I iniatially got in touch with Mr Prithvi for getting THB cash for Thailand Journey. But when i visited the office Mr Vivek attended me. KYC docs sent over mail to them along with return tickets proof. I visited them 3 times for taking cash THB and also took the Thomas Cook Borderless Visa Forex Card. Mr Vivek provided hard copy receipt for all purchase. They have only 1000 denomination THB notes available. I got a good rate if not the best one. But Mr Vivek is such a gentleman to deal with. Always keeping his cool and helping to finish the deal in 20 mins flat. I will always visit them for my abroad travel. Thomas Cook card used online on Grab App and on POS machine in Phuket. Works perfectly fine. Did not withdraw cash hence no idea. Got activated in 6 hours time. If younwant to top up the forex card Mr vibek will do it and on thomas cook app no option to top up with THB
