Beautiful place, serene atmosphere.we went as a family of 25 including 9 kids! All of our requirements were taken care immediately. Curated menu for kids. Sweets with every meal. Felt so relaxing and joyful as well.

This home is in kutta and 2 kms before iruppu falls. We booked entire home and the place was reserved only for us. There were 5 rooms with attached bathroom and a dormitory with 10 beds. House was very spacious with dining hall and a big living room with TV and table tennis table. There is dedicated cook and help to take care of all things which was an added advantage as we got homely food for all 3 meals. They also arranged campfire. I do not recommend this house for couples or small groups. If you book nagarhole safari online then you will have to travel by road for 65kms to kakanakote gate. Offline tickets are available from nanachi gate which is hardly 12kms from this house. Owner was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing resort connected with nature. Awesome experience and Quality food.

More than 10 plus members is suggested to visit and you will experience forest environment.

Amazing property surrounded by the coffee plantation amidst the brahmagiri range. Beautiful views all around.
The owner is very professional and helpful. Vinod who takes care of the property is an amazing person. Never says NO for anything and always eager to ensure our comfort. A must recommendation for people travelling towards that side and looking for a home away from home stay.
We had fabulous time with a group of 20 for the New year eve! The food, bonfire, rooms, nearby treks will be etched with us forever. Thank you Tropical Blooms!

A very grand villa with a very beautiful view! The staff here is very helpful. In short it is perfect!

The resort is decent. They are slightly highly priced for the amenities. There is very little network reception here. The place is very serene and quiet. It's beautiful to see the sunsets and the sky full of stars at night. The cook is amazing. Do try the local cuisine made by the cook.
The room is spacious and it is pet friendly.

Prices are very high. Food was really pathetic.

They arrange bonfire that was the one thing I liked.

Lovely home stay. Host was very welcoming and made that extra effort to make it a memorable stay. Pet friendly and we did have a lovely time. Place is near the hills and near elephant trail and we did have the pleasure of viewing them. Not close but visible. Another thing to add was the food. Just yummy but it's kerala cuisine. No complaints there though.

Super spacious rooms for a good stay in a calm a quiet place - this is the best place to go. The view from the room is amazing, best is to sit down with a tea and enjoy the sunrise, sunset, dawn and the dusk. And you have to see the size of bathroom - we can play kabaddi inside.

Food and hospitality - excellent staff, manager and the cook to take care of the need. They are very attentive and respond with care.

Carry a pair of clothes If planned to take a dip at Irpu falls
Vodafone is pathetic, airtel and jio - no issues.

Loved to have spent time with Mr Nambiar who explained his property, the historical relevance of the surroundings.

The View and the climate were 10/10!
We were a group of 5 and nothing could've been better than this place for its peaceful and calm location.
Their cook is amazing and makes the yummiest food all as per your choice.
They have 5-6 individual rooms and a dormitory that can fit a group of 30-35 ppl at once.
The dorms and rooms are super neat and have been maintained very well.
If you are planning to drive down from bangalore, take a drive route through Nagarhole and into kutta, near kerala border.
The view from the room is Brahmagiri Hills beyond which is Wayanad, Kerala.
If your looking for a place to relax and wake up to serenity- pls do drop by.
They are also pet friendly and kids have a huge lawn to play.

Amazing and spacious rooms, clean and hygenic toilets Kitchen staff is helpful. The View is amazing however we visited this area when it was raining so did not get a chance to enjoy much of it.
This place also offers domatiry so if your planning for a group picnic this place is a good option.

Well Place is situated in one of the beautiful sight however food was not upto the mark.

Good place to stay. Little expensive if you are planning for family trip and Food is decent.

Had a wonderful stay. The Vinod and team went out of their way to create a truly memorable experience.

- Tidy and spacious rooms.
- Fresh fruit grown in farm is served.
- Anthurium garden is a treat to roam in.

Dislikes:
- Vegetarian menu is quite plain.
- Unless you tell cook, they will only prepare Chicken.
- Paneer/ Cottage Cheese if you ask it will be like big headache for them even for one time.
- Drinks are kept in refrigerator, for MRP 70 they charge you Rs 150 without any bill. More than double.
- Not much to explore in Estate.
- Owner says Anthurium plant for Rs 150 but Manager asks for Rs 250-350.

Overall RECOMMENDED however be cautious of getting cheated by manager as Owner doesn't stay in Estate.

Lovely place amist nature. Good and friendly staff. I would recommend this place. No place for camp fire if it rains, which is the only thing we missed.

We had great time here. The location is awesome with spectacular views. Very serene and relaxing. Early mornings and evenings are lovely with birds chirping and you can walk around the place just enjoying the nature. Service is good. Food was OK. They could work on amenities. Last 5 minutes drive to the place is little difficult for inexperienced drivers.
