Good prices and variety of clothing. Parking is available at basement. Safety standards are followed.

Place is good, but no discounts.
I didn't feel value for money in clothes.
And above all please don't take car here, u Will never find the parking here. Two wheeler is ok, but again U can't go with the whole family.

I had been to reliance trends, kasturinagar yesterday to get some kurti pants. The sales girl got me the size I needed and I tried them on and was perfect. Then I chose around 4 more colours and asked her to get me the sizes. She assured me that it was the size I asked for and paid for it.
Today when I wanted to wear them I saw 3 of them were small sizes, I was astonished and went to the store. That same sales girl was there and she was coolly telling me sizes were not available and I asked her you know which size I needed how did u give me the wrong size, she told me it was not available so she gave me different sizes, So ridiculous, and no refund procedure available and hence the manager told that the amount paid will be loaded in the mobile and showing that we have to purchase for that amount elsewhere. Then after much persuasion they called the other store where this was not available. Then I had to get someother product which I didn't like for the same amount. The staff are highly irresponsible and that sales girl didn't have the courtesy to apologize also, knowing that the size was not available she gave the wrong size, as she wanted sales not understanding the customers inconvenience, maybe thinking customers won't return again for complaining. Because I stay closeby I could visit the store wasting my valuable time, which was of no use.
Horrible staff and service. Also store does not have sizes as per what the manager told.

Westside in Commercial Street has a very good parking space. The collection of clothes is better than many Westside I have visited till date.

Great collections! However, if you're above 6'1", you might find it difficult to find your sizes (especially for the stuff you really like). Apart from this, the staff is great and the covid protocol is pretty solid.
The Kammanahalli store should have a few couches should people get tired of shopping.

Collections were good. The billing section was slow due to coupons redeem. They can make seperate queue for that. Amd the diamond jewelry section person was so rude arrogant not ready to show items gracefully. I don't get why he was like that. When we expressed our concern that those items looks like imitation he arrogantly told us imitation corner is that side as if we can't pay the price of diamond he thought. Very disappointed. Rest clothes collections was good.

Poor selections, kind of have similar clothes at all times, clothes are a bit expensive for the quality. Basement parking is unhygienic. Lifts don't work most of the time

Good place for shopping with family. Weekends are usually crowded and it's hard to find parking in the basement and you may have to park around 200 meters awal by the road. It's fine as long as you are ready to walk that distance which I find is fun as you can even do some shopping from the road side vendors.

Lot of collection for ladies, gents and kids. Budget friendly. Staff here are maintaining covid protocols strictly. Expect lot of crowd during the weekends.

The employees play tamil songs in the area as it's Karnataka and they give bad words to the customer in tamil because they don't understand the language is this how professionalism works

Nice collection in all section, but felt little expensive, some sale person's are lazy, some are active like SHOBALATHA, very helpful girl

Very unprofessional service. Staff are yelling at each other when you're billing about packing. There was a woman yelling at a staff near the billing counter in regards to packing my order. Whatever your problems are, it's nice to keep out of the reach when customers are around. It spoils the vibe & certainly doesn't set a good precedent on how customer service should be.

Has decent collections with good offers. Exceptional customer service too. If you can put up with crowds, this is a good place.

To be honest it's one of the cleanest retail store but they need to come up with a slightly different designs. They haven't upgraded much:)

I really love Trends shopping always In Kamanahalli and Orion Mall trends for almost 5yrs, but today i had very bad experience with Help desk female employee who were there in the exchange counter at 6: 30PM (Monday), such a worst experience I never seen in my life with any vendor or sales person, she was so rude behaviour and yelling on us for came for exchange, and she was shouting with a pervious customer as well, she was showing complete frustration on everyone, she was least bothered about any one, she dame care with sales manger as well. She doesn’t know who to behave with a customer, when she was shouting, she not bothered that everyone in the mall are watching her. Feedback will not workout for her, change her desk, I am no more going to shop with Trends. Thanks for so many days.

Good customer service and billing counter too is reasonably quick.

For a Branded yet affordable shopping, Trends is the best. Have shopped here many times and the customer service is always at its best.

A place for women's clothing. Discount offers attracts a lot of people. If you want the same design 10 pieces - you should visit them

Range of clothes for everyone. Floors are quite well managed with courteous folks. Price is for middle class and quality is worth a buy

Innovation in marketing/sales seems to have stopped in almost all retails. Same old method of sales. It is no interest now to get into any stores. Same display same discount same process. Customers do not get any exhilarating experience.
