Trinity Suites - Budget Hotel Bangalore near MG Road

Staffs are friendly, helpful but, keep on reminder needed to get things done I stayed near 18 to 20 days but they couldn't bring a plumber yo solve water leakage issues. I felt disappointed in that.but rest wise it is good and calm place to stay their managers. And team are very good.and knew the terrain properly

Rude receptionist. Gave me an unclean room at check in and wasted an hour when I asked them to change it. The rooms are FILTHY. The sheets, pillows and towels are absolutely disgusting, it's like they've never been cleaned. The floor is sticky, the toilet is unclean, the furniture has wet marks on it. Worst part is they're aware of all this and they're just fine with it, they'll do nothing about it even after repeated complaints. They'll just blame it on being a "budget hotel" as if that's an excuse for not having basic hygiene. Hard pass.

Internet does not work sometimes due to some server issue. The staff is not very customer centric. The room was clean, nice and spacious. In bathroom the shower pores were less hence the impact of water flow was slow, i am not used to such a low flow of water. The cable is only with free channels as per reception so if you want to watch English movies, you are in for disapppointment If you want budget hotel stay for singles, it might be ok.

Absolutely terrible service. The manager is hardly ever on site. He's slow to respond right from making reservations to fixing any issues. The receptionist is clueless and unable to solve any problem or take any decision. When my parents checked in they were told that the lift is not working but will be fixed by evening. It hasn't been fixed and is unlikely to be fixed till after Diwali. The manager doesn't care that two senior citizens are being made to climb 3 flights of stairs. The manager was unavailable on site to coordinate repair of the lift. I'm not even sure if he actually called anyone to fix the lift.
On checking in my parents found that the TV wasn't working, the AC remote wasn't working. They were told that the batteries of the remote can't be changed till the absentee manager returns.
The location is the only thing this place has going for it. It's completely avoidable otherwise

Worst hotel.arrogant staff. No proper response. If you are booking through any app like agoda, goibibo, MMT etc, these people cheat by alloting your room to some other person but take money full amount.when we claim they don't response.please traveller's never book this hotel and better to avoid. Thanks

The rooms are spacious, with old world furniture, clean. It advertises a car park which is practically non-existant for its size. Booking online through one of the travel guides left us without breakfast.
However, the BIGGEST advantage of staying here is that this place is very "centrally located", easy to locate and approach.

Friendly hotel. The staff were very friendly, helped us really well, timely notifications of breakfast, etc. The hotel room was spacious and the balcony view is just amazing.have been wanting to stay in a hotel room with balcony, so this has been a perfect choice, no city noise around, calm and peaceful.

Good place for hosting short (3 to 4 hour) meetings. Conference hall facilities for about 20 to 25 pax.

Room is clean & tidy. Room Service Personnel are not groomed well and need some basic training. Parking not avilable. However, front desk personnel are courtetious and helpful. Internet is not reliable. Only Hindi & Kannada Channels are available on room TV. Hotel located in road having negligible traffic and thus free from Noise pollution.

Good for business stays. Rooms sizes are reasonable and tidy. Calm location too. Though faced a but wifi connectivity issues, it has sorted out soon after reported. Cost is bit ok. Inhouse food is not upto d mark.

I was a regular customer with Trinity Suites during 2012 and 2015. I have stayed months together during those days. Whenever I travel to Bangalore, I wld always prefer to stay here because it is a home away home for me. But now there is a little bit change in their attitude and the reason I understood was that of there is a change in their Management recently and all the old staffs were replaced. I am stepping back on my words home away home now.

Most horrible experience! Gave a stinking stuffy room and did not even provide refund for not agreeing to stay in the room. It was so distressing to stand there waiting for 2 hours in the night. Do not get fooled by fake reviews! Most horrible staff who are least bothered about customer satisfaction

Located in a convenient place. It's not a great choice but an ok kind of one for a single day stay. Complementary breakfast is just average only. But it was so neat and clean.

Trinity Suites is a budget service apartment facility in Cambridge Layout, around 300 m from MG Road. Clean rooms, bathrooms and bed linen, at a rate of @ Rs. 2500 a night in such a location is value for money.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. It is at ulsoor. It is the best stay ever. Very clean rooms with a balcony and loads of cozy wooden furnitures. Staffs and the owner were friendly and helpful.

Nice Hotel with an amazing ambiance and the caraway restaurant is a good place to have food and The rooms are big and have all the basic amenities. The staff is very cooperative. Food is delicious.we expected calm and pollution free environment with hygiene and cleanliness and we must say this hotel meets both the ends. In room service is wonderful. Good to know that there are such good places to hangout in Ulsoor.

I visited this place only once for a program and just by one visit the place was just great in all aspects weather be service or house keeping everything was just 5 star. And cause of that you can guess that the place is expensive then it's right. I would only recommend this place only to people who are ready to spend a lot of money as this is a 5 star hotel.

I think they are providing service according to the customers. I faced a very worst service by them. Even they didnt provide normal complimentary like tooth brush and Tooth paste. There is no washroom sandals. Cupboards are bad smelling. Even i asked for complimentary also they had taken amount from me and brought from outside.
THE UTMOST WORST THING IS DRINKING WATER ALSO NOT PROVIDED IN ROOM. I stayed for 2days but 1st day they had given small water bottle 2nd day they brought some loose water and filled in jug and said have this as drinking water. When i reached to receiption they are negligencly saying we are like this only if you want to make a complaint then this is our mail id and given their business card. How they are.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty.staffs were caring, special mention to Mr. Melwin.overall a pleasant stay.recommended for families.

कमरे बहुत अच्छे है। साफ सफाई बहुत अच्छी है। स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत ही पोलाइट व हर सम्भव सहयोग देने को तैयार रहते हैं। सुबह का नाश्ता बहुत ही विविध प्रकार का तथा अत्यंत स्वादिष्ट है। इस होटल में 6 दिन ठहरने के दौरान मेने अनेक बार बहुत ओड टाइमिंग में भी भोजन हेतु कहा तो होटल प्रबन्धन ने कुछ ही देर में गर्मागर्म व ताजा स्वादिष्ट भोजन की व्यवस्था की जो कि अत्यंत प्रभावित करने वाली बात है। होटल के मैनेजर श्री मेलविन ने हमारी हर छोटी से छोटी सुविधा का ध्यान रखा । वे बहुत ही नम्र व सहयोगी स्वभाव के व्यक्ति हैं । उनके सहयोगी व मृदु स्वभाव के कारण होटेल में एक बार आने वाला यात्री बार बार आना चाहता है। इस होटल की जितनी भी तारीफ करूँ वो कम है कयूकी मैं हिंदुस्तान के हर कोने में अच्छी से अच्छी होटलों में गया हूं मगर जो अपनत्व व मेहमानों की खातिर इस होटल में होती है वो कहीं नही होती। य्ये बेमिसाल है। में जब भी बंगलोर आऊंगा सिर्फ यहीं ठहरूंगा और मेरे इष्ट मित्रो को भी इसी होटल में रुकने के लिए सिफारिश करूँगा। ये होटल नही घर जैसा अपनत्व पूर्ण जगह है।
