Can someone suggest the store team to turn the AC on which are available at the store.

It's good but not great.most of the time offers are there. However collection can be better. I could find same collection since months

Nice place to shop for clothes, near to Sarjapur road - Junnasandra Kasavanahalli, staff are friendly and offers/discounts are good.

Not sure why the big establishments like reliance trends care so less about the public bathroom. Very bad state of bathroom, specially if you have a toddler.

I went when there was offers going on.i got some good collections of men clothing in 50% discount. Collections are good.

Nice place to get affordable and decent dresses nearby. The place is very neat and not crowded much. The variety of cloths were average. We can purchase for Men, woman and kids. We can even purchase AJIO products via online from here. Most of the products we need to help ourself while selecting from the rack.

Basic requirements like inergarments and shirts and pants stocks are not there. Due to good offers all stocks will be empty most of the time! Responsible authorities should look into it.

Worst service. The service girl doesnt want customers to visit showroom. They told me to purchase in online not to come to showroom.

It's ok. I went there for my kid's shopping. Not too many options. Although the clothes were good. One bad experience was, once I was told 5% cashback on ICICI credit card which I never received. After inquiring post 2 months, they asked me to wait for 1 more month. Then I visited after 3 more months. They say that offer has expired, you could have come earlier. I mean this was absurd. Not sure they are doing fraud with the customers with these techniques. Be careful.

Lot of collection and loved it. Reasonable prices. Best shopping sore and available good collections of men, women, and kids. Always I can new arrival and new collection. Good place for Quick purchase Shoe counter is less items. Its on road side and Limited parking, kids have seen lot of collection with the agewise

Kids on 2nd floor
Men on 3rd floor.

Best to visit when you have a discount with it.

The staff and the manager is very rude. First of all the staff registry people bill you even if there is discount, plus none of them have the proper information if your points can be added to your membership card or not and they keep on sniggering about it in their own language especially if you don’t understand, which is arrogant and rude. Also the manager turns on his ego when you’re trying to get help, don’t know what kind of person he is. Trust me don’t visit here if you don’t want a bad experience. Boycott this store, next time I’ll share the name of the representatives. Even though collection in ethnic is good, the store will go to the dogs by this kind of management and staff #reliancetrends check into this

It's a 2 Floor small shopping centre, you can find regular Reliance brand of apparels. Its decent and looking good.

Initially it was good but now they have all the old collection, and all clothes are kept haphazardly. Very small shoe section where all shoes are from Ajio brand.not sure if they have a connection or they are selling online items.

The systems are very slow at all Reliance outlets no matter whether it's trends or fresh as a result fed up of standing in long queues. Moreover the systems are not updated at a regular basis so the customers are at a loss.

Really need to work on return policy. Last month bought 4 women's tops and given for sleeve attachment. After a day they said one garment sleeve is not matching with armhole. So we said we will buy another garment few weeks later, if u dont give refund. Store manager agreed and given his name and mobile no also he has written behind the bill. So we left the garment and went back. Today when I came and purchased other garmemt and showed the bill. He asked where is the old garment. Bcoz he forgot. It's not his mistake. It's brands mistake. They sud have made clear policy for return items. We had to wait for half an hour here to solve this.

Reliance trendz can add some more colours to it's ethnic collection. It's the same colour combination which is available year long. Some change would be nice!
