Okay for a small function but cannot hold a large crowd, especially in the meals area.
You can never accommodate enough people and it may turn into chaos if you don't know how to handle your guests.

Hall is okay and gives a good vibe, however the way it's made nowadays it's just cameraman will be able to see what's on stage unless it's elevated enough.

Lawn is good.

I got married at this venue 2 days ago. I must say I’m very very happy with what was promised and what was delivered. Mrs Mangalya Gowda was extremely professional and wrote down everything we expected and made sure to deliver as promised. She kept following up and we had a lot things at the wedding which weren’t done traditionally but she had her team follow every single detail we instructed. Management goes out of their way to accommodate whatever the bride and groom desires. Their main goal is to ensure that the couple feels special and we did feel special. The food we requested was Mangalorean which is different from the Coorg speciality delicacies they have and yet they picked up recipes and gave us amazing food. They have a big beautiful lawn with good contacts for sound and their in house decor team is exceptional. I am a very critical person and I wouldn’t say this if I didn’t mean it - I would highly recommend this venue. A big thank you to Trisara Team and Mrs Mangalya And Sowmya.

My wedding happened here exactly two months ago. The venue looks good. Location is convenient. It has direct access from highways. Now coming to my primary concerns, the owner had too many hidden costs. She charged extra for music system though it is just a matter of using her speakers to play our music. We got food catered from outside. So she refused to give us the dining tables and chairs. How ridiculous is that! An event venue that does not provide the basic requirements. We paid her for the venue decoration and finally she refused to provide us the garlands for reception, muhurtham. The most disappointing experience was with the decoration! She charged us a heavy amount for a "grand" decoration! What we asked her from pictures was nowhere close to what she finally did. There were just some artificial flowers, leaves and marigold flowers which are extremely CHEAP! She said she will match the decoration with the outfit. Outfit was pink in color and she only used yellow color everywhere. The sofa that was kept on the stage looked so shabby! Even kids commented about it after seeing the pictures! I noticed only once I got on the stage for my reception. For the wedding ceremony, she just used the evening decoration along with her readymade wooden mantap. She said zarbara flowers look cheap and she would use carnitions instead. Finally she used marigold and artificial which are the cheapest of the cheap! External event decorators had quoted us the same price for the exact kind of decoration we asked for at Trisara. She ruined the whole wedding experience finally. Because we actually PAID her for grand decoration and what she did was the exact opposite. Also, there were two rooms. Room was ok but bathrooms were dirty and the flush, geyser wasn't working. We didn't have the time to have it repaired while getting ready for the wedding cermonies ofcourse. Our whole family is extremely frustrated and disappointed with this! So please beware of the hidden costs and false promises that will be done.

It was awesome decoration and good comfortable kind staf veg and non veg menu. Everything was good ambiance and cleanliness. Food was really good.quality and quantity was also good. Everyone enjoyed a lot. Everything was really good for us. Thanks to all the team.

Very bad experience. Didn't get the decorations we wanted. Sofa was shabby and dirty. The venue offered valley parking but there was no parking assistance at all.

They don’t stick to their terms. We were asked to pay more that what was agreed upon at the first meet, inspire of getting it in writing. They just told that they had miscalculated and asked for 20 thousand more than what we were told at our first meet. They don’t give their dining tables and chairs. They say it is owned by the caterers and we have to rent it out from them. I had to pay extra amount for garlands which she had promised to take care of. Worst of all she told that the speakers will be charged for! Hearing this …. We just told we don’t want any music system at all … to which I don’t know why, she ended up giving us the speakers… we paid for two events for decoration “ so called grand decor” and she conveniently used the same evening decor flowers for the next day muhurtham Mantapa …. The rest were just the previous day decor that continued for the next day as well around the venue …. She was even reluctant to give up the utensils for the caterers saying it is not owned by her but by their regular caterers. Finally we had to get the food prepared by our caterers at their kitchen and get them ready to be served. We fell for the looks of the venue and the availability of the place for our required date … which we regret even till today. The bathrooms have issues … which we got to know later by our guests overall …. We were not happy about the decor which was promised to us … just happy that we managed the events go smooth inspire of all these hurdles…. Only thing was the staff were good with us.

While hunting for venues for our little munchkins first birthday, a friend suggested Trisara. When we reached the venue, I was sceptical as on the outside it looked unassuming. However, once inside, we loved the place. Mangalya spoke to us, and assured us that she will take care of everything. We provided her with the menu and paid for the event and didn't do much. The day of the event we were all pleasantly surprised with the arrangements, decor, staff response, food and other activities. It was amazing and we couldn't have done it that well. Our friends and family too were well impressed and enjoyed the event.
It will be forever etched in our hearts!

I had a blast celebrating my daughter's 1st year birthday on 8th January 2023 at Trisara with my family and relatives. It made me happy to share my experience!
Mangalya madam and her team made so much efforts to make our event so successful and they reached above expectations, making sure there was follow-up like their event and that my tension was eased.
Highlight is venue, different theme for the celebration, customizable food and most importantly, their interest and professionalism in the event

But done go for full event management from the hall owns
Bad decoration management and they did not talk properly when event was going on
So rude and ruddesh behaviour for the own who took event management

Ideal location for small get together like birthday party. Well decorated. Well behaved staff, delicious food. Easy access on the Airport road.

We wanted to book this hall for an engagement, there is no contact number and there is no option of enquiry. Also we visited this place and there was nobody to talk.
How can we book the hall?

Nice place to host a banquet party, or reception for 500 people, parking could be the only issue

Very clean and spacious convention center. Easily accessible being situated on the main road. Parking may be a bit of an issue though.

The place is really good however doesn't look so from the outside.
