Tumble Town

We took a 5 visit pass from them and we were updated that validity is not time bound. We completed 3 punches and 2 visits remaining. Shocked to know they are permanently closed. Very unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour. Atleast they could have reached out to pass holders to come and utilise remaining visits within a period as they were closing down. Frauds nothing else.

Worst place ever to visit. Rude staff waited 45 min for just a pizza and staff smiling and giving useless argues. Never ever recommend

It is a small setup, and there is lack of staff. However, the price is lesser than what most play areas charge, so I cannot really complain.

Nice place. My kids enjoyed a lot. But parents have to take care of their children. No supporting staff. They will just sit and watch time and the slips.

Pros:
- reasonable price
- front desk representative explained clearly about the prices and the activities

Cons:
- no caring for child by the staff and heard from the mouth of staff that they have a lot of work to do when asked by some parent to look after their kid. And only one person is guarding the whole play area.
- need to increase some more activities
- play area is very congested
- no cafe

Definitely a good place.my son enjoyed it well. Had been to tumble town thrice so far.
My suggestion would be to add up a couple of more rides or games in the third floor.because they would get bored if we revisit the zone again.

Also, I noticed that some kids and even my kid had hit the corners of the bigger slide (3rd floor) when they slide and reach the end.it's necessary to cover the edges with some cushiony material to avoid injuries.

Apart from above points, it a worthy place to visit atleast once. But to revisit more frequently, they have to increase the games or rides on 3rd floor.

I wrote this review a year back and it’s still the same … they have not made any efforts to improve

Nice place for kids of 2-10 years age group. Enough equipments to keep your kid busy for an hour. The kids enjoy playing here. The staff is supportive.

Amazing place for kids, this place is neatly maintained with utmost care and coming to the play area kids will definitely love this place there is so much area to cover, it will be a great deal for the parents to get the children out from the playing area.

Its one of the go to places whenever we visit Bangalore. Nice indoor adventure for kids - ball pit, trampoline and more. The place has a great vibe, safe for kids and enough seating for parents.

I celebrated my kid's birthday here. We had a great time and the kids had a great fun. Great food, good decorations. Staff was very helpful. Definitely recommend for birthday parties. Tumble Town, keep up your great work!

We celebrated our 3 year old daughters birthday here and had a lovely experience. The people are polite and cooperative and helped us to organise a smooth event at good pricing.

Childhood is a joy for parents to watch and for the kids to live. Tumbletown is built on this fundemental principle and lives upto it. The activities here engage kids to be active physically and present mentally. The design of this place brings out the child inside everyone of us. Birthday parties organized are also economic and are definitely worth trying. Absolutely a fantastic place to experience!

Good place for kids, It keeps them engaged. They have two floors.one for kids below 3 years and other for 3+ kids.they allow kids below 3 to play in the area designed for 3+kids but they don't allow parents in the play area. This is something they should consider. Obviously 2+ kids need some assistance to play there and expects parents availability.

Decent place. Charges are similar to other such offerings though all seem bit on higher side. About 300 per hour. Good thing is that second hour onwards it's prorated based on usage on minute basis. They compulsory need socks though or force you to buy for 15/- This was bit annoying in the beginning less because of cost but more because this seems underhanded way to charge extra. To their credit they have socks for free after lot of argument on this. But ideally they can do away with need for socks or give for free. That said, probably will visit again because it's closer to me and in the end they displayed customer service reluctantly.

Nice place for kids to play. Equipment is good enough for my 2 year old. Toddler area is good enough for kids under 2. Its reasonably priced and well maintained.

We had opted for tumble town for our son's 5th bday. It was organized perfectly. They took care of everything decor, food and catering, return gifts and not to mention private play area for the kids (from where they refused to come out of!) It was a wonderful experience and highly recommended

We booked this venue as we had group of kids attending my daughter's birthday party. Kids thoroughly enjoyed playarea, tattoo and balloon twisting! Decoration was neat and beautiful. Starters, main course and desert were nice and tasty. Everything was managed so well.

Yesterday we celebrated my son's birthday at tumble town, it was an awesome and an amazing experience. Decoration, food, whole arrangement was too good. They hosted it very well. Their transparency is appreciable. My son and all his friends enjoyed alot. Thanks Sita, Pragati and all the team for organizing such a wonderful party for us. The decoration was WOW as demanded.in one sentence I can say, the experience was " Party At Home "

Place is really Good.my son and his friends thoroughly enjoyed the birthday party. Staff is also co operative.food they provided was good in taste and quantity as well. Decoration was also nice.organizers were really working hard to run the party smoothly.

Tumbletown is really a lovely place for kids to visit and absolute recreation spot for weekends. For parents who are exploring places for their kids, it's a best place to start with. Appreciate the ownership of the staff and the managing head as well:)

Had our kid's birthday here last week. Great experience overall. If quality is the gap between expectation and reality, they get full marks. No hidden surprises, transparent pricing and rules, and a very co-operative staff.

We celebrated our kid’s second birthday, it was really well organised and the team met our expectations. Kids in our party enjoyed the play area, food, decorations and magic show.

Tumble Town is a wonderful recreation joint for kids, they really enjoy being there. The kids can play, enjoy and learn new things.it is really worth being there

Quite an average space.the play gym doesn't have many activities. The biggest issue I have here is with time. They start it the moment you enter n reveal your child's name n then you are directed to upper floor, where no one is there to guide you. Also, there' s no attendant there. They also do not inform you when your hour is over n you need to be down at reception in time on your own.
This is the worst I have seen till now as have been to various places in Mumbai Delhi. Really feels it's a cheap way of extending to second hour! Secon

It was a great experience for my Kids birthday party @tumbletown. It's like treat for kids while playing and enjoying the space. Parents replenish happiness by watching kids joy

I highly recommend this place for kids parties with small group around 30 people only. Food menu also has different choices which are of kids favourite.
Timely updates from the team (Nalini) and organizing pary was great.
Note: No AC. Changes to sweating is more if people are 30+

Very nice place, very nice service. They make sure the place is neat and hygienic, so very well kept. The food is great and the kids have so much fun. They have such humble and coordial staff. Definitely recommend the place.

This amusement park really made me amaze and this is a good park for Childrens to learn with an education tips. One should visit with there family and kids which make you a memorable day…

Attended a b'day party. The place is small. The food was cold. And it is very expensive given the facilities. Not suggest to anyone
