Located at brigade millenium signal, appointment was a breeze, the doctor was pleasant and experienced, overall was a seamless experience.

My 11 year old daughter suffers from Allergies (Allergic Rhinitis) the past 4 years. In that time, I've consulted with at least 5 different doctors in this regard. Dr Shalini was the 6th.
My typical mechanism on choosing a doctor is to read the kind of impact the doctor has had on patients. Patient reviews comes in handy here.

Dr Shalini has some phenomenal reviews. These reviews were gushing with niceties on her skill at diagnosing the problem, patient hearing, a detailed explanation of the problem and finally, an honest solution that works. Based on these reviews I consulted Dr Shalini and my assessment? It is exactly the same as the rest of the other patients as detailed above.

All except the efficiency of the medication prescribed which I don't know yet. Its why I've held back on the on the 5th star. My daughters treatment window is between 1 and 3 months and if her symptoms trend downwards, in a couple of months my rating (hopefully) will move form 4 to 5 stars.

Update: It's been 7 months since we've been on the medication advised by the doctor and I'm happy to report my daughter is doing much better, requiring intermittent dosages only. So, as promised, 5 stars it is.

All in all, I'd gladly recommend the good doctor to family and friends without a doubt.

Dr. Shalini was way too patient in listening to what exactly you got to say, and gives you treatment for it, it is very difficult to find a doctor these days who is not money minded and treats patients the right way, please keep up the good work

If you are suffering from ENT related problems and do not know where to go and which doctor to trust, my humble opinion is to reach out to Dr. Shalini Balakrishnan and go to TriSense for consultation. I experienced care in every aspect of my allergy treatment. Immunotherapy is still going on with me and I believe this treatment will be successful with me. Dr. Shalini and her assistant always answered my phone calls and messages and has been handholding me since beginning. Wishing all the very best to TriSense and Dr. Shalini for all future endeavors.

Consulted Dr Shalini for ear and throat problem, when I was suffering from pain ear and throat. Normally I hesitate to visit any allopathy doctor, the reason being prescribing too much medication that too antibiotics tics.
However, Dr Shalini priscribed initially just minimum medication for three days followed by medication for flux. I am happy that it worked wonderfully well.
Added to this Dr Does not charge exhorbitantly. I recommend Dr Shalini for ENT problems for all.
