We've been with Uniservice for facility management, and it's been a game-changer. Their team is proactive, responsive, and always goes the extra mile. Our facility has never been better managed!

A long review, but thats how our experience with Uniservice has been. If anything, it was extremly pathetic, to the say the least - deploying non-competent staff, instances of data fudging by the onsite staff to siphon fund, misrepresentation of documents, lack of systems, processes, checks and controls on the part of the management, non-responsive and callous attitude of the facility manager and his staff. The reason a residential colony engages the services of a facility management agency is so that things can be managed by a professional team and the residents can live comfortably; and we were no exception when we engaged with Uniservice about four years ago. But things ended up exactly opposite. Fraud doesn't happen in a days time nor are they traced overnight. They start small and gradually become big. That's exactly what happened with us. And when the Society office bearers unearthed their malicious activities, the scale and magnitude was appalling - lack of technical expertise completely damaged the STP system, lighting system in the courtyard area were damaged at multiple places and a very shoddy patch work was done, compromising on the safety of the residents. Facility Manager recording incorrect working hours (despite not being on site). Improper and incorrect documentation of maintenance registry. The list can go on. Other residential colonies may have had a different experience with Uniservice, but we had a harrowing time. Suffice to say that, given our busy lives managing our personal and professional priorities, it is in the least of our interest to pull the plug against a facility management agency if things were going right. But we had to.
