I was initially skeptical going through an agent for a visa. But they are good at what they do and are upfront about the price and timeline. Ms. Mary patiently guided us with documents required, filling the form and prompt mailing of the visa on time. In fact, she waited beyond office hours as we were running around to get some documents.
For Singapore, it is best to apply right when the 30-day window starts (25-30 days before travel).

Bangalore branch, Gayathri and Team is the best and will be my first preference for my and my family visa needs, My family last visa for Singapore twice in two year was done by UVS Bangalore and they really took care of it.

But.for Chennai Egmore branch -

Unfortunately, not a great service on Pricing part.
I reached out to UVS Bangalore for Thai Visa and they redirected me to Chennai branch Vasu -, he said they will do it send the docs.
Paid 450 for Blue dart and sent.next day vasu after checking docs said they need My marriage certificate also, Now due to some personal reason we have not got applied MC and we asked to send the docs back as this moment we do not have MC.if they ask Aadhar or VC or Joint Bank passbook even family card, i would have submitted but no other option else that MC.but the shocker was vasu asked 1000 on his Gpay where 500 for courier charges and 500 for document checking & advice.we have used UVS services in Bangalore before and they are really good but something wrong in Chennai Egmore branch, i had no choice else than paying as our passport and other docs were with Vasu and we cant risk our docs so paid.but really not a service i was expecting. Even we spent day night to earn money but there are people who thinks money grew of tree for us.but as a service - Vasu was available always when called over phone though he missed to give me AWB even after asking so many times and did not return my doc folder which i sent.
500 for Docs checking is too much.paid 500 for nothing actually

We applied for our Singapore visa here, and with in 2 days got approved and it was in my email. They are really very fast and proactive. Which includes best charges in market. Mary helped us right from form filling. She was very proactive in making sure that the pics we are submitting are as per norms. Very good experience over all.

Terrible service. They are completely unprofessional. No courtesy to even explain the process or update the status.
Giving 1 star as the system requires at least that to be able to post this.

Whoever I spoke to did not have to courtesy to even listen to me properly, let alone offer a solution. Very rude.

This doesn't deserve even 1star. Pathetic services. It has been more than 2 weeks that I got in touch with a service provider. The person said an email will be sent that I have STILL NOT received! Meanwhile phone calls are not received. Tried reaching a different person who transferred the job to another lady who hasn't responded either. If it takes more than 15days for a preliminary email to be sent, God knows how long they would take for completing the process.

More importantly, they do not show genuine interest or in other words professionalism! As if they are doing an act of charity, they expect the customer to be constantly pleading them. It is sure frustrating to be after someone requesting so many times and the work is not even done.

Please please don't go to this place. Go to other service provider even if they charge 200-300 RS more. Here you might end up paying double fees of visa because first time they will end applying with wrong information or dates. It took me 1 month to get the Singapore visa which is apparently e-visa and should be there in 2-3 working days. PLEASE DON'T GO. I think they should hire some professional people who can at least talk in English. You are providing visa for abroad and your staff doesn't know how to talk in English.
