I typically don't write reviews, but exceptional service deserves recognition. Despite not being a resident of Bangalore, I frequently visit the city for work. In 2017, I stumbled upon Tyre Empire's HSR layout branch for some tyre-related issues, and I've been impressed ever since.

Really amazing experience

I have been getting my car's tyre related work done here for years now. Apart from the regular wheel alignment, balancing & rotation work, I have also installed TPMS in my car and have gotten my tyres changed here.

The assistants were Nagaraj & Manju who have helped me regularly and have done excellent work.

The only con is the shop is always busy with cars waiting in line. Hence have to either visit multiple times or wait for quite a while before the assistants are available.

Hero Kishan, Manju, syed and Nagarjun hero ali this team did a very good job on my vehicle Jeep compass, got the tyres replaced their expert tech with wheel sync and digital alignment, they looked into the rust formation on the drums and wheels and got and anti rust coating done with a sport red color, the service was done with explanation and was very neat. They do inspect the vehicle in multiple areas and recommended the best suggestions for enhancement. They are called heros and their hero story is showing their way of working.

Worked with the team to get my tyres rebalanced and the suspensions changed. Although a bit on the expensive side, they did a fantastic job. Kudos to Nawaz, Manju, Ali and the team.

Today I was looking to get puncture repaired for my XUV 500, I am new to Bangalore and I stay in Meenakshi Classic which is right opposite to Tyre Empire. I had seen so much of crowd in this place, so I called the call center number took an appointment for the puncture repair. Azam did a very good job he informed me to check air pressure regularly. He inspected the Tyres the rar tyres had more thread seeing that he identified and told me that the rotation is not done so I also did alignment balancing and rotation of the tyres. Absolutely technical experts and the machineries what they have is a premium and high end machineries. I felt so much happy as I have a perfect Tyre showroom right opposite to my place.

Visit this place for the best recommendation on tyres, best top class equipment for installation and services. Got the pricing and details from Mr. Nithin by calling them very competitive which resulted in me coming down here
met Syed who walked me through the process. They are very much into safety precautions in terms of getting the tyre fitted and checking valves all done with proper measures thanks to Nagarjun, they give u a through explanation on wats going on with your vehicle and why it should be done.
They do take a bit more than the promised time but watching them work on your vehicle would overlap the time delay.

Most recommended tyre shop I don't see any one competing with them in terms on quality. Awesome experience would also get my families and friends vehicles here.

Today (10 Apr) I have changed my Honda city tyres (4 nos) from Tyre empire. While I am a regular customer here, their service quality is what brings me here regularly. I was keen to upgrade my tyres from 175/65 to 195/60, however I was confused based on market feedback. Kishan helped me clarify all my doubts today and which have me confidence to upgrade to 195/60 with Continental UC6. Thanks to Tyre empire team Syed, madhu, abbu and all. Great quality work. I've been visiting this place for my tyre needs for a few years now. Transparent service, Very friendly staff, Asad, Manju, Syed they take the extra effort to explain what they are doing and what is best for your usage scenario.

Tyre empire got all new tools and technology along with good technical experts. Nandan from the Customer service team arranged the tyres from manufacturer (Yokohama) real quick and Azam from the fitting team knew exactly what he was doing, very good experience overall, highly recommended.

Changed tyre for my BMW tingkat tyres 245/50r18 Pirralu Rosso. Staff here has very good knowledge about tyres. Kishan Syed Azam and Manju was very helpful. I loved the road force balancing and the equipment which is used to center the steering which is not available in BMW service centre. I would recommend all the high end car owners to get the Tyre related services from Tyre Empire so that your wheels will spin perfect.

I had really had very great experience especially I interacted with Nagarjuna and Manju and they carefully listened all my issues I had for my car and he gave very good suggestions especially his suggestion for using suspension modulator is vey innovative and very happy. Price is reasonable value for money and very reasonable.

Took 4 tyres along with alignment and balancin. I had heard only about MRF and Bridgestone tires but this place is a multi brand store and the Managers here Kishan and Syed knows detailed performance difference of each brands. I took Yokohama tires for my car.

