Wifi doesnt work at all. As we were leaving the hotel, we asked for a taxi (the day before we had already told them) Waited 20 min no taxi. The lady at the reception didnt care whether we missed the plane. She didnt help. Someone from hotel anyhow found one. So waited for a taxi for 30 min. All other features are average. February 10th.

Ok to stay. At the heart of the city. Brigade Road. Room service is not good. Service numbers are not available at the room. Once I tried in a random mumber and it connected to the police emergency cell.

It's an ok hotel.old property maintained nicely but not chick. Best for location n short stays.

Nice place to stay, at the center of everything, most big shops at walking distance, amazing staff, very helpful, very friendly. Definitely worth the stay

Decent location, but rooms were smelly, they took 5 hours and 10 followups to change the room which is needed because of water leakage from AC and wet floor.

Service and food is very good and also it's in prime location of Bangalore so it's very safe to stay there. Staff are very polite

Very poor, doing renovation and no wifi. Noise on all levels of the floor. Came the first day and waited for more than 2 hours. Bad response from the manager that want us to fit my luggage in a small car where there is no space for me to sit.

Apparently the property management has been reacquired by its owners. The location is perfect, close to the buzzing joints in the vicinity. The property does require some sprucing up, and renovation to make the stay more comfortable

Best location, on Brigade road. Rooms need maintenance and upgrade. Breakfast is good but nothing special. Front office is courteous and helpful. Room service was also excellent.

Worst small rooms. The staff is too unprofessional. They don't no how to talk with the customer. They just show rowdism. Never recommend this hotel to stay for anyone. Believe me. They just need money. Nothing else

Located in the heart of the city on Brigade Road. Shopping lovers paradise. This hotel can be missed if you don't read the sign boards carefully. Decent place to stay. Bfast, lunch and dinner available on buffet. Decent food too.

Couple of things which hotel needs to consider immediately,
The terrace of this hotel is in bad shape, could see leakages at couple of places. The conference hall is good well maintained but washroom adjacent to that had a non working faucet.
Food is good, tasty and simple - we had Indian menu, also buffet was Indian menu which we tried.
We didn't have anything special - so can't comment on other cuesines.
Rest of the facilities is well maintained.

Arrived at hotel at 8.30 pm from the airport only to be told that they cancelled the booking even though I had a confirmation from booking.com. Not reliable, will not recommend.

The hotel is not hygiene- rooms produce very bad smells and even dirty. The receptionists are not cooperative and they don't know how to behave with their customers.i felt they want business only for one time!

Good place, near to every things, and good price, the team is friendly, but they have issue in WiFi not working in the rooms

The place is seriously an awesome place to stay in as it has good views and also cozy beds and the staff are very kind and the services are very quick.

I observed that the place was very neat and clean. Banquets hall decoreted well and professionally.

My last visit on 22/24th August was a nightmare. At check-in the information of arrival was not updated. Had to wait for updation. The standard room initially given the TV worked in fits and starts and nobody could correct it. The night was a bigger fiasco with non functional AC and no ventilation. Finally at 430 hours I lost it. I got to reception and they could not correct things in room 110 and shifted me to 224. I have stayed in this hotel since it was opened but after change in management it's terrible. The F&B is good. Bad rooms, inattentive staff a sad commentary
