Thank you for calling me today and a few days ago.
But i would like to really inform you that the app is really frustrating as any customer cannot reschedule according to his/her convenience.
Also you people randomly select a date of service without even checking with the customer if it's convenient for them.

That way, the app is really horrible and not at all a customer friendly approach.

Also there is no way to put any feedback about the company, service or any other issues in any form in the app.

My questions:
if the first service is on Dec 26, How is the second service on Jan 23rd and third on Feb 20?
Even your customer service people are not able to answer this question
Where can I post my comments/reviews about the service or the app, or the company?
First time the service time was given for a good few hours, second time it was only 3 hours, and because he was not able to complete it in 3hours, he was telling me that his second job got cancelled because of me.

After all these, he makes sure that I give a rating of 5, otherwise he will not get any job later.

I had a very bad experience. Had hired UC for complete house cleaning only to find out the next day that one expensive Marshal Speaker was stolen by the boys. After a complaint to UC, it was retrieved. After two days, I again found that an expensive perfume bottle was missing and now UC could not retrieve it. They have asked me to go to the police, because they don't have a policy to deal with something like this. In s.ort, when these guys come home for any services, the company are not responsible for things that go missing I feel. Be carefull while using their services

Friends be carful while paying money, some are cheating, they take your money and run away.

This is today's Harassment experience with Urban Company (Laxmi Kanth Plumber), he reached house and checked everything. We did not satisfy with his quotation, he asked to cancel the booking. We cancelled the booking on top of that he demanded extra charges, also he called us Bekar. He talked very rudely and scolded in hindi. Sharing his photo, I could not reach urban company team as booking is cancelled.

Please take action against him so that others wont trap into his behaviour. Please look at his attitude and poster.

Never go for painting services from urban clap. They cheated me of my hard earned money. They gave a quote of 34 k for painting 1 room and bathroom - when I was not interested, they reduced to 28 k and assured they will not compromise on paint quality but at the time of painting indeed used lower quality paint. When I raised this issue, they apologized but no refund or cost adjustment.

I Had one of the most horrible experiences from UC. While cleaning the water tank the service professional broke the tank and the solution from UC is unbelievably bad. Trying to negotiate the price of tank which is worth 10k + transportation + plumber charges to replace the unit etc needs to be borne by me for availing a service of 2000rs and on top of that no refund! How far can you stoop UC.extremely annoyed and unhappy with your service and your response to problem created by your professional who comes with a service guarantee.feels like a SCAM and reporting you to consumer court if no proper solution is processed.

Booked for platinum service house cleaning. 1 hour post cleaning, the guys left abruptly stating they cannot do further. The hurried way they went, we weren’t even sure if all items were safe. No response from Supervisor

We had asked for kitchen cleaning. And the personal came and told that the completely covered utility cum kitchen area which was once a balcony they will not clean. He asked us to cancel the appointment which we did and contacted the Ccare. They told that they will send another personal who again refused the same.
We cannot book it as balcony as it has shelf’s and one trolley.
My kitchen being just 2m long only was renovated to include this portion. I have only 2 trolleys in my kitchen. One more I included in utility.
They are useless.and deny it straightaway.they should put sq. Ft wise cleaning and more options or else it will be difficult for those who hv combinations.

Absolutely pathetic service by Urban company it's partner and it's customer care.

We booked a sofa cleaning and right after we had this bad smell coming from sofa. We complained immediately and instead of providing any expert advice the customer care, Mr Ankit Kumar refused to acknowledge the issue and instead asked me to book another cleaner.

I eventually called for another cleaner but in the morning I again received a call from Urban company saying that our partner cannot do anything about the smell and the cleaner also eventually cancelled.

I'm not stuck here with bad smell with no solution from Urban company. Everyone especially Mr. Ankit Kumar have been extremely unhelpful.

As a follow up, the customer care in public gives an impression of being helpful but in-person they are ineffective and unaccommodating. Clearly, my sofa is ruined and Urban company is not bothered.

My advice, its better to call someone from outside and not Urban company. They only know how to make money

Abysmal services, booked the home cleaning services, the cleaning person was very annoying and was grumbling about everything in the house. The person came with bare minimum tools and did not look professional at all. Did not expect this from Urban Company who have marketed themselves as a professional services company. Disappointing.

