Unacademy is the good platform i have 1year experience in sales in unacademy currently looking for job as same please help me

I had subscribed to Unacademy Grade 12 CBSE for my child based on an advertisement which specifically selected English as a medium for teaching. However when the classes started all the teachers started teaching in Hindi. I have been going back and forth with the support team at Unacademy expressing my grievance and these people have been unresponsive or finding lame excuses to avoid refunding. However they have not one slightest effort to ensure the teachers are briefed to teach in English or for that matters put my child in a different batch where they have teachers who teach in English. We have not been able to use the application even for a single day and the help desk support / customer services are one of the most incompetent team I have ever dealt with. They either act stupid or avoid us from reaching a solution. The organization even does not have a chat feature nor a number to call to address these grievances, The number available on the websites are never answered by anyone or has a recorded message to email the help desk support. Which all ends up being viscous loop that is designed to con people. I have led to believe that Unacademy is a forum of fraudulent marketing, misleading information and cheaters. I would not recommend Unacademy to anyone and would highly recommend everyone use Unacademy with every bit of caution as these people are real con artists who are dragging a very sacrilegious matter called EDUCATION through dirt. They are abusing the future of students through these fraudulent marketing theatrics.

I have raised query to solve the issue of subscription but even after 18 hrs my query is still unresolved. I have call customer care but they all are not took interest to resolve the issue even they are not providing the contact no.of concern department. Worst service support of any education platform.

I request all the schools not to allow unacademy team to enter your premises as they are very unprofessional and put you in trouble. They are not bothered to correct their mistake and do the needful. Because of them i lost my job and image as well.
So don't trust unacademy, frauds.

I thought it will be very helpful so we applied for subscription. But now i think i have wasted my money as no quality education. No care call, no one even received the call when we place the call. All the number given are not working. It's better go for YouTube channel and study.

The product is good, the people behind it is what is holding it back.

I was called for an interview for the Category Lead position and had cleared the first two rounds (screening by HR and Category Manager). Post this things started to get very as weird as I had to follow up multiple times with the HR to understand how the candidature was progressing and for general feedback.

I had to take offs for 4 full days across 2 weeks and these were just wasted days as I had barely just one interview scheduled with a soon-to-be-peer or the soon-to-be-reporting manager occasionally. These interviews lasted just 15 minutes each and each of the interviewers asked the same question except for the Category Head who was the only saving grace! She has oodles of talent and it shows in the questions she puts forward.

After clearing all these rounds, I was put forward to the business head who turns me down due to me not having relevant experience. This should've been done in the first place during HR screening.

The entire hiring process is broken! Please fix it.

I've been there for an interview i have a suggestion you recruitment process is too lengthy you need to shorten that, many people take interviews ask the same questions which I feel is very unnecessary.

Worst company. After conducting 3 rounds of interview HR Vincy told your profile doesn’t match to our job role. Dint she come to know about my profile in the 1st round of interview. Wasted my time.

Its an online education portal for preparation of Government services. There are so many highly professional educator in different courses. On of my favourite educator is Mr R Mohan for IAS and PCS preparation must try there lessons. Awesome supportive and user friendly mobile application for students.

Parking a bit of an issue but work place is nicely done up, especially the new space on the top floor

No respect for people and their time, unprofessional, poor management system and wouldn't recommend this company to others after my friends had very very sad experience.

Started with a simple test which she worked on and submitted on time. Got a positive response and was called in for two rounds of interviews that went well. Was informed that she would be notified by mail after 2 working days. All this was very professional, but:

Two days later a mail arrived stating that the feedback is positive but the role is on hold and will be contacted (within a week's time) if the position will be revisited. No responses by mail or phone after 2-3 weeks.

Not interested in the company and the role anymore. One advice to the company: Please do not waste people's time and post a job when your management is undecided on the role. Candidates' time for working on tests and interviews needs to be respected.
