Excellent Phuket Thailand trip organised by Trip Factory. Nalendu was my contact person and he was very supportive and did a fantastic followup with all information communicated properly and eell in time.

The agent Nishant was not good, he did not do any research for our Maldives trip. First day was just wasted. We booked for 4 days but first day the flight reached maldives at 5 PM. So we reached resort 7 PM. It was totally wasted. I asked him if we can stay in male for one night than continue to go resort next day. He said its not possible due to covid but everybody in our flight did the same they stayed in male and went resort the next day in morning. Horrible experience

Whenever we plan any trip I think of Trip factory. We had been to Andaman few yrs ago with them. Recently we returned from Thailand trip. We were 10 members And it could have been very difficult for us without their support. We enjoyed and had lot of fun. Made lot of memories.
Kajal helped us a lot. She is very patient was ready to attend all our queries anytime of the day.
Except for one hotel in Bangkok (livotel) which was not very satisfying in terms of distance and ambiance. Over all we had good experience.

Really amazing experience with Trip factory to book my honeymoon trip of Goa which become unforgettable. Every time Trip factory representative was available for any type of help. Best thing is that on last day there was strike of all travel cabs and services in Goa, still that they have arranged private car to drop at the Airport, which shows how Trip factory is customer centric.

Worst tour in my years no support nothing but only cheating this tour operator do rooms they give so far from reception and dinning area never asked if any preference after reaching there also no support rooms were so far from dining area everytime we have have to wait for baggi for 20-30 minutes
Have informed them beach facing room and we can directly enter to beach they have given room on 1st floor can anybody explain how can person enter to beach we have to arrange jain food on our own and all 3 days same food no alternative choice also I was told when I will complete my tour TCS certificate will provide 45 days had completed still no one is answering if you do Booking with this people please be careful

Loved the entire experience. I got apt quotes for my requirement. The initial quote were higher but when I spoke to them and explained to them the requirement, they gave me a quote absolutely on my budget and met all of my requirements.

When I planned to visit Dubai I was very tensed about my tour as it's a pandemic season & our 1st international trip. But thanks to Trip Factory specially to Seema ma'm for making the entire tour awesome without any problem. Service delivery was excellent. Dubai indeed is a must visit as it's a heaven made by humans!

TripFactory made my holiday "A Memorable and Lovely Holiday". It was hassle free experience with TripFactory. I gave them only one day time but they did so well. In a very a short span of time, they organized and managed all the things in very well mannered. Whenever help required, their 24*7 support was there to help me out. Their choice of hotels were outstanding. My tour expert Mr. Vysakh explained everything about itinerary in detail, he was very helpful and soft spoken person. We were very much unsure whether to go ahead with Kashmir or not but after talking to Mohamed we were certain we need to go ahead with it. He called us and kept us informed right from the start till the end, The kind of insights, help and info he provided was excellent. He had planned the whole trip keeping in mind our need and in a way we enjoed it to the fullest. Though we hear a lot of negative things about Kashmir but once you visit it you will never regret it.

Pls do not go through Trip Factory. We went on a trip to Bangkok n Pattaya n returned this early morning. I must say that they have very poor service and lacked coordination. Another family from Bangalore whom we met at our hotel also felt the same and had missed a lot of their itinerary. We were about to miss a few things from the itinerary due to delays in their coordination. We were so stressed that we didnt cover much and were wondering what only is the plan. They were the least responsible and apologetic for all the agony they caused us. We were sitting in a foreign country and I feel very sorry they don't have the money to call us and give us a reassurance, we had to depend only on the Telegram app where they were responding once in a blue moon. After a few calls to their Bangalore office, and with a lot of screaming, we got the missed itinerary covered on the last day before our flight. Secondly, the package included ticket costs for the Elephant show and cultural show in Nongnooch village and we didn't get the same. Worst, they did not compensate it to us not reimburse. I'm still wondering where there is business ethics here. Horrible experience. I'm hearing and reading some similar experiences from others as well. Pls do not plan any tour with them as you'll end up getting stressed spoil your health and your excitement of the travel would go.

