It's been very good service from the care diagnostic centre and the man who came to visit me was Mohammed Moin who had the good patience to treat and was good service by him. Thanks to him and the care diagnostic centre

Worst hospital and careless doctors ever seen in my career.charged 800 for priscription and medicine for just normal fever and headache without injection.
Wll got that medicine for just 100 outside

This hospital has the worst management and it looks like they are running with minimal staff. It's not organized at all. There is scam going at the hospital, one of relative visited hospital for echo test and when they about to head to reception to pay the bill, a guy (looks like outsider) comes and says I am the hospital staff and I am responsible to take care of billing please handover the money and receipt to me. The moment we handover the person runs away with the money.
When asked to hospital management for the footage they say footage is not clear and it might be some outside person.and they asked to pay half the amount again and then handed over the report.

As an hospital they should proper procedures and should patients in this case of issues instead of asking money from the patients.

Sisters are very good at caring n they are friendly while communicating they are very kind hearted about patients and sorry about my disturbance at midnight to all staffs of unity life line. Tq for a excellent treatment and tq for all doctors who have cared a lot and tq for unity life line hospital

The doctors are fine here. If any day this hospital goes out of business it will be because the reception staff and management is horrible. They don't pick or return calls. The phone number provided here is functional sometime and non functional sometime.

Edit1 - Upon practo search I found same Doctor MOHAN J at BIRDS which is at Nagarbhavi and consultation charges are also Rs 200 less.

This hospital is on the main road but definitely doesn’t qualify for the ratings given by many.

There will be no value for emergency! My daughter was down with dengue and she was to be admitted immediately but they took more than an hour to start the treatment - No beds available!? I felt it was like second wave of COVID when they stated - No beds! I had to get paediatrician recommendation for it!

But what about people who come on emergency…? Patients cant be shifted from hospital to hospital when the lives are in danger! As a helpless mother, I just had to wait as there was no option…!

Rooms - TV doesn’t work, no curtains, no locks and it is not clean either! The nurses or staff just barge in without knocking the door…How poorly trained - isn’t the basic manners? There is wifi facility but the administrative staff out rightly deny you.

Definitely not worth the money for the services given!

one of the worst hospital that if u have tiredness or some normal health issues, this doctor will make u to get admitted in hospital, if the patient is having sugar and BP with lower sugar rate they will get admission and say have to absorve the patient conditions till we discharge there may be cells damage that this nonsense he will said and all with continuous glucose drips if the patient is in normal condition also, they asked to get the urine sample we have given the sample which no one has taken that for testing, if u r having health insurance they will discharge u on time, if the patient is not having health insurance, the same so called doctor will not confirm the pakka time to discharge to grab one day bed charges, he said will change the sugar tablets don’t give this it’s highly dosage who given omg something and all he said while the patient was admitted, but at last aft discharge said to come for blood checkup, done and aft seeing report said continue with u the same tablet.

Be aware frm this, best to get treatment in government hospitals nowadays, never fall for fancy hospitals like this.

This hospital doesn’t qualify for the single star ratings also.

Worst consultation and they are making money by giving wrong suggestions.

Excellent Service and given keen interest to take care of chemotherapy patients. All sister and brothers are very good in providing timely service and particularly with old 3rd Floor twins sharing Ward's. We are very happy with the timely hospitality provided by the staff.

Rating one star is also not worthy. Please rethink if you are getting admitted here. We consulted Dr. Girish who was good and provided treatment however the supporting doctors such as the person who does endoscopy is rude and judgemental, thinks he is superior and has know it all attitude. Staff is not at all friendly. Please refer Gurushree Hitect Hospital.we liked the treatment and their way of treating paitents.

One of the worst hospital I had seen in my life.
Because there lab reports data are fake and not accurate they make negative report to positive to make fear on patients and insist them to admit to their hospital.
There semi private ward is worst than general ward of other hospitals, no proper curtains, No fans, and for 8 patients and 8 patients attendees in semi private ward only two toilets. And it is not hygiene at all.
Too overcharged for their service provide, it's like low level and low quality services but high/standard rate they fixed to make them as standard hospital.

The medical store named Trust of this hospital is fully cheating the patients, some medicines even though available, they will not give to patients, they demand high prices for medicines more than MRP, when it is urgently required to patients. Pls take action against of these medical store for demanding higher price than MRP rate.

My mother suffers from the fever
We took her to Unity Hospital
The fever did not stop for Monday to Friday.
He could not determine the cause of the fever.

There was no injury to the lungs at the time of admission.
Said to be discharged on Friday.

Friday at 10: 30 p.m.
for the time of discharge 75 percent infection covered for lungs.finally they said admit to a different hospital at 10: 30 pm.
So, what have they treated.we spent 45000 for this.please dont go here compare to this gvt hopital is best choice.

My mother-in-law had low Hemoglobin.
Diagonistic person told to consultant doctor immediately and they said it’s a emergency.
So we decided to go as it was near by to diagonistic Center.

We rushed, but hospital staff or doctors are so unprofessional.

Shocking was Duty doctor was chewing Jarda/Kutka.

They didn’t arrange or asked us to arrange blood even after seeing the patient for 5 Hrs.

When we followed up multiple times they give bed and blood arrangement. They have slips to go for blood collection from the blood bank.

It is worst experience.
DON’T expect good service from this Hospital.

I got admitted this hospital because I had injury in my spinal cord. I reached hospital around 9pm they responded quickly and put me through x ray and MRI within 2 hr and they explained very well about what actually happened n how they can cure and all.especially Dr. Suprith Dr. Jagadeesh Dr. Girish had taken special care.
I'm satisfied with the treatment, hospitality, staff response. Moreover doctors response they used to visit oftenly n got feedback from me.how I'm feeling n all. Thank you members of unity lifeline hospital for giving me such a good treatment and care.