There customer care is non-existent. They do n't have a customer care phone no and it is difficult to chat with them. For starting chat, Urban company asked for professional id and I did n't know how to get that no. Only way is probably to send an email to them and wait for response.

I wanted to avail a service from their website. However i had some queries prior to booking. While i was trying to search their customer care number, to my surprise i soon realised that they havent given any contact number.

This is really annoying and disappointing. They are just trying to play a safe game by limiting communication with customers.

I then switched to Just dial and went with their service.

You shld be confident about ur service, if yes why wldnt u share a customer service number.

Faizan and his team did a superb job for fixing the water proofing and painting at home. They also completed the grouting for the bathroom. They were competent and covered all the areas that were problematic. Thank you! Would recommend.

This was for sofa cleaning. Rahidul did a great job. Only issue was that the stains did not really come off.

I booked chimney cleaning fromUrban company. The person Boltu is very patient and did very neat work. Followed all norms. Very happy with his service.

It is simply waste of money. I have booked empty home cleaning for 3000 rupees. From the time I booked, they keep telling this is extra money and other is extra money etc, Workers also hurry in leaving. I booked for 8.00 slot.they cam 10.30 after follow up. Very bad experience. I booked an electrician for washing machine repair. The visit has been rescheduled and still the technician has not come.

Even the customer support doesn't respond on time and they keep saying it will get sorted but it doesn't.

We had hired a service for house deep cleaning and they were very dedicated, kind, humble. Fantabulous work by the team of Harish. Really impressed with their dedication for work

We had booked for premium deep cleaning package for 3bhk. Team led by ajith did their work so professionally, I am impressed. I never thought deep cleaning services can be so hassle free.thanks to the whole team.

Tried booking for tv repair service. Kept getting message saying. Professional not available. Urban company is all glamour no subtstance. Disappointed and will never avail their service.

Booked for washing machine repair, one Mr MD Shah Azam came took the machine operating board for repair. Came back the same day evening tried to fix it but did not work. Took the board for re repair, no response post that. I had to give him a call to find out if the same can be fixed today. Then response was it can not be fixed. Why it took 24 hours to day so he should have been proactively informed about the same.
Pathetic service. Awaiting for the operating board return not sure when!

It's too much expensive.before coming to service customer has to get approximate price.this should be form company side.

Rajendra Thapa is good in work and he has completed his work nicely. He is gentle and very polite.

One of the worst experiences ever. I had booked my service for saturday at 11am and no beautician was assigned and they hardly bother to resolve it. Disgusting attitude and they have been very unprofessional. They kept promising me that they will call but no response. Very irritating. I am never going to book any more services with them. Horrible experience

Carpenter came home on Saturday, took measurements and gave quote. Today, Monday, he returned part of the money and said can't do the work.

My Washing machine was making a lot of noise. The company service people told me it was beyond repair.
I called UC because I wanted a second opinion.
And the service person told it can be repaired.
I got it done and the machine is working perfectly now.
I am really impressed and happy with the UC service.
Definitely would recommend.

Pathetic Customer Service
I have dropped around 6 mails with proof that your app has some problem. Instead of resolving the issue they give new info which are totally unrelated to the problem. Customer service takes at least 2 reminder mail to get their response, that too with useless points. This is a startup with hugely confused Customer service team and poor result

Washing Machine IFB -Person promptly came, has opened machine, left open and left with panel board and missing. Not receiving calls. IFB people want to repair but Uc company looks like fraud.

I don't recommend UC to anyone (even my enemy), this plumber is created lot of additional damage instead of identifying real problem / cause. I paid 768 (468+300) rs for drainage clogging and its not fixed completely. When I escalated they simply accepting mistake and trying to close ticket, not processing any refund. Professional itself canceled booking when I paid by cash. It's totally worst service and money wasted. Now, we have to fix all sunk cover and cement damage created by UC people, which is worth around 3500rs. I don't want to waste my energy otherwise i
would have filed a case

Rashika Thapa.was a thorough professional. Was masked up and kept sanitizing all the time.and left the place spotlessly clean. She also did an amazing job of all the beauty services I had asked for.
Spending on Urban Company and their professionals is worth every rupee. Far far better than any big brand salons one might go to.that too in the convenience of your home.