HI. Travelling is my hobby and passion. Whenever time permits me I take off in different directions in India or abroad to recharge myself. I have been travelling so far with India's leading travel agents such as Thomas Cook, Yatra, Make My Trip, SOTC etc. Of late, I was introduced to Trip Factory and was impressed with their travel planning and patience in preparing my itinerary for three to four destinations in India and abroad. Mr. Nishant D. Shekar was my trip adviser. He took all the pains in advising me to go over to Kerala to celebrate the New Year eve. The trip includes Kochi, Munnar, Alleppy, Thekkedy etc.
All the hotels were fairly comfortable in all the locations with all the facilities. Our houseboat experience was superb and it was at par excellence with the houseboat experience we had at Dal Lake in Srinagar, Kashmir. It was just amazing. Breakfast in all the properties was tasty and the staff at all the properties were cooperative.
I would be failing in my review if I do not write a couple of lines about the driver and the car. The car (Maruti Swift Dzire) was new and well maintained. The driver, Naser, was well behaved gentleman. He was not just a driver, He was our tour guide. He patiently took us to all the places as per itinerary but also went out of his was to take us to many places. He also helped us with where to buy spices and other sight seeing places in Munnar, His rich local knowledge immensely helped us. He believed in the principle that the visitors coming to Kerala are Gods and so it is his moral responsibility to serve the them, A big thank you to him.
Last but not the least, team factory team was always at hand to help throughout the trip through the app. Telegram. Even the trip cost is fairly reasonable compared with the leading travel brands.

SCAMMED FOR 12,000-Horrendous experience with the company.

Why should you avoid this company?
1. Despite asking them to hold off on making bookings within half an hour or releasing payment for visit to a country in an emergency state, tickets booked next morning. Were promised won’t make the booking when discussed that night but booked anyway.
2. Then promised refund of entire amount of 16,814 and kept dragging for over a month where we made multiple follow ups and were ignored several times but ultimately only decide to refund 32% - 5438 - which btw is still not refunded
3. Lack of professionalism! Also not a good relationship with airlines and hotels visible in their communications

Waste of time money and energy. Instead of being a stress buster our vacation plans only added to the stress.

I have taken trip to Bali through trip factory. Service is totally dud. Rooms allocated are dirty and Ac is also not working. I am still in Bali and support staff is not responding at all. It's my first and last trip to Bali. I request every one please don't book any holiday package through trip factory. They have online support group on that no one responding well. I interacted with vidya (trip factory executive) before taking package she interacted well but when I explained the problem no reply at all. Totally pathetic!

This was our first experience with TRIP FACTORY and I can describe the entire experience in just one word an "AWESOME". From the time we landed in Port Blair Airport and back to the Airport drop after the vacation was fabulous. Our Trip co-ordinators at different places (Port Blair, Havelock) or we can say them as our friend who is a local person in the group taking us to places. Everything was well organised by Trip Factory from the entering the best Hotels to the craziest Scuba diving and back which was one of the most memorable part for the trip, also the journey from Port Blair to Havelock via Cruise and boarding in Havelock, Radhanagar beach & the Elephant Island the water Sports everything was equally good. Lastly but not the least I would thank the person Ms. Sowmya & her team who had planned our perfect trip. Cheers guys for the perfect arrangement! Hope to plan my future trips thru TRIPFACTORY soon for many more destinations!

We had booked a trip with Tripfactory to Kashmir for 5 nights. Honestly we had a lot of expectations with their so called 24 hours telegram support but everything was in vain. Their representatives in Kashmir were never on time. Most importantly, their representative did not even show up on the day of our flight to transfer us to the airport that alone would suggest their professionalism.

I have been traveling with different tour operators/companies for many years but this is the first time they don’t even show up to transfer us to the airport. The mental agony we went through at 5 in the morning in an unknown state literally begging for any car to drop us to the airport. If we had missed the flight that day Tripfactory would wash their hands off easily saying it is mentioned in their terms and conditions.

In conclusion, I would strongly suggest to kindly never book with Tripfactory but if you do please keep in mind the above.

Travelled to Thailand with TripFactory n it was my third trip with them. Really awesome trip. No hassles absolutely. All the hotels arranged were damn good, transfers provided were outstanding and everything went as per itinerary. We clearly felt that our expectations exceeded when on last day itinerary said lunch not included but to our surprise it was also provided.professional management, helpful, friendly and cost effective. Our association is going to be long with Tripfactory. Compared prices with fellow tourists who came through other agencies and we understood that v got the best airlines, best hotels and best arrangements at the best poosible prices. Thank you so much for the awesome arrangements.

