Very comfortable and decent rooms and management was soo helpful and friendly. Would recommend highlly.

The room are good and the mattress is very comfortable. I believe it started as an apartment and now being run as a hotel. I got it for a price of around ₹2k which I found a little expensive for the quality of hotel and the rooms. Complimentary breakfast was also provided which was good.

Very good stay. The staff is very polite and cooperative. Very good and quick service. Overall would recommend this hotel if going for business trip.

Service is bad, no hot water in the morning. After telling the staff also, nobody helps. Hot water to take a bath is not available. Asking for drinking water is also a problem. They never brought it in the night even after asking twice for it. Terrible service. Very unhappy with the stay.

I and my son really enjoyed our stay in this hotel for one month, I am from Nigeria and their staffs are loyal/ humble, attends to ones needs/ order at the right time. My son's one month stay at this hotel was superb, until now he is disturbing me that he wants to go back and see uncle house because of the cartoon films he was entertained with. I also want to appreciate Manager John for making our stay at the hotel a nice one. Kudos to the hotel crews, you all are great. Keep it up, I will recommend this place (hotel) for whoever needs a place to stay at India for any reason.

Had an impeccable stay at worldtree. Would recommend this 100% for folks looking for short stay to pick this.

I personally liked my stay with my family in this Hotel, we were given the complimentary Breakfast which I and my family liked very much, it was served hot and tasty too. The staffs are very humble and friendly too.

Experienced a good hospitality by the staff and the manager was so polite and informative. Worth-able to stay in Treebo Trip - Bellandur.

The pictures shared online is fraudulent. It's not a hotel, but residential 3BHK flats been converted into 3 individual guest rooms. Very cheap standard feeling, especially with the room, service and cleanliness. I was travelling with my wife and was booked for a week but moved out after a night. Definitely not recommended for single women.

Very bad experience, there was cockroaches in the room, no hot water, unprofessional staff.

If you are looking for a budget stay in Bellandur then this is the BEST hotel to stay. The staff is great, food is awesome and your stay will be memorable. Don't miss it!

First of all, it is not disclosed anywhere, it is 2/3 BHK, not a hotel. Bedrooms are converted into Rooms, rest places are with all dust/scraps more like store rooms.

Asked for Soap, Denied.
Asked for activation of DTH.never fulfilled.
Asked for a Towel on the second day of my stay, not provided.
Raised complaint for poor WIFI, never resolved.
Asked for Credit card payment, Denied.
Asked for Receipt (hard copy), Denied.

Bedsheet and Towels were like used one. Some couple or Hotel staff may have used it. Sh@@ smell all over the room and corridor.

Raised concern with the owner or super boss (not sure), he was dump A##. Nor acknowledged, not apologized just ignored. I guess they are well aware of the issues and also habitual with their customer reactions.

Please don't go by reply from owner, it is a standard template. Nothing is gonna change. Avoid Hotel

I stayed here for 5 days for my official work in Bengaluru and it was good, rooms are good. They need to improve on quality of breakfast they give!

This place is accessible to lot of good food joints nearby and all required things nearby.

100% Honest opinion. Osm hotel in this location in Bellandur 300m to main road. I booked it in affordable price at agoda. Love it to stay here very lovely light full room. Balcony nad firdge available. Common space is also. Very good staff behaviour. Greenery all around the Hotel. Very osm location in Bellandur.

The best WORST things among many….

1. Smoking rooms. No differentiation between smoking and no smoking rooms. The rooms will smell of cigarette smoke.
2. AC will not work…no body cares…
3. Staff is most unprofessional and probably migrants from other countries who are brought in with no proper knowledge of house keeping, basic polite conversation.
4. They will charge you extra percentage if you swipe your CC. Although Treebo officials says its not so, the reception staff has their own rules.
5. Dirtiest linens in the room which are never washed, probably just re-ironed making the stains more permanent. During this Pandemic times these people should be reported to the health officials and has been done.
6. In the name of FREE BREAKFAST, you get the worst you would have ever had, so skip.

Conclusion: book other small unbranded places nearby which are way better at cheaper cost.

