Really very worst service as offering there i went there to purchase a new jupiter and there is no any experience person and again i called there for inquiry the stocks available one lady picked my call and response like very rough i think they dont want to sell their product simply making drama

This is worst service center from all. The coordinator of workers is very careless. They don't have skilled workers also. It will better to service in outside. These person are thugs (cheaters) and just work to loot money. I have visited many times and they were not able to fix the problem and replaced many parts. I just went to outside repairer shop and the problem is fixed in couple of mins.

It's one of the worst experience i had in last 12 years at Neo service centre today.from last 12 years i leave my scooter for service here.every time they use to respond very well.from 2 -3 service m not happy with them.today i visited to get service of my bike after sevaral calls from there backend.i stood there for more than 10 mins no one bother to ask why m here. I will never come to u guys again.

Worst customer service no response from anyone. Emi problem not solved from past one year on one care about Tvs loan person not responding

A very great service experience. I have visited other TVS service centers also, but this outlet is best. All the staffs and receptionists were very polite and humble. They listened to each of my issues and fixed them with the best standards as possible. Even I was in my office but getting updates on my WhatsApp every moment about what exactly they are doing. Special thanks to Mr Krishna. He attended me very well. Although he was busy, but still treated me with priority. If you have any TVS vehicle, blindly go to this service centre.

Worst service ever. They react as if why have you come here? Not at all interested to attend a customer and they dnt have any vehicles for test ride. Can think how waste their after sales service will be. Total turn down.

Nice Experience! They are time bound n do take care of their customers. Vehicle was delivered on time.

My Jupiter was not starting, pushed from home 2Kms reached 9.30 AM, most of them no interested because it was not a service call, Finally one joker came and told me since the vehicle choke is jammed it will take one hour, i requested him that i have to reach office can he dragonize before conclusion, he was least bothered, went to a small Garage next to workshop he got up and running my Scooter in 10 minutes, i would never recommend this work shop as they are only interested in Full service, This will be my final visit to their workshop. I will rate 0 out of 5.

This s not service centre. Here only they do buy n sell. For service need t enter arekere road near by. Service s too good. Even they sell good vehicles.

Got my Jupiter 125 from here. The staff are very helpful and supportive. Their service centre also is very good and they do a fantastic job. I recommend this showroom for people looking to by any TVS vehicle.

RC not received even after 3 months. Mr Harish who was the person responsible washes his hands off saying we have to contact the RTO. Atleast for the first time I believe they have to take up this responsibility, my logic being if I had hired a broker for this he would have done it for us. Mr Harish infact spoke very rudely saying he's not a broker. Why can't they take up the responsibility and enquire since they started the process and their representatives roam daily to the RTO atleast for the first time. They could have atleast gone one step ahead and taken it up as a good customer service and good will gesture I would have appreciated it.

One of the best experience that I had in a vehicle dealership. Right from test drive to vehicle delivery, the process was smooth and perfect. Even the process followed at the service center was pretty good

Behaviour of sales person is not welcoming
There was no test drive vehicle
And note you can only get vehicle for test drive if you have an appointment and that too one vehicle if you have two vehicles in mind and want to test drive both its not gonna happen here

Bad experience overall no wonder why the ratings of this showroom is less
Please go to some other showroom for better experience

Tvs service center is good but thinking of buying new vehicle, I do not recommend this show room, I had purchased jupiter on 10 jun 22 after 3 moths also I didn't get my rc delivered to home and also upon asking they are like "you need to go to RTO and enquire there" and they are like they are unable to help in this matter. And their staff do not respond to calls also once vehicle is purchased their behavior is changed.

I need to buy a 2 wheeler because my office is resuming WFO. I have visited this place by calling the manager directly, and he is really a humble man. He gave me one of his sales person (Harish) number and that guy was also very polite and cooperative. He sent me this showroom location via whatsapp and I reached here for the first time. It was a quite place and the Sales Person (Harish) showed me TVS Raider and guide me through all the details very politely. After my payments done it took only 3-4 days to get my Number Plate. Their selling service is really commendable. If you want a TVS bike, visit this place once.

Be aware, they will send you spam sms every single 5 mins. I'm just frustrated with these guys. They have some weird service that you won't be able to block. I've called them and requested many times, but they didn't acted on my request. I'm wasting my time deleting hundreds of sms per day because of these guys. Pathetic. I'm just waiting few more days after the recent request to stop those spams, then I'll move to consumer court

Talk to Harish. Had very good help from him. But they don't have options for giving test drives. They only gave test rides on week days between 11am-4/5 pm, which is a little bit of a hassle.the sales guy sits behind you, so its a small ride during test ride

Good sales executives. When you walk in immediately they attend and provide all necessary details. One common problem with all showroom is only 1 or 1 models with 1 or 2 color options on display.

Its been close to 2 years, I sold my TVS vehicle to this Neo service centre and still the ownership transfer has not been done and i am receiving traffic violation notice, repeated calls have gone to deaf ears and there is no accountability, very poor service and I will be complaining soon.

Not responding properly and giving false information about vehicle and registration process. Mr Faisal who is not having knowledge of anything is explaining about the vehicle and Process. Worst

The Service was very good when compare to others and the executives are well good in behavior and my executive Mr. Govind had explained in detail about the service done to my vehicle and an so happy for the service. Thank you for Govind and for the whole team.

I purchased apache 1604v on Dec 4th - 2019, buy still I don't get smart card. I called to neo tvs showroom. But they didn't responding on this issue.

Pathetic place. Sales person doesn't even talk properly extremely rude. They don't even care if customer purchase any vehicle or not. I agreed to pay the amount but they they told that they will not be able to provide any receipts. Also they'd not give any confirmation for payment. So i didn't buy vehicle from them.

Weekdays are the best to get vehicles serviced here (TVS 2 wheelers). Option to get the vehicle picked up from home, express service are available. May be because I went there after a long gap, saw them selling annual maintenance package - consisting of 4 services and 2 water washes. Discount on labour and parts are given though nominal.
