I apologize for rating based on one staff member's actions, but I had no alternative since you hired him. I'm unsure about the "buy 1 get 1 free" sale, as we confirmed with floor staff before reaching the billing counter. However, the billing employee, BAPAN, charged the MRP. When we mentioned this to him, he threw the products and walked away, instructing us to contact the floor staff for billing. What kind of behavior is this? Have written on your feedback book about this issue, I'm uncertain if this matter will be taken seriously, and I'm unsure if any action will be taken. The incident took place on January 14,2024, between 3: 50 and 4: 00 pm.

Worst staff behaviour ever seen in Trends Commercial Street, why haven’t seen in other branches, coz Gopalan have such helpful and friendly staffs which makes us to come back again. The staff named Parthiban was so rude and says has no issues in raising complaint too with his attitude towards customer which shows the store manager is also not bothered about customer coz this is his duty to guide or train the staff how to behave, do checkout with Gopalan mall manager and staffs. I can keep naming each staff member over there coz we are regular coz of both good collection and staff behaviour.

Less collections in Bengalore commercial street branch, different sizes are not available.

WORST STAFFS I EVER SEEN, NO ONE ATTENTING THE CUSTOMERS, GIRLS ALWAYS ON PHONE CALLS (NO DISCIPLINE), WORST EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL STREET TRENDS, PLZ TRAIN THEM…. BUT TRENDS ALWAYS BEST FOR MORE COLLECTIONS…AM REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR TRENDS MORE THEN 10 YEARS…

Best place for women’s and kids dress. Festive collections are good but has limited. Better to try. It’s a bit expensive

The shop forces you to buy in a way where any exchange they will make it so difficult almost harassment. Please avoid buying as it not customer service oriented shop. There are better shop and you can have better experience.

The staff seemed so not interested in attending customers and we had to help ourselves. They need to be more customer oriented.

Veg meals was good. It would have been good, if one more vegetable curry is added to the meals

Casual wear and Indian wear at really decent price. They also have their own range of clothing, jewellery, nailpolish perfumes etc.their collection is not very stylish but decent enough.

The place is situated in kamaraja road in shivajinagar.

The the brands like DNMX, Netplay, ajio, killer, performax, flying machine, and many other merchandise can be found.

The shop doesn't have any lift facility only escalators.

Decent prices offered and the shop closes @ 9: 30pm

When it comes it to shoes and footware there is not a lot of collection kept hear of other sports brands.

Trial rooms can be found in every floor and wash room is located at 1st floor.

Another trends is also located nearby in commercial street.

Overall a decent place to shop for clothes

Recently trends gave an offer, if u purchase 7 k u can pay only 3500.
I purchased nearly 40 k for all my family members.while billing and selecting i asked some staff that it is exchangeable? They said yes. U can exchange any in trends in Bangalore up to 30 days.
Believing that i did my shopping after two weeks i came for exchange at that time the staff and manager told they cant do for this offer. Then I fight with them because it was not my fault. They gave half price of credit note for particular product. The Behavior of the manager in MG Road was really worst, no manners. I don't know this much good brand they hired a worst kind of person, no helping tendency, since we paid he not even lessening wt i was saying. Worst service in MG road. Finally one girl who works as normal staff named Lakshmi she helped me to get credit note. Thanks to her. Actually she should be an manager, not that fellow. If they cant help the customer, he is no use of sitting in store manager position in MG road. Need to take action.

When you plan to buy two or three tops but you will end up buying six or seven as every offer is interlinked till your bill amounts to 3000+ rupees.

I am a regular customer at Reliance Trends. I do not have any complaints regarding their clothes or quality as I have always been satisfied with both.
Today I had a really bad experience at the Commercial street branch with a cashier and a customer service staff raising their voice at us for enquiring regarding a refund.
I would request the people concerned to train the staff accordingly and teach them the minimum courtesy. It is necessary to be patient and polite while dealing with customers. I do understand that there was a mistake from our side as well. But all we were trying to do was calmly ask them how to sort the issue. It was completely disheartening to see the staff raising their voice at my mother.
Please take care of such minute details to ensure good sales at the store.

I had some difficulty to get to the first floor as it only had escalator and couldn't find lift around.as for someone who is escalator phobic, I had trouble with it.

It was okay. They don't have tailors on a Wednesday (or maybe one day in the week). It's sad and disappointing to see stores like trends and pantaloons not having a tailor on a particular day. They must learn something from Mumbai outlets.

Amazing store. Quality clothes. Each n every staffs are very polite and humble. Must go place for shopping.

Reliance trends has lots of collections for men and women. Provide great discounts on festivals.quality for clothes is very good.

Very bad customer service! The other day we had purchased from this outlet at commercial street they provided us with a bag which was of such a low quality that it tore the moment we took a step.content s felt out of the bag I had purchased a nail mail which broke and spilt all over the other items for which the guys pointed was my mistake and will.not give me another product or the items stained! No refund Nothing! Will.neva step into this showroom again!

Trends have good collection of clothing for all ages. It is at the heart of commercial Street. Very good staff and facilities. Somewhat it is crowded shopping area. If you are planning to come there with vehicle, it will be difficult for reaching and parking in evenings.