Now I am staying in this from yesterday hotel is good service is poor.after number of reminders also they are not coming for room cleaning, wifi is not good.

Service was not great! Breakfast was alright and the rooms were pretty good. If you're getting rooms between 401 to 405, forget about wifi. I had to go to the opposite living room to use wifi.
I had left my trimmer there, and went back to take it. It wasn't there. Disappointed. Went back within 1 hr of check out.

The beddings were dirty and the tv did not have the remote. Overall the experience was not good.

Felt cheated by the photos. The rings are very contested and not as seen in the photos. The news spread and quilt were all in pathetic condition.

I stayed here from 8th June to 12 June. Room is OK Ok but not par with the rates. It's basically a flats which are converted into hotel rooms and as a reason sound from other rooms might come.

Maintainace of rooms are not done. I kept AC on @16 degree for 4 days still I have to keep my fan on which give wired sound.

I can manage with all above but food is pathetic here. Everyday I had to skip complementary breakfast as on 1st day coffee was prepared with burnt milk, second day Poori were not available and third day Idli's were half cooked. I also ordered lunch and dinner from this hotel but chef have no clue what he is making.lastly I left hotel with stomach upset.

No towel was provided. Reason given by hotel laundry man absent. I was unable to take bath. The intercom was dead. With great difficulty I could get a cup of tea. Next day morning I checked out but bill not given. After follow up room stay bill. Still food bill not sent which I am unable to claim from my employer since it was official travel.was received over mail. They said it will be available in e mail.

Hostel or PG converted into room. At bangalore we will get more better hotels in this tariff. Never though Treebo will be having this kind of franchise. Very dirty mattress sheet and no proper sanitation

This is a hotel under Treebo brand which is a start-up in Hotel industry and earlier provide good hotels however this hotel not satisfied me at basic quality standards.

I am here from last two days and intercom telephone of my room is not working and Hotel staff did not check it after multiple requests.

They don't have room slippers and basic toiletries and said that Treebo not provide toiletries now for this category of hotel. I think, It will be better to take another hotel in this price band of INR 2,000. Further their towels are also not in usable condition.

Front desk hotel staff is polite and professional however housekeeping staff is very bad.they try to open your room door without knocking it and their mouth is full with Tobacco and Pan Masala. I never ever saw this type of house keeping staff in hotels.

Hope things will change in future. All the best to future guests and hotel management.

Excellent hospitality service from this i was staying for two weeks it was good atmosphere for family members and employees to stay here anyway miss

Hotel was hygienic and the staffs are well behaved. But the complimentary breakfast and lunch was ok. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

I have booked the hotel through agent for three days in dec'21. During my stay, I felt the few things which were not upto the mark.
1. The cleanliness in the room were not great.
2. According to the price Rs 2000 showing online, there were no toileteries provided, only one dish in the breakfast with the tea, no towels were there.
3. The hotel looks more like PG. And we asked them they told they have pg also in the hotel which was the reason why the rooms were so small.
4. Felt that not so great hospitality which was provided when they were charging so much money.
5. We had to increase our stay, so we directly asked them about the charges, they said Rs 2500+ gst which were more than online.
In short, not at all worth for this money. Looks like pg and have the facilities of pg itself but charging like hotel.

Especially about one person who sits in reception. Don't know his name. Observed this person during my stay only during morning hours that too may be seems from management and seems staying for just few hours. Irritating to talk to him. Just bcos of persons like him Hotel definitely looses fame. He doesn't seem answering anything straight even If I request some info on timing of complimentary breakfast and he make us to stand at reception until he checks his computer to know who am I. On whose name room is booked. How it is booked. When it is booked etc etc before answering timing. Rest all staff are good and rooms are bit small. Overall OK apart from that short bad experience.

I liked the location. The staff was polite and the manager was always there for any help. The breakfast was however minimal with only one item but it was sufficient for me. Overall good for the price.

