Extremely nice and forthcoming service. Safe place. Hotel helps with all needs. Owner personally takes care and provides his network if needed. Everybody speeks fluently wnglish.

After booking particular beds, staff are denying that tbey don't have that type facilities and will tell to contact treebo or booking website,
It is unethical.

The hotel is neat and clean. Good ambience and service. Only one shortcoming I noticed is well washed and clean towels are not provided. Only one chair is provided in 2+1 bed room.

It was really a nice experience, we have been here for 3 days the atmosphere was amicable, service is excellent. Thank you comfort in for providing us this superb facility.

Bang opposite KS hegde and AB Shetty colledges. It is a boon to get a place here. Rooms can have 2 or 3 adults accommodated with ease and all basic infra is provided for. They do not have a restaurant of their own so lunch and dinner has to be outside but you will have plenty of student budget friendly food options to choose from. For parents who have come to drop their ward to hostel or to meet them. This is the best place to stay. Staff is very friendly and hotel is clean unlike the facade it provides from outside.

I stayed for my daughter s admission in August thrice this year, firstly it's just opp the college and most important service is great. I should not miss the very helpful person Pradeep who took us around mangalore, he was our guide in the journey. Must give 10 on 10 to everyone at the hotel. Thanks guys and keep it up

Very very pathetic experience. No water in toilet shower pipe and in wash basin. AC was not working properly.too much stink and smelly.couldn't sleep due to stink smell in whole room. Complaint many times at reception but they didn't do anything. Just because its opposite to Medical College and no other hotel in that area people are bound to take that hotel if they want near NITTE only else its not good at all.

Best place for staying. Good and hygienic rooms were available. Rooms with AC and non AC are there. Also breakfast available.

Stayed here for 4 days as I was attending conference in ab shetty dental college. It's right infront of ks Hegde hospital and ab shetty dental college. Receptionist and security were really polite. The one (security) who was sitting infront of reception really polite. Room was big enough for 2 adults. Mattresses were not at all comfortable. Hot water tap was very slow. It took 1hr to fill 1 bucket water. Only one plug point was there. TV was for just display and they hvnt recharged it. They were proving complementary breakfast and taste was good.

Very poor customer service and commitment. AC was not functioning properly, served tea which is not even warm and Wi-Fi connectivity was poor.

Was good. Staff Mr. Shrikant was very helpful in finding pure veg food for us. Rooms were also neat and clean with all appliances working proper. They arranged tamil TV channels also

Best thing was room cleaning.very effective. Supportive staff.
Room is not very big.
Location is remote and far from city.
Apart from that it was a great stay

At first when i reached the hotel, what i found was a shopping complex and there was a lift in between the shops to the hotel which is at the first floor. But once i reach at the hotel floor i was really satisfied with look, cleanliness and customer service. The room was very beautiful but little small

It was unexpectedly nice and the staff were reasonable and quick, no fuss. Right opposite the hospital with plenty of restaurants and cafes. I will stay again if I need to visit this hospital in future

Check in was delayed, room not given at time, Tata Sky was not working, food ordered from restaurant was delivered after 1 hr delay with many follow ups

An average Hotel for cheap stay with basic facilities like AC, Wifi, TV, in room dining.
Located within a shopping complex.
And in a well connected area

The front picture is different than actual one. The front is actually back side of the building and does not resemble the photos shown on the website.
Rooms are good but no service as per 3 star hotel. No free breakfast and no other kind of room service.
I booked through Agoda website which is fraud. They just looted my money. Agoda has no customer service and website no's are just fake.

Comfortable stay at moderate price.
Neither too cheap nor too expensive.
Well maintained rooms with hygienic bathroom.
Good service.
Food is not soo great, but good food places near the place makes it not a big issue.
Bus stop, Taxi stand, Auto stand right in front.

The hotel is excellent and the management staff is very polite and humble! Really enjoyed the stay here as we had visited for the first time to Mangalore. This is one of the best lodge, you have access to food and you can order the food. Rooms were clean and sanitised.
