Trident Hyundai JP Nagar - Car Service Centre

Have been to a few Hyundai service centers in Bangalore but this one has been the best. Very courteous staff. No additional billing and very prompt service. Rakshith Shetty was my service advisor who was very helpful.

Excellent experience with the service manager Mr Shahir. I have known him from 10 years now and get both my Verna & Grand i10 serviced in his workshop only. Not just for servicing, even minor repairs are looked after promptly and the vehicles are delivered back in time. Also, the driver who regularly picks up both my cars Mr Shivaraj, is very polite and duly accepts my requests to pick up the cars from my house & drop it off at my workplace. I would love to remain a customer of Hyundai as long as such wonderful people like Mr Shahir and Mr Shivaraj are handling Trident. I don't even intend selling my Fluidic Verna (which is now 12 years old), as long as I know I have Mr Shahir's supervision at Trident, JP Nagar. Thank you Hyundai. Please reward such staff members!

Recently I moved to BANGALORE and visited first time jp nagar trident Hyundai to get my vehicle service meet service advisor Chethan the experience I had was awesome they were very clear in transparency of service with individual split up with proper explanation also they keep on updating each process of service in WhatsApp that was amazing to see the status of vehicle processing,

I came to know what's is the difference between local workshop and authorized workshop, some people will say in authorized workshop will charge more but as my personal experience says there are genuine team In jp nagar trident Hyundai gives us a economical price of service to my satisfaction from now onwards my entire vehicle service will be done here only without any 2nd thought of doubts they have good well trained technical team for resolving concerns,

Now my vehicle is running is very smooth and enjoying driving of my vehicle, once again thanks to team head manager giridhar whom I meet him and conveyed the same I also strongly recommend to my family and friends here.

Trident hyundai @ j.p. Nagar is providing amazing service & Mr sharath kumar coordination is too good he helped me resolving my vehicle complaint & he explained about blue link also & staff coordination is tooo good, clarity on billing, knowledge on new model vehicle is too good.

Please do on go for this center, it is a huge mistake.

After servicing I drove for 400 kms and car stopped, it is not starting, steering became hard, battery indicator is on and can identify voltage down with light on. Before servicing car was running fine and no issue even it was driven for 300kms. Chethan who is advisor is not doing his job the way he has to do, he talks in a way and tone that he is doing us a favor.

I doubt if they have replaced the battery.

Service center people will not connect to manager as we called on Sunday, then what about the customer concern and the Tident hyundai service center has put us in the situation, is this not taken?

Very worst service provided, I would recommend different service center other than this.

Fantastic customer care. Always so polite and professional. Nothing is too difficult for them.
I always use Quality Car Service for any works needed on my car as I know I recieve honest feedback and they will only do work that is required at a fair price. I trust them not to take me on!

There should be sitting arrangement for people who come with applicants and all people even with small children have to stand on ROAD footpath which is very dangerous for every one there should be in side the building arrangement

My car service was attended by service adviser Mr. Chethan, he helped me to understand pricing of service and they did very quickly too in just 1 day my car was serviced. My experience has been great with the Service Team, absolutely no issues. I must say, my vehicle came out in very good condition after service and it is running smoothly now.

No transparency in billing, service advisor is not transparent to share the issues of the vehicle. Last service only wipers are changed 4 months he advising to be changed this is known thing for us, remaining all the issue will be like that only technically speaking we r not competent.
