Hi all, Trigent software best place to work. From past six months working here and got opportunity to permanent role position in Infosys. I suggested all to join without think it.

Awesome work atmosphere all staff is good all query solved quickly. I am onboard in Infosys within 6months because of effort given by the team.

I joined Trigent almost year back and was deployed to Accenture.
Recently I got converted from contractor to permanent Accenture employee.
Thank you Trigent for providing such a big opportunity.

I was working with Accenture for 19 months with Trigent as my Recruiter. Not once during this time period have I ever faced any issues and the HR has been there to address all the queries on time. Even the salary used to be on time. I thank the team for everything.

Working with Trigent is a best experience in my life, The onboarding process was smooth.interaction with HRs and recruiters are feasible. I was employed with Trigent for 13 months. It was a great pleasure working with Trigent. I got amazing, quick, and timely responses from HR/ recruiters, I have never faced any issues and whenever I will raise a ticket in HRM portal, immediately they will resolve and also never faced any issue in salary credits always it was on time and Trigent has well bonding with clients and employees.

I have been working with Trigent from August-2022 till May-2023 great experience with HR. From onboarding to last working day people very supportive. After some period of time I got converted from sub con to Infosys payroll.

My suggestion is don't join for trigent not at all responded to calls it is one of the worst companies I came across for queries never replayed worst company,

I had received a call from a Recruiter on 24th Dec 2020 from Trigent for a job opportunity with a Client Replicon. Initial call was smooth and informed me that they would proceed further for scheduling an interview with client.

Christmas vacation and Monday I.e. 28th Dec 2020 got a call from the recruiter and informed me that the interview was already scheduled at 4: 30pm, I managed my timings and confirmed my availability. But after sometime got another call informing me that the interview is scheduled at 3: 30pm.

Two things, am not a fresher to be available to take interview without prior intimation. They never valued my availability for taking up the interview. I felt like they treated me as if they were favoring me by providing job. The treatment was ill-mannered and no respect to candidates.

Horrible recruitment process from Trigent Recruiters.

Suggestion: You are doing business, so please stop taking candidates as granted. Because of the candidates time you are doing recruitment with clients. Treat your candidates with respect as experienced candidates have other commitments to handle their existing job too.

P. S: I dint feel any regret for not taking up the interview as per your client's timings. But had the courtesy to respond to mail stating the same.

I have worked with Trigent for 1 year 2 months. It was a pleasant experience to work with Trigent and client Harman. HR are very kind and supported me for all kind of queries in a good manner. Well this is my unbiased review.
I had very good experience with Trigent for the tenure of 11 months except what happened about my salary in my release month viz. April 2020 due to a dispute between Trigent and Wipro.
I got hired for Wipro and then Wipro deputed me to Sears Holdings India (Trigent >> Wipro >> Sears).
Due to COVID - 19 pandemic  Wipro decided to pull back and release me from Sears. They gave me 4 days' intimation that 17th April is my LWD (Last Working Day) in Sears.
As per Trigent's management my LWD at Wipro is 30th April (irrespective of my LWD in Sears) so as in Trigent too. And i got released on 30th April from Trigent.
Now when it came about my Salary Wipro was not paying my full month salary to Trigent hence the Trigent to me.
Trigent gave me this information after i got released form Trigent i.e after 30th April that they are paying me till 17th April only.
I did so many rounds of phone and email conversations to resolve this issue with them (Trigent and Wipro) but trigent people were always saying that if the client is not paying us full month salary then we have no choice left to do the same.
I pursued and requested Trigent to resolve your dispute with Wipro and pay my salary as per my LWD in Wipro i.e. 30th April, but they were like we are helpless in your case because Wipro is not listening to us and we can not take  on our client hence you have to bear the outcome of it.
Finally i gave up after one month and decided to move on.
I really expected and hoped from my previous experience with Trigent that they should have Stood with me.

Thanks for the Trigent Software for given such a great Opportunity to grow my career and learned many Technologies. Good Place to work, lot of skilled people to learn from, I should say for a freshers It is the best place to learn and work hard. Wll maintained office Space. Overall a good place and friendly environment to work.
