A nice shopping place. My last purchase was 1.5 years back and even now the t-shirts, shorts look nice. The cost was only in the 600-800 range, then as well as now.

The mall has great parking options. The 'Trends' is spread over multiple floors with clothes for men, women and kids seperately. They store decent variety and a person like me who doesn't want too much of choices, the available selection is perfect.

The sales folks are very helpful. The billing is also very fast and they provide reward coupons as well.

One of the worst store. NO AC, store running on air coolers. Not much options. Trial room is even more horrible. A place to avoid and choose next store.

Decent clothes and helping staff. Trial rooms are well. Not much crowd to shop and no offers available.

A good clothing store in Sarjapur Road TOTAL MALL - spread in two floors - wide variety of kids, men and women needs are available.

West store every time AC not working if ask store staff y not working ac he's told within 3month AC not working very bad

I have been here multiple times. And your AC on the 1st floor never works. Neither today, nor on the last visit about 1½ months, nor before that too. It smells pathetic and staff members have gotten accustomed to say it's not working since a year, and even they are unsure if it's ever gonna be rectified. Over that the fitting rooms are always dirty, always.
Plus your security asks customers to walk from the side while entering so that your machine that counts walk in customers reduces so they can have a better conversion of billing vs walk in.
We just visit as it's closer to our place or else God forbid your retail.

Horrible Customer Service! I'm so disappointed with the cashier and staff! Poor customer service and communication, they were rude and were lazy!

Some staffs are very friendly but some staffs was very arrogant and that staff made me regret going to trends.
