Generally I get my scooty serviced here. No complaints so far. Ensure you don't agree with whatever they say. Vehicle is yours and you should known if it needs any parts replaced.

As I have took a rider black and I have a asked free helmet the manager asked me to show TVs provided free helmet r not I have showed him as per the government rules very two wheeler bike as to provide free helmet he is not caring abt the government rules and he talked so rude and he shouted upon me and he saying yy u gave bad feedback, iff we give good feedback he won't ask yy gave? Iff we give bad feedback yy he will ask and he is saying my brother is a third part member how he can say my brother is a third part member I am getting very bad, experience from the sree motors and feeling very bad, and yy I have took the bike TVs rider, I have choosed other company bikes maybe I was getting gud experience

Worst showroom in neeladri e-city, sales people doesn't know how to speak to the customer, the sales manager talking so rood & worst behaviour, they people doesn't care about customer safety, and don't know road safety also. Totally disappointed

The tvs showroom staff and sales manager have 0 knowledge abt rules and customer safety. I have got worst experience by tvs showroom staff.sales manager is worst member he don't know to speak correctly to customer first they have to learn to treat customer this maybe last bike from this showroom I will prefer iff u wanna take bike r scooty better choose some other tvs showroom

I recently purchased my first scooter from Sree TVS and I had a great experience. The staff and especially Mrs Deepa was knowledgeable and helpful. They kept their promise of 1 day delivery.

They have lots of work per day and staff is very less. Quantity (atleast 30 two wheeler services per day by two engineers) is more and there r only two guys for repair.so u can't expect quality service. Recommend not to pay high price to tvs service center instead go for other service providers

I have purchased Jupiter it was a great experience and the process was smooth also there is one of the executive miss Roja explained do and don't very well.