Trip factory should have more coordination with the local travel agents. Our worst experience was that we were waiting for our pickup to the airport @ Phuket and the driver failed to turn up.

Also the telegram group which is created to help customers doesnt serve the purpose at all as most members are offline all the time. Only one representative, who only apologises is online all the time.

Further the pickup time shared in the itenary given by tripfactory and the pickup time of the local travel agents doesnt match at all. Either we were too early or too late for the pickup.

Over all it was a bad experience with tripfactory.

Went on a trip to Manali from Bangalore.
Not so good experience with Trip factory. Planning was not good, as a tour operator they should be knowing the actual travel time given the road conditions and season, they didn't. They provide an a/c car for the entire trip from delhi - Manali- Shimla- Delhi, a/c didnt work, driver was rude, he was complaining that Trip factory lies to the clients and makes a fool of the clients. There is no sync with the itinerary they provide and what driver tells you. Don't expect any adjustment from the driver, what ever you ask he will say it is not in the itinerary. Due to their improper planning and inefficient driver (Age old - 60+ years) i had to book a stay in between, when asked for a refund they said i had to contact them for alternate arrangements which is never mentioned anywhere. When you call the emergency number that they had provided no one will pick up and will ask you to message on Whatsapp. Not even 50% of the itinerary was covered and don't expect any help/adjustment from the driver. The driver has pact with some dhabas/restaurants and will take you only there and not where you ask for. He even has his own recommendation for vehicle for rohtang pass and if you contract some one other than that he will not drop you from the hotel to the pick up point (Terms and conditions wont say this). A/c in the car was not working and he wont switch on after a certain place citing that it is a hilly area but there wont be no sign of it and sun would be scorching. When you take an issue to the operator they would give lame reasons and try to pacify you rather than solving the issue. Emergency number no one would pick.
I would suggest you plan on your own, even if you opt to choose them avoid the driver "Ajeet Ram". He will boast that he has 30+ yrs of driving exp, but he drives always on the middle of the road, right on the lane separator, no lane discipline, honks always and irritates everyone. The way he drives in hilly areas would induce vertigo in you and will scare you to the core.

It is a great experience travelling with trip factory to kathra. My in-laws were very happy with the in time arrangements made by them. All facilities given were very comfortable and luxurious at very reasonable costs.

My Suggestion - Room Check out is at 12'o clk and they pick us at 4'o clk to Airport, So if the Room check out is at 4'olk that will help us or else for Two hours we need to sit in the lobby if we dont have plans for the day. Entire Trip Co-ordination was Superb, Once Again Thanks Kamini.

We had an awesome experience with Tripfactory. Our trip to Andaman was organised very well. Guides and cab drivers were very understanding and co-ordinated very well. Special mention to the Lee Meridian staff in Havelock. Thanks Akshatha for planning our holiday.

It was a wonderful honeymoon trip for 7 nights and 8 days, Thanks to kamini who planned it very well and had lot of patience to provide me lot of options, there cant be better plan than this.
Next trip surely i will plan with trip factory and will reach kamini for planning:)

Trip started from bangalore to Phuket then pattaya and then bangkok.
Ashlee plaza hotel in phuket was awesome, Very good service and rooms and 100 meters from phuket market.

Golden sea hotel was ok ok, rooms were little dirty but still fine.
Guide Alex was very good, He provided us many other options in pattaya to roam, like Alcazar show, ripley, believe or not, City tour in a very reasonable price with PO as pvt Cab driver, she was also nice to us.

Then finally last 2 nights we stayed in EASTIN Hotel Makkasan, bangkok, This hotel was also very good, They provided us deluxe room with balcony and good view to city from 21st floor and service and food was very good.

Thanks to kanchan from trip factory who made little change in our transport to match our timings.

Most of the transport was private and service was very good, Nothing went bad for this trip, only visa on arrival i faced little problem, rest everything was good.

At the end Thanks to kamini and trip factory again for planning and organizing a trip which will have life time positive impact on our memory.

We recently had been to Bali with my friends through tripfactory it was amazing trip.well planed guys thx lot for you guys for making my trip memorable special thanks to the WhatsApp team who were available all the time if we had any issues good going guys.
