This company takes no ownership in solving customer issues, the delivery person took the order and vanished and we have no medium to track or call someone, never use this company for your logistic need it will be a waste of time and resource and your business will be badly impacted

ONE OF THE WORSE SERVICES IN THIS SEGMENT. NEVER USE THEY SERVICE. NOR THE APP SHOWS PROPER LIVE LOCATIONS. AND DRIVERS ARE VERY MIS LEADING TO FRAUDS. FOR AN SHORT JOURNEY THEY PICK UP MATERIAL AND STOP REPLYING FOR HOURS.

Its a fake app, online u can put order and driver will cal u for details, later they dont even receive our call, then i cald customer care fr refund, immediately they cancelled my order and refunded money

Worst Service i booked a vehicle adding money to wallet.the driver started and ended the trip without coming to location.amount got deducted in wallet.called customer care none came up with solution.pathetic and worst service ever.untrained professionals

Useless customer support service, they just end live chat without solving or addressing the issue. Driver collects the parcel and are offline/ not traceable, mobile is switched off, very pathetic service.

It is a bogus service. The driver does fake completion and they you have to run behind customer care for money

They never take action on your complaint. My material was to be delivered in Delhi from Delhi but the driver that was assigned to me took the material to UP and it was held by gst officer. It’s been 20 days but no action has been taken by uncle delivery.

Very poorly managed services and an even more unprofessional customer care.
When a delivery that was to be completed in 45 minutes did not happen even after 3 hours, I was told by the customer care that since I had chosen COD option, Uncle Delivery is not responsible for my package

Very bad service do not use this service they didn't come when you booked they will not informed before cancellation that they will not come

This was to be delivered today itself. It contains food items
Now he is not taking calls.

I personally had a good experience with uncle delivery! Super fast delivery and very responsive delivery partners

I had booked a consignment. I had paid the fee in advance. No person had come to collect the consignment even after 4 hours after booking. I had to cancell the booking. They say it will take 2 days to refund my fee. ATROCIOUS

They are running Name sake company, worst and pathetic service. Don't fall for their cheap pricing. My Parcel is in front of me and in their app it says that the delivery person has picked the delivery and delivered.
Suggestion to owners of company: Please shut the company and do some job if you cant do basic R&D of your services.
Worst level of service seriously.

Pathetic service and drivers. No accountability for non-deliveries after many days of follow-up. AVOID uncle delivery at any costs to avoid any regrets.

Very worst service poor service.they will take money in advance delivery driver will not respons for the order they received finaly they will not provide service at all.not recommend service
