Had an amazing experience at UFZ Unifabz and with the team! Really nice people, positive, friendly, and super flexible.

Horrible experience with UFZ, I dont know why school's are recommending these vendors who dont have responsiblities. We paid amount for shoe in the month of june 2022, till now we didnt got the shoe. No proper response from UFZ. Also, not refunding amount what ever we paid and now stopped accepting the calls.

Hi, I'm a regular customer to this company, have been a MAIS parent for last 3 years. This is my first review, just thought of sharing my experience.these guys are very professional at their work, very cooperative when it comes to delivery of products, customer service is top notch as per me and several other parents of MAIS. Their store is equipped with all requisite facility, it's better to visit a store if possible in case of queries. The founder Ekta Sharma is a very well balanced individual, knows the work end to end and deals with problems with such poise and like a true company owner should. We’re extremely happy with the outcomes at UFZ Unifabz so far.

Had a fab experience with Unifabz. They are a one stop shop for uniforms. The owner is very pleasant and considerate. She accommodated my last minute requests and changes without any question. Delivery was smooth and on time, inspite of my bespoke requests. I am thankful to them for being so accommodating. Pricing and quality is way better than the one I had previously approached. It’s a blessing to have such a good vendor so close to our locality in this part of North Bangalore.

So what happens when schools reopen after 2 years of covid! We all need childrens uniforms and when the prepaid order does not stitch up right there s a lot of angry parents. So what makes me give them a five star review? What they did as a team when things went wrong
1. They accepted the error.
2. They always answered the phone irrespective of which angry parent was on the other end (and I’m sure there were days when there were only angry parents). They spoke kindly and reassured us that they were working on it.
3. They rectified the design flaw and offered a solution to the problem.
Most places I know connect you to some customer service executive (who will rarely be the same the second time around) - if you re lucky enough to get a human being on the other end. Once paid you can kiss your money goodbye!

But Unifabz (Ekta, Gayatri and Preeti) are different - we need more people (companies) like these. They are dependable and trustworthy.

Had a great experience with Unifabz. The quality of fabric/uniforms was fantastic and the pricing is quite reasonable too. Their service is amazing, and has a personalised touch - unlike other vendors. Delivery was on time too.
I don’t think I will go elsewhere for my kids uniform any more.

I trusted & supplied the shoes But till dated they haven't made the payment till dated & literally cheating the vendors.manipulating the mrp & selling the product on there own

Ekta is a very methodical professional whose endeavour is to understand the aspirations of the clients and deliver quality services timely with her dedicated team. Rare to find such passion & finesse. All achievement awards are true recognition from the industry gurus. Many more achievements in the future as well.

I have got uniforms for both my kids stitched from Unifabz. They are super efficient and value for money. Quality is assured and delivery is on time. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Location is great, and store is easily accessible. Best to go in-store. But I do hope that they scale up online too.

There is no compromise on quality and the range they provide is always good.

Horrible experience. When I went to tell them about my son's trousers' lengths being unequal, the owner told me that she couldn't see a problem DESPITE my son telling her it was uncomfortable and showing her there is a considerable difference in length. She then a 1-2 cm discrepancy hardly made a difference and 'if it is 5 cm she could understand'.

She suddenly became very aggressive when I asked her to alter the length and refused outright, even going so far as to say I was of a 'lower class' and saying I was creating a big problem for no reason. If the customer has a problem, shouldn't it be the responsibility of the store to fix it? I told her that numerous other parents had the same issue but she dismissed that telling me to focus on my own problem saying that the school had made her 'fed up by allowing parents like these to admit their kids'. Avoid.

The clothes are quite overpriced. Every piece is in the range of rs. 500 approx. And it's not like the fabric quality is great. The t shirts do not feel like 100% cotton, and the t shirt fabric feels like it will start getting holes in it within a couple of months.

I would have expected the costs to be lower, given they get everything in such large quantities and are presumably purchasing at a good rate. Unfortunately we are a captive market.

The staff are very nice, but their niceness can't compensate for overpriced goods.

I have a great experience with them. The owner Eakta takes special care if the child is not in the average size rage. It’s made to order at times. Very accommodative. I wish they get many more orders to improve economies of scale and increase innovation like having the new shoe brand. Extremely comfortable, can beat any sketchers and Nike comfort

Excellent Services. We experienced on time delivery with perfect packaging. Good communicated staff, they gave brief details of all the products. Overall it's worth of money experience with UFZ.

The quality of the clothes is just amazing i really loved it and defintely reccomend it! As a student during school these clothes were super comfortable and easy even their formals were comfortable infact they still fit even after lockdown just amazing!

Even in pandemic whenever we needed a single piece for our kid online classes they manged to provide us. Actually I would say unifabz is new generations uniforms store and made our life easy. I recently availed their services and I must say that the service was impeccable and the delivery of the uniform was done on time. The major thing they have going for them is the fact that they're very well versed and adept in communicating with all the different types of customers who go there on a day to day basis.

One star because I could not give zero. They bite more than they can chew and fail miserably on delivery times.

Very bad experience.people don't answer calls.the uniform jackets we ordered was tailored badly and fitting was worst.looked like it was tailored by unproffesionals.

Spacious store for uniforms. Uniform quality from Unifabz is much better than other vendors especially their school jackets are so soft n cosy. Staff is helpful n courteous. There have been some delays but knowing how this industry works its not the store where the shortcomings happen but its the problem of supply chain.

Amazing quality of fabric and bunch of smart and courteous store staff. One of the very few uniform stores with such huge retail space, trial rooms etc.unlike the usual dingy cramped ones. Keep up the good work guys!

I've had an exceptional experience with UFZ Uniform Store. The quality of clothing is excellent. They provide as much professionalism, attention to detail, and quick service.

Very unorganized, they delayed the delivery of the uniforms by more than a month. In addition we were told the smallest size for the shirts they have is one that fits a ten year old. After ordering we realized it wasn't the case there were smaller sizes available, I was looking for a size that fits a six year old. It was just the lack of knowledge of the person taking the order or it may be she was not keen to get the size we asked for the trial. Now we are stuck with oversized shirts since changes after delivery wasn't allowed.

The three star is only for delay in uniform delivery. I am not sure, who messed up the order delivery (school or UFZ). But it was expected by June 1st. Finally I got it by Aug 1st. Otherwise, Guys in the counter were polite and helped me in splitting the order and issued T-shirt on first run. Kids were managing it with other jogging/active pants. After few weeks time, I got the pants as well. Now we are all set!

If there is an option of negative ranking I would want to do that. They are not fit for one star also. It's been more than 3 months since I have ordered the uniform with courier charges, no sight of the uniform. Very arrogant ppl to talk to. Should be sued.

Horrible service, they dont stick to their timeline. Its been 3 months since we have placed order and yet to receive uniforms. Pathetic!
