Before repairing the TV he said it'd last for 5-6 years and made me replace the parts. Now within 6 months it stopped working! Absolute waste of money!

And now you've given a reply that I've taken partial refund which I never got. I got my TV repaired by another person. He says that you have put only 8 LED strips instead of 10, that too of low quality. Either you're a cheating #£&*@ or you're so dumb.

Given Led tv for repair with no picture only sound, i thought tube as gone, even if TV Clinic would have told i had to accept, but T V Clinic Mr. Abhishek jain gave correct reason and it was only circuit board problem, I was relaxed and would thank TV Clinic and Abhishek to return my led with in 24 hrs.

We actually gave a Sony Bravia 32 inch Led tv for repair as it was oftenly getting switched off every 15 to 20 mins, they picked it up and charged us 2800rs then also we experienced the problem after the repair and now they are telling that they don't give warranty for huge 2800rs and they give it for 4000rs, very bad experience, they don't pick calls, they don't have patience to explain what has happened to the tv and what should be repaired, very poor service

If you are in a situation where in the only option is to exchange or sell your precious TV at a throw away price, do give a try with TV clinic in Bangalore. Mr. Abhishek Jain is a very professional person and ensures to give a quality service for expensive TV models that are discontinued. Please keep in mind once these sophisticated machines are opened up for a major repair, these can never regain its original charm but in my case they have ensured to make it work flawlessly masking the minor external defects that are otherwise inevitable. The whole panel replacement for my 55inch Samsung LED TV has been quick and even a follow up visit was taken on priority to rectify a few minor defects. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Not Satisfied with the repaired done for our Samsung TV display. We were not communicated properly with the dark lines appeared after the repair of the tv. Charge for the repair was very high (15k) and the outcome of the repair has introduced dark lines which is difficult to view.
Could have communicated about the problem on prior but not done.

Recently My Vu TV 40" got repaired.
(Display OFF but Sound ON) without any external disturbances, then i called Mr. Abhishek (All TV Clinic).
Very Genuinely he told about the scenario and told me to Turn OFF the TV and unplug the wires, our pickup person will come and do the needful.

Later immediately in next 1hr, Pick-up Person Pavan came and took some pretest and pics of my TV and handed a slip to me.
After 6hrs i got a call from technician that there is a power short-circuit issue caused your backlight and power panel gone.

They told the charges around 5.6k no reduction, but warranty of 6months and gave some tips, within 24hrs of pickup the TV got restored back in my home!

Immediately after 1hr same issues repeated, so i complained the same, he gave some steps still not helpful then he mentioned will check or repair it again at free of cost. (Same happened)

TV PickedUp and Pickup Person is bit genuine and gave a good promise with new Stabiliser and Direct Power it will work good and its same running good!

This firm committed fraud by trying to sell a fake Sony remote for an original Sony remote price (Rs1800). Buyers please do your own due diligence if replacing broken parts. Giving them the benefit of doubt, I hope it was unintentional on their part too. However, buyer beware.
(In response to owner's comment - you should be upfront about it then. I had asked for a Sony original remote, and I was quoted Rs1800 for the same, but the remote was clearly fake. Since it seems intentional, then you have committed fraud and unsuspecting users would be paying premium for a dud remote). I am sorry, but I cannot recommend your business.

I given my 50 inch tv for repair to fix one line on screen they informed me that IC need to change I agreed and replacement done Rs 9800 paid and this person provided warranty. But tv did not work properly even a week after repair again sent back tv to this team. This time he telling display need to replace please pay Rs 22000. So please do not trust this person. Now I lost my money and tv both

Seems not reliable, they dont bother to call back and respond to the quiries. Then how prompt service can be expected from them? They dont need customers may be. Zero star actually

I found that they take TV to repair center, they can't diagonise at home, later they quote exorbitant price. In my case they gave quote of 5600/- + 300 shipping, i can buy a new TV.

They had dismantle the IC from PCB, without asking me, initally they refused to share the pic before dismantle, it's their policy (i insisted and upon too much of talking agreed to share), some how not convinced with their policy, if they are transparent and good, what is the problem to share the pic? I was not happy with his answer, he was saying, I am not trusting them and asking me to visit their center so they fix infront of me.

I had to say no for the service, since i can buy a new TV in the cost.

Two star is because, they are not transparent in their service, their policies, the quote was too high for small fix, got it done from local repair shop at 1000/-.

I felt they strategically execute the whole transaction, since device is in their control, one will be obliged to pay what they ask and take their service. It's only my feelings.

They may do geniune work, but i was not happy with their policies which were set by themselves.

One has to take decision carefully if you choose their services.

Very bad experience withe these guys, they took my tv for service and not returned both tv and money they brought from me. Now I'm planing for file the complaint against them for stealing and cheating.

Worst service starting they will be very nice, upon payment if any issues occurs response is very bad. Mark my word never give your TV to them
