Worst service, If you want to read a genuine review Please guys don't take the service from them let me share you our experience so As discussed by my friends megha and saurav with the owner the amount they told for Mysore trip was less then what we actually paid, and as discussed they didn't mention anywhere the timings of the trip to be specific now i would like to mention every detail, the owner is trying to save the reputation online in reviews but I would like to tell that he is telling lie as we boarded the cab 6.30 am in morning and they dropped us back around 2.45 am in the midnight not even 24hrs after booking cabs and while booking cab he didn't mention any timings and u can read the reply for both of my friends saurav and megha where he is lying on our face to save his reputation and we didn't take any deviations in city, I would highly recommend u guys to not book this cab services as it's unprofessional and misguided looting people as at the end of the trip he charged us extra then discussed giving us lame reasons which is wrong as per the discussion.

Taking a name of God and giving a reply to all of the comments done is not a solution sir you have done a mistake over here you didn't inform us there will be the night bata and also u didn't mention anywhere that you are going to charge us extra even though we reached the place before 24 hours admit the mistake sir. Have a courage to accept the mistake and ask apologies.
I hope you will not continue this with anyone.

I had the opportunity of availing the services of U2 Cabs from 26th October to 29th October for Mangalore trip. Starting from Mangalore Airport - Kukke - Dharmasthala - hornadu- Sringeri- Kolluru - Mrudeshwar- Gokarna - Udipi - Mangalore Airport. It was an awesome experience. Right from the planning, the staff of U2 Cabs were helpful. The owner Malikarjun is a down to earth person. His Driver Sashidhar was a gem of a person. He was Committed, service attitude oriented, Helpful and Knowledgeable. He was always smiling and never showed any sort of frustration or being upset for any reason. This all with cost effectiveness. When we had some time left Sashidhar was so glad to tour us to few more places which was very pleasing. I would definitely recommend U2 Cabs to anyone who is looking for a south India tour. Thank you U2 Cabs.

Best cab experience in bangalore. I have used U2 for airport pick up and drop and have always been on time thanks to their service.

Not as expected. We have to pay extra amount, totally unprofessional the amount which was discussed at the start of the trip was not the amount which we paid, they do not inform complete information and misguided us regarding to the amount they are charging, highly recommended u guys to not book there cab facility as they do not stick to the prices they say and charge extra at the end.

Worst service they tell card fare something else but when the trip is over they will charges you more will never take their services again thanks you for bad experience

It was really amazing experience with Mr. Shasidhar. He is really knowledgeable and skilled driver.
It was really safe and fun filled journey. Mr. Shashidhar knows all the places in coorg and on the way to Bangalore, we had really tasty and awesome food all the time: breakfast Lunch snacks n dinner: all suggested by him.
Looking forward to drive for next destination with him.

Amazing experience from U2 cabs, the cabs always arrive before time and are well maintained. The drivers are professional and well behaved. The booking experience is smooth and without issues. I am highly satisfied with their service, will definitely recommend U2 cabs.

I have been using U2 Cab service since last 3 years. Never ever the driver has cancelled the ride or ditched or came late. All the drivers reach 15 to 20 minutes before the scheduled time.
Once I booked a different cab service for airport and the driver cancelled the ride at the last moment. I got so panicked and started searching on goggle and found U2.
Mr Mallikarjun of U2 Cab came to rescue and sent the cab within 10 minutes. Since then I have recommended U2 Cab to all my friends, neighbours, colleagues and relatives. Tomorrow for the first time I am availing the outstation cab service also from them.
U2 Cab service is reliable, reasonable and punctual.

They took the booking at 16rs in the evening and changed the rates to 17 rs after 2 hours. This is completely unprofessional. Don't trust them. They can cancel rides any time for more money or don't know if it is trap.

It was a very comfortable journey with Sashidhar ji and the cab was very clean and having a good leg space.sashidhar ji took us everywhere and it is very important to have a good driver who can guide you in the tour. We were having many problems with our toy train timings but he helped us everytime and also took care of the timings and never told us to hurry. Gave us enough time to see places. Mysore/ ooty- Connoor trip was amazing with him

The driver is abusive towards ladies and will held you ransom for not paying the double toll, he will say the toll is double else he won't go. Reporting this cab service to Bangalore police.

These people are worst people who kept cabs for looting money. Promises like five star service and delivers less than 1 star service.if you want to experience reel vs reality you can go for it.

Not as expected. We have to pay extra amount for each hours. Driver will not drive the car more than 80 KMPH on National Highway which is most disgusting thing here.
