Bad service, no polite and kindness… when ever we ask for falooda or any other they simply say no. Not available not available… workers will be simply sitting resting on phone… worst response….

Worst worst worst. Never visit this place. They take one hour to serve the items. Waiting is too long.

Attitude towards customer very worst nowdays, not prefer this cafe to others

Am not talking about product quality or quantity. My concern is the attitude towards a customer and to his ordered food.when I ask a doubt about a product, cafe team ask me to to come and prepare from your kitchen.if I need to prepare why I need to choose a restaurant I can prepare it myself. Poor customer handling i would prefer.

UTT is a hygiene, colourful & arty cafe located in domlur. All their juices and smoothies are freshly squeezed in front of their customers. Their passion for the product is very obvious because they offer such a variety of ingredients as well as combinations that are normally hard to come by. With all that come a friendly and knowledgeable staff, always helpful and ready to tailor for any need. And all that makes a 5* rating for the service and taste they offer.

Nice cafe with good ambience. Great place to have tea and a quick bite. They've got variety of cakes too.

UTT has best cakes. I had ordered white forest cake, it was super juicy, tender and soft. Reasonable price. Staff is also friendly.
I tried Falooda, tasted awesome.
Must visit this place if you stay in Domlur area.

There are varieties of cakes available here. They are good too. Sandwiches, rolls, ice creams are available. The price is high though.

I ordered a chocolate truffle cake for my son's first bday and they just ruined the celebration. The receptionist treats customers very badly. I spent half an hour finalising and explaining the design and finally she gave me a chocolate cake and not a truffle. It was very bad in taste as well. Very hard. And not fresh and juicy. She charged me rs 50 per kg extra for a truffle cake and when I asked her why she gave me a chocolate cake when she charged me for a truffle, she argued saying both mean the same. Ridiculous. When i said I'll pay for the chocolate cake only as its not a truffle, she said take it for free instead of arguing for a discount. Never she accepted her mistake and how dare can she treat me like a beggar asking me to take it for free. I felt humiliated a lot. There was one more guy who was working in the shop, listening to me whom she asked to stop listening to me and do some other work. Very bad behaviour and bad treatment to a customer. I had ordered for a 2 kg cake which is a good order for them as well. But felt cheaply treated by these ppl. Worst experience. I'm a regular customer to this shop since a year and realised that this place has been taken over by new ppl. Hence the bad behaviour and bad quality cake. Beware of this shop.

I had an issue in the billing counter. I was swiped 10000 instead of 1000, The girl at the desk helped me immensely and ensured that i get a refund of 9000 the very next day. I advise her management to encourage her and appreciate her dedication towards integrity. She must be highly appreciated. Because of her integrity the business will definitely prosper

Nice place.

Tried the juices and they were good. They didn't have a lot of water in them and were healthy nice fruits.

Buy a cake, but don't get anything to be written on it from them. They are very very poor in doing that job, they have ruined my anniversary cake on last Monday, I am writing it here because it was happened to me for the second time. First time I was somehow convinced, but this time I thrown the cake & came.

Best place to have a quick bite. I have visited this place more than two times with my colleagues. This is best place to order some rolls, sandwiches or shakes. Whatever I like food over here and they are affordable considered to other places. Even you'll get some sweets.
