It's a wonderful place i hv learnt few good thibgs nd now my speech is also coming clear thanks to dr Jyothsna she is helping nd guiding me with it. Although i do still hv scope of improvement on my speech it being some time since i attended few session nd can see that i can work hard nd put in efforts on it. I am looking forward to learning nd understanding whatever she is teaching me. Also she is a very sweet, kind nd a wonderful doctor.

The team is warm, welcoming and very very hard working. The service not met my expectations. They charged 5000 ruppes for 1hr assessment where I was expecting more time to spend with us. The report was with limited information and not discussed elaborately in phone.
However Dr Shinoy later connect with us and explained the details along with their support for future concern.

I highly recommend turning point for assessment and intervention.
They provide a very comprehensive report which will help the parents as well as special educators to get an in-depth and clear picture of the child's strengths as well as weaknesses, so that the intervention can be started off immediately.

The centre offers developmental assessments for young children that are highly detailed and includes a recommendation on the next steps. The reports were given on time. The centre is also neat and clean following all COVID protocols.

Dr. Sulata shenoy is such an arrogant lady. I did'nt like her behaviour.she did not even identify my son's mental health or gave any proper advice to my child.she just took a small iq test and charged 1500 rupees. Only money matters to her. She recommended us a paediatrician of the cloud nine hospital. She only took an appointment from her side and sent us to the hospital, that doctor charged us 5000 rupees for unnecessary tests. These centres are doing only business and playing with parents emotions.

Worst clinic, psychologists and psychiatrists. No wonder this clinic isn't well known and established.

I joined TP as an intern. But to my shock, Sulata Shenoy used her interns as unpaid front desk assisstants. She did not teach or impart knowledge which she is supposed to provide for interns. Highly exploitative environment for interns. As far as the assessments are concerned, it is very theoretical and they don't do it from their heart. Mostly students come here for assessments when their schools refer them to this place. Parents can bring more positive changes in their wards if they put in some effort than spending money here.

Turning point provides a comfortable and friendly ambiance to people visiting there. It could be observed that clients do not hesitate to seek for help as they were treated with love and positivity. Dr. Sulata Shenoy and her team is indeed doing a great job in providing help to their clients.

I got a wonderful opportunity to intern at Turning point. Dr. Sulata Shenoy is very kind and friendly. Dr. Sulata Shenoy, who has a rich experience of more than 25 years in this field and her diligent team of psychologists and therapists take care of all the patients intently. Dr. Shenoy personally looks after each and every patient.

Had a very good experience at Turning point. We were there for an assessment. The appointments are handled with good efficiency. Sufficient time is given to each client and the child. Dr. Shenoy was extremely helpful and went out if her way to explain everything regarding the assessment and giving us guidance. Nothing is forced on you. Just suggested. That's what I liked. She seems highly experienced in the field and good with children.

To start with. A child who needs occupational therapy should have parental involvement in the sessions which is majorly lacking at this centre. If you really want to help kids with special needs then get the parents involved who r there with the kid 24hrs than just giving sessions where parents r clueless what is happening. I am not rating the centre but just a suggestion to the people who r out there with kids who have special needs, plz research about the centre and then be specificwhat you want for your kid.thank you

Our association with Turning is more than an year old (still continuing) and we are pretty happy about the consistent improvement my son has. I would like to call out the efficiency, experience in handling kids and care that Mrs. Deepa demonstrated during the course of "Early intervention". Deepa was very nice to interact with, she has a very good listening skills and guided us with right information though out the course.

Recommendation to Management: Please see if this place can be a little more kids friendly, a little more kids attractive so that kids will enjoy coming to Turning point. A more cohesive team with more internal communication.will help seamless operation.

Turning point is great place for early intervention needs for child development. They provide very good service under guidance of Dr Sulata Shenoy.
Turning point has good team of highly qualified, trained and experienced therapists.
For speech therapy we would recommend Dr Jyotsana P. With her therapy session my daughter's speech improved a lot.
Dr Teena knows how to deal with kids. She is excellent for occupational therapy.
There has been marked improvement in my daughter's behavior after session with Dr Chaitra and Sunayana has been of great help in improvement in her study skills.
