Staff needs a little more professionalism. They need to behave properly in front of customers. (Saying this because - while we were shopping 2 staff were running on the floor trying to catch, and while we were coming down through steps, a saleswomen was talking to someone real loud in impromptu language usage)
Collections are nice but size availability is really low. (most of the items are available on Ajio - can check out there)
Staff themselves dono about the stock availability.

One of the worst store! Today I went to exchange the dress and first of all the process is so ridiculous! They treat as we are asking them something for free. The billing counter people are mannerless when I told them we had a credit note “the guy in billing counter says to other guy as headache” hopeless people.

Bad service. Kept us waited for an hour for cloth exchange and finally asked us to visit again the next day
