Honestly, in these pandemic times we were really happy to go to a friend's villa where nobody stays and we had access to a private pool. So we had a lot of fun for a day. Security and housekeeping seemed alert and doing their bit. Place is clean and peaceful. The villa we were in had a lift (I think they all do) so people with issues climbing up and down have an option. Quite nicely done from a looks standpoint.
However, if you had to stay there longer, you need to know that there are no shops or hotels nearby so if you urgently need anything then apart from a tea stall just outside (which may or may not be open) you will need to drive around 10nmins to get to a point where you can pick up something - anything. Most of the villas are not occupied yet so the peace can turn into eerie silence if staying for long. From a purchase standpoint, I felt that the construction is done in a way that the space is not utilised optimally.it looks great but rooms are smaller, there are random spaces here and there which don't make complete sense and Hey, given the size of the property the maintenance will be high.
So, ok for a day if you are going in a group or as a couple or have ample ways to spend time with little or no access to other options.
