this is the place.

Services can be much better for a place with a Treebo Stamp. Even the look and feel of the building should be improved.
Extremely limited breakfast options. Might as well offer to let customers choose on swiggy and bear the cost. Am sure it will be cheaper.

It is not a 3 star. The hotel has changed hands recently. The new owners need to put a lot of efforts to revive. For the time being it is better to avoid.

Budget hotel in HSR layout near electronic city. Spacious, clean and tidy rooms. Good breakfast options, but be on time not to miss. Located in a residential area thats slowly turning into commercial. Not only this area, most areas in Bengaluru is like this.

It's like an apartment. Rooms are big and clean but not great in appearance. Overall, good place to stay

It's at a good location, spacious rooms but the property isn't managed properly. The care takers are careless. Cleanliness and pest control is not good. Lot of mosquitoes, windows left opened by staff. Basically a poorly managed property which has the potential to be good if the staff wishes to. And yes, the breakfast served had stale smelly juice being served.

5 star rating for its good & timely services.
Hope it will continue & improve its services.

Keep.mosquitoes out by shutting front door and putting screens on all windows including bathrooms

Last year during dushhera we (me, my wife) were in Bangaluru to enjoy the festival. So, we stayed at Treebo hsr layout for 5days. Nice location. Land mark- Star market. Cross it, take left and the hotel is on your left after two buildings. Neat and clean. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast. For lunch and dinner we had to arrange it from near by restaurants as their restaurant was not ready. Staff and manager all were nice people.

True to description, it's a budget hotel. Worth for the money! Though they had some technical issues with their booking platform, where it didn't show our extension of booking, it never came in way of our stay. Laundry needs to be handed out by 9 am each day, for same day delivery. Breakfast needs to be pre decided from what I felt was limited options, though it was complementary. Breakfast needs to be chosen and informed in the prior evening.
There is no dedicated kitchen but just behind the hotel, there is a place called Reddy's that serves good and affordable meal style food along with a la carte options. Star bazaar is also a 2 min walk, for some snack type options. Also a medical store is a 3 min walk (17th cross road). All in all a good stay with everything in good close proximity.
