UMC (United Medical Center) -On Apollo 247

Dr. Shararh Honnati is the best diabetologist I ever consulted. He provided me effective and efficient treatment to alleviate my concerns. The umc advanced clinic He runs offers humble and friendly treatment n services.its a rare values and ethos based clinical facility.

Dr Brinda madam is a very supportive doctor.they check check easily And perfect medicine recommended.

Very nice hospitality and cares. Good knowledge and practice. I’d really recommend this facility. Also, clean and spacious. Follow up timely and educate patients appropriately. Dr. Flameno and Dr. Akriti at dental clinic are approachable and good knowledge. They provided good care for me.

Only problem I have with this hospital is management, it’s pathetic.
They take appointment but in case of delay (doctor emergency) they never inform the patient and one can end up waiting for hours before their turn.
And also they never give priority to appointment people.

Dr sharath is very patience, takes more time and listens to patients problems and give good medication. We are visiting him since last three years for overall health issues.very gud doctor in hsr layout

Doctor is very good and Management was awesome especially thanks to Mr Mukesh for Helping me to consult doctor in emergency case.

People at the reception are pathetic. They don’t care for patients. Even after talking to them they didn’t give an online appointment for my son. We went to another hospital. Pls avoid this clinic.

This review is for front desk. Pls sort out this. Easily you can pay 30-40k and get a good receptionist who can communicate better. This is downgrading your entire business. Doctors are good but management has to improve other aspects asap to sustain.

We have visited Dr Brindha (pediatrician) for my daughter. Very cooperative, soft spoken and child friendly doctor. She listens to our queries and takes time to check the child thoroughly. We went for vaccination.
UMC reception, management and pharmacy needs to be more sorted out and equipped in terms of patient handling.

I am truly impressed with Mukesh the way he talked and dr Sharat sir gave good treatment we r visiting there regularly.

We visited Dr. Sharat Honnatti multiple times. Doctor is very patient and knowledgeable. He listens to the problem first, and then provide valuable suggestions. Doesn't recommend unnecessary medicine. I will definitely recommend him.

Pathetic management. They will just send anyone to the doctor in front of you no matter from how long you are sitting and you have booked th e appointment. And front desk is so rude that they will just say that cancel his appointment and in front of me they were rude with 1 more patient.

No more an Apollo centre. They have some good Dr's. A new Opthal, Sujay Dangi is highly experienced and friendly. Does a meticulous work up for refraction.

Incompetent bunch of folks sit at the reception!
Lack of coordination amongst them and make patients wait for no reason is how they operate.
There is no token system, send any people at any point of time, squeeze online consultation while we wait aimlessly in the hope to meet Doctor to get treated.

My two visits here has been a disappointment primarily with these incompetent people handling reception.

I have personally seen other people express their disappointment on lack of information on appointment slots, follow up consultation payment issues, etc

Doctor experience has been great minus the reception experience.

Dr Hannath removed my tooth it was painless and she is a very good doctor