Low maintenance. During stay lift was on repair. TV was not working. AC is not functioning properly

They does not provide water for free,
You will have to ping them for TV recharge and for hot water everyday. Rooms are clean but service sucks

Its an alright place. Had my parents stay here when they came to see me on a vacation. You've to request multiple things for very small things which ideally should be understood by the Hotel.

There aren't many things to do around here.
It's a good place to keep your bags, disappear around the city.
Oh, & book using apps, not directly, for discounts.

I would suggest this place is really awesome to stay. Staff here, manger, front desk ppl, helpers, room servers really do their best to make you feel at comfort.
I had stayed there for a month n they provided me best service ever. Place is secured, even swiggy deliveries or any outside guys not allowed to ho to guest room, you also get room on monthly basis, facilities like room cleaning, room service, complimentary breakfast exactly are same as given to other guests.
People here are courteous and professional. They try their best to make your stay comfortable.

I Stayed here in July'2018 while on business travel.
This is a decent Treebo location for budget travelers. Small room size if staying with a family. Better hygiene could be maintained in the bathrooms. Tasty but very limited breakfast buffet. No parking available. Staff was friendly and always ready to help.

The rooms are really small and their room service is really slow. What I did like was their etiquette. Everytime they served, they did it with a smile. The food is okay so I relied more on swiggy.

The cook was friendly. The food was nice. Room was clean. Was able to get cabs immediately from this location.

Smaller rooms, no invoice, no tea maker in rooms, tv will not work, lazy workers, reception won't take calls.very bad service

We arranged stay for our guests in treebo. John and his team were very helpful in arranging the stay, food and travel for all our guests and the arrangements were without any hindrance. Rooms and food are very good.

Nope. Not recommending this hotel if you want to chill a bit here, after handling your business for the day. Room sizes are pretty small, the food is average (but there's always Swiggy), and the service is nothing to rave about.

It's pretty much what a budget business hotel looks like.

There's a Marriott pretty close by at +2k fare that's light years ahead in terms of comfort and service.

Outside noise comes inside room even if you close all doors and windows.etc.etc this list will not stop.

Very good included breakfast with lots of options. Booking online gets you a better deal rather than walking in, only issue was lack of hot water for shower.

Rooms are full of bad smell, most of the time wifi was down, small town hotels give better rooms and service than this.

Room size is quite small. Service and cleaning is good. You will find conveyance problem from this place for sure so keep a buffer time while planning to go outside.

Budget hotel in bellandur. This hotel is in a independent apartment. Converted the 2-3 bhk to hotel. Location is very good. If office location or your travel location, this is one of best budget hotel.

The place located in very clean and tidy area. Rooms are quite nice and clean. Service is also good, sometimes food is not up to the mark.

Really bad management.tell a simple problem they will fix it after 1day. TV not working. AC not properly working. Noisy environment. There mail server not working.u can't get invoice on ur mail and u can't send any mail to them.hilarious. I will never stay there again.

Good location, clean rooms but it is costly as they will charge you even for water which is Rs. 25 per bottle. The TV is there in every room, but it is of no use as there is no cable connection, can't even watch free to air channels. Complimentary breakfast is there in buffet format which mainly includes bread, butter, jam, idli, poha, tea and milk. Timings for breakfast are from 7: 30 am till 10: 30am. Lunch and dinner are paid and if you want to have it in your room, then you have to give an extra 10% service charge for room delivery.

Starting with the positives. Location is pretty good, it's hardly couple of kilometers from some business parks. It's away from road and serene, so location feels really nice overall. Price also looks fine as per location. But rooms are just too small. There is not space to even accommodate a small table. I found it difficult as I wanted to work on my laptop and there was no place to keep it properly. Food is also average. Staff was cordial, but there were such basic issues - like TV not working first 2 days, printer not working, reception net not working during checkout. Nothing major, but didn't really feel like a hotel

Little bit closed area from main road.so if we order food online delivery person find difficult to reach. Here too food nice.heater available anytime. Easy access switch boards.much channels available. Small room but enough for one or two people.

This is an apartment type hotel. It is suggested to book 3 rooms minimum to book a whole flat. Then you will feel like a home. Staffs are nice and helpful. Food in the restaurant is good.