I bought 4 Tyres from Tyre Empire-HSR Layout. I liked their services. All mechanics are very knowledgeable and experienced in his work. I specifically want to mention one guy who impressed me, that is Azam. He explained every work. After completion of my work. When I met Billing Executive. He helped me too much because I expected Rs. 1000 for old tyre but their vendor was giving only 400. But I requested to billing executive he talked his vendor and finally I got 800 for old tyre. I extremely recommend this tyre shop they gave good price for new tyre and also for my old tyre. God bless you team tyre Empire.

Today I took Michelin tyres for my mercedes, the staff here are wonderful they know what they do and nobody else in the market can do what they do.
I really didn't know that the tyres also needs maintenance and I have to get the air pressure checked regularly and should check the balancing and alignment every 50hundred kms. They explained me all the pros and cons so I got some new knowledge from them. The tyres were suggested by Nithin and Syed (Michelin 255/55r18) it was a very friendly and good conversation that we had, they are doing exllent job I would recommend this place to everyone out there.

I changed my four tyre with Continental 235/65R17 in tyre Empire-HSR. I visited a lot of tyre shops in Bangalore because i have 5 vehicle, but today I felt best services. Everyone working well and main thing is all mechanics explaining each work, which I felt first time in my life. I recommend everyone to visit once use their services.

They're good at talking, but I realize they may not be technically very proficient.

They screwed up my XUV wheel alignment and balancing. The entire vehicle started shaking at high speed and even after I took it back and demand they fix the problem, they were unable to figure out what's wrong. Finally, after a long time Sireesh Auto Marathahally redid the balancing (for free, that too!) Now the car feels great! IMHO, Tyre empire people are not good at their jobs.

Please be careful when doing any detailed work here.

My car's tyre got slashed and was late. Spoke to the person over the call, he was very polite and courteous. They sent two gentlemen and resolved the issue. Very cost effective and efficient.

The best shop for tyre shopping till now. Great experience. Even though I had some issues with offer that was presented to me, the store manager jumped in and saved the day. All in all a great experience.

It is an excellent service and taking care of customers questions and make them understand. Not only the managers give respect to the customers, the people work there also respect customers and answers any question you ask technically. Great work.

Completely disappointed! They made me wait for 2hrs 30mins by saying that the tyres are coming from warehouse. Ultimately nothing arrived and I had to leave. Disrupted all my weekend Saturday plans. They could have just told me to come some other day or that it may take 2-3hrs instead of stretching wait time to 2.5hrs. Missed lunch and also few other important personal meetings. Too bad! Finally went to SLD tyre shop in Indiranagar and got the work done in a matter of 30mins.

I had brought 4 Michelin tyres from Tyre empire Hsr. Within one week I had a crack on the side walls of one tyre. I approached Tyre empire and they sent to company for replacement and company rejected the replacement as it was on side walls. I was totally worried, later Mr. Hemant from tyre empire gave replacement from their own risk, moreover I got 90% claim. I'm very much happy with Mr. Hemant & Tyre empire customer dealings.

Sundays are the wordt days to go here. Tyre roatation and wheel balancong and alignment takes way over 3 hours on the weekends. It can be streamlined to feel unnecessarily long wait time.

One of the worst tire shops in Bangalore. Just there to loot money. Tires they sell are 1 year old manufactured and they do not even last long. Bought tires from this vendor of Michelin make, one tire did not last for even 3 months and air started leaking. And I was promised for replacement under warranty but still they have asked me to pay half of tire price. They always end up cheating customers and not honoring warranty. Not recommended at all

I've replaced a complete set of new MICEHLLIN tyres for two of my vehciles (POLO and Verna) at the empire. The service is exceptional. Mr. Hemanth - Branch Manager is really polite and good with the clients.

It was nice to see people treat people like people not like a money vending machine. Mubarak the guy serviced my ride was happy to help me and I'm happy that he serviced my ride. Keep up!

Nice place, they have most of the brands, helped me understand my requirement which i found interesting.

They try to fool you and give wrong info. They will try to sell their tyres saying that alignment is not possible. I did same from Hyundai Service center and it worked fine.

Hemanth was very helpful. And their service was very professional. They gave me absolutely fresh yokohama tyres made in October 2018.
Will definitely recommend them.
