Uptown Bajaj (SERVICE)

Hi all did an engine overhaul of a bike that's not in production but the Manager Mr Sujith and his team of mechanics did a great job. Was an expensive affair hope that whatever is done will pay off. Overall been a good experience, trusting that it will be reciprocated with the riding experience henceforth. Would suggest anyone having major issues with their bike to visit this store. Thanks.

I have given my bike for general service and to charge the battery, quote was provide for ~10,000 where as bike was running perfectly fine without any major issues. After denying for service they said will do general service which they just screwed it again by saying battery has to be replaced however charged 850+ as service charges in the bill including battery charging charges. Immediately went to nearby battery shop and revalidated the battery and with charge the battery was working fine. Never go to the showroom for service.

I am totally feed up with That technical Team and then Mr Sujith take over the service in-charge now my Bike is good I am very thank full to Mr Sujith and team.

Don’t go there they will loot you and my vehicle got complaint after they serviced they will charge extra amount where the labour don’t know what is that iteam in the bill they will add so many extra iteams.very bad customer service also they broke my bike parts nuts are missing and they don’t have any responsibility to fix that he will call you to take the bike and to do thé payment don’t go there for service.

Recently I had purchased NS 250 which met an accident, and given to uptown for service, on Dec 04, and till date the service guys don't know which parts is damage and need to procure. As they are authorised dealer of Bajaj, they don't have minimum spare parts with them and every thing need to order and have to wait till it comes and again they will order again need to wait. Any time we call they say we had ordered that part, this part and we will give you with in a week. They even don't know which all parts actually required and to get those parts in one shot and to fix it in proper position and to handover to customer. Just they are playing with the customer feelings.
If they are not in a position to repair the vehicle in required time, they why they need to open such service shop. They thinking that bike not get serviced who will ask them. Till we don't know how many days they keep my bike with them and will get serviced. Regarding charges, there is no limit for it. Quotation provided for 60 k and don't know how much will charge final bill.

I had given by bike for service and engine assembly was not done properly, as consequence engine oil was started to leak. Also break lights senser was not connected, for one service two time i have revisited.

Best service from this Service centre and they are suggesting good things to customers to maintain the vehicle after service. Mr. Suhel is good at helping nature and he will explain details of problems in vehicle and resolving the same. Really am satisfied after servicing my bike.

Wonderful service given by uptown bajaj staff i like there way explaining about the bike i dont think other these people no One Wil give good service to the customer

They charged me around 1000 rupee as labour charge then addition 1666 (This is correct but more labour charge) They wasted a lot of time.labours see phone and wasting time.
It's your harden money please don't go there they will loot ur Money.

It's only lip service.they do not fit back seats nut bolts etc properly. The mechanics do not seem professional at all.
My bike seat was not fitted back properly.
Next time one but was missing and seat rear nut was not screwed in properly. Owner may be good. But unprofessional n untrained basic mechanics.
Don't seem to have proper service SOP.
My digital dial also malfunctioning after service.so fed up that I didn't even go back to complain. It's hopeless.

I had been here to buy a spare part for my bike, which he didn't have, but he had someone get it there within half an hour. Appreciate the service center going the extra mile to deliver the product.
