We went to get a rent bike only for 1 day.
They said its gonna be around 1500. We agreed that and informed them that we will return the bike next day 5 O'Clock.
When we returned the bike, they charged us an additional 600 rupees. They said that we promised the return at next day MORNING 5'Oclock.
How could we promise that we could return the bike within 9 hours? We planned to go to Nandi hills next day early morning.
We said that we promised for EVENING 5 O CLOCK
They said they dont wanna hear any excuses.
They're scammers guys. One or other way, they will loot your money.

Rude staff, didn’t even handover copy papers with the bike. Just go for the decently maintained bikes.

I was scared at first because I didn't trust initially. But the guy was good and knows how to handle customers. Price for the bike that I rented was a little on the expensive side but the experience was good.

I booked Royal Enfield Hunter 350 from 12th Oct to 17th Oct. At the time of receiving the bike the clutch lever was a little bit cross due to which there was a problem occuring while changing gears. I told to the person who was giving bike to me that there is problem with clutch lever he said he cant do anything lever is not available with him or in any service centre you to adjust with the same lever.
As the booking was done and if i cancel my booking i would have to loose the money so i rode my bike throughout the ghat section in coorg ooty like that only. Adjusting myself with that bike which was very risky and it was a bad experience for me. The ride was not at all smooth. Had many problems while riding as my fingers were paining using that bend lever. My only question is that if the bike is not up to date or has any problem then why do u rent it and cause problems to others.
Total Wastage of money.
I have cancelled my booking of Hunter350 which was due to be delivered to me next month due to this bad experience with them.
Hope they dont repeat this mistake causing inconvenience to other bikers.
They want us to adjust but what about our safety.
I would have given 0 stars. Worst experience.

I got 1 bike for the rental The price is high compared to others and if we get an additional helmet we need to pay extra. We booked 23 hours but returned 4 hours early but they didn't concern anything and they gave only a 264km limit per day. The bike condition is not satisfied because it's hard to break and it clenches it's very painful to the hands and legs. My suggestion before getting this bike is to just test drive.

Its a good place to get a bike bit it really expensive And it take lot of money and it waste to rent a bike from here

Yesterday booked a ktm duke 200 overall experience was good and bike was not much clean but condition was good and no issue found in bike while riding it.
Price is much low here comparing to other rental platforms.
Really enjoyed it.

Good range of bikes but very unprofessional behaviour. There was no one to handover the bike at their designated place. So we had to wait for an hour to get the bike. Not recommended only because of rude staff.

I am giving one because there’s no option for zero or even less. These guys are people you met on your worst day. I booked Dio through Rapido and they confirmed the booking and since it as almost remote area a went by walk a long with other to get bike firstly I called several times before I am reaching there and the person who is in charge did not picked up my call I after 30 min Reaching there this guy picked up and came to location and showing other bikes that they have. Initially he said you have to book from our site not from Rapido then I asked then why you confirmed he said no we did not it is confirmed by Rapido not me. I did not understand why Rapido guys tied up with like them when they want renting out through there own site. Later he is said we don’t have any bike and started showing other bike that they have. When I said what happened to bike that I booked he started shouting and saying in local language “ Take the bike that we have here or go away” when I asking about then why you not confirmed before he shouting more and saying don’t talk more go away “
This people are worst and don’t know how to speak with customers. Any one want go for rental I will recommend not to go there.

It was my first time with twist throttle, rented suzuki bike for a week. It was very less used, and in a great condition. They wash it properly and do all the basics like oiling and all before handing over it to you.
I had an great experience with the bike and definitely will rent from them again whenever required.

First experience with a rental motorcycle, came back satisfied. Took a RE Classic 350 Reborn from them for a day. Bikes are maintained well and apparently serviced at the right intervals. Fuel level was full tank to full tank. I got a fuel efficiency of 46km in 60: 40 highway: city riding.

I had the best service assist by the employees and a well maintained Himalayan BS6 provided. I honestly would recommend anyone to book their next ride or to enjoy new rides from twistthrottle

Rented this Himalayan BS6 and had an amazing experience with it. The service is amazing and bike's condition was upto date. Helmet was also given by them. Easy registration and no hefty paperwork.