He spilled water over my LED mirror and now after 3-4 days it’s not working. The person said he is not aware that it was an LED mirror and claimed themselves as professional. When i called customer care they said warranty is for 3 days only and the person is denying it and when asked the person to put on call the person started stammering. This is a group of scammers, never go to Urban Clap - there are mang other vendors who provides better service in lesser price.

Had a very bad experience with urban company. I scheduled a deep tissue therapy massage via urban company for 2nd October 4pm. They charged me Rs 1900 for a 90 mins massage. Assigned a masseuse by the Name Saritha. First of all, on the day on booking there was no message/call from the masseuse. At 4pm when I didn’t see any update from urban company, When I opened the app and the appointment was cancelled mentioning I didn’t respond on the confirmation message Sarita sent in the app at 12pm. When I tried calling the masseuse, she lied that I didn’t pick her call just disconnected! Is this the way you treat customers Sarita/urban company? Firstly, nowhere in the terms and conditions is it mentioned that customer needs to confirm the booking. Secondly, considering Saritha is telling the truth, no one can guarantee on network coverage so she should have dropped me a message. Without making any effort, she cancels it and then disconnects my call. Request everyone who is planning to book a massage in future, please don’t book Saritha. Not because she cancelled the booking but she acted very unprofessional and incompetent! No value of customers time. The booking was made under a different email address.

Sad experience with Deep Cleaning of my home in Electronic City 1, Bengaluru. Left the job incomplete in the rooms and kitchen. Spoiled the kitchen drawers.

Before posting about job.plz give more details about payment.some people will be coming from other cities with less money.plz don't waste their time and money

The guy told us compressor was not working. Later when power and voltage was fine, fridge worked properly. Because of his mistake we bought another fridge and had to keep the old one for 3 days until someone bought it. Wasted our money. Don't send such low experienced mechanics.

Worst company, they are all scamsters. Please think 100 times before you take their horrible services. They only harass their partners and the customers are never satisfied. I wish this company shuts down

Pathetic service.our painting work is getting delayed because of miscommunication between survey team and painting team. It's left half done.someone from the Urban company should interfere and get this sorted.but they are totally reluctant.

Such a bad service. I will never recommend Urban Clap for Bangalore
location. We have booked for room deep cleaning for 3 pm afternoon and at 5 pm evening they called to refused for the duty. They will take whole amount in advance and after that its up to them if they will come or not on time.

I had very bad experience twice. They have the expensive service called as Luxe and they send good experienced professionals but charge u a lot and i was ok to pay to get good service but twice u got professionals who’re not greatly skilled the first one was so horrible she stole the products that i paid for and was busy on her phone all the time and the second one did such bad upper lip and waxing that she ripped my skin off my face n arm it’s so bad. I complained to UC about this they’re not taking any action not trying to even understand what’s the problem I’m facing they’re not even sending me an email so i can share the pics with them

Was a regular customer using service for some of the repair works which worked out well. However made a wrong decision to try new services choose services like cleaning sofa. They damaged the sofa set with their equipments. But even after trying to raise the issue immediately they didnot care.pathetic service and customer care.

This platform is a very convenient for getting all odd jobs including cleaning of part of existing house which I had opted to. Assessment of the quality/quantity of work is difficult and leaves much more to be desired especially in cases where one is unable to quantify the work. With standard applicable rates, Video consultation is insufficient for understanding the scope of work. This forces one to accept whatever work is carried out as there is no independent inspection of the work carried out which, in my opinion, is very unprofessional.

Overall a good beginning and wishing all the best for the future.

Purifier was serviced recently and it not functioning again looks like poor quality of filters are used.service required as it's still under warranty period

I booked a Chimney Repair and Cleaning services from Urban Company.
The technician visited and informed that he needs to take the Chimney with him for repair. Next day he called and informed that they do not have the spare part required to service the Chimney. Chimney was sent back.
UC Refunded after Two Weeks upon repeated follow ups.
How if
1. The technician would have discussed with customer the make and model of the product and found out whether the product can be supported or not, thereby sparing effort and time.
Looks like UC is only an aggregator without any control on the quality of service and service experience of its customers!

2nd Experience
Hired and electrician who kept on changing the schedule for the day finally shifting it to next day again not to arrive for the work.
Don't expect these folks to respect customer time and their commitment.

I had the worst experience with this company. You get assigned professionals, which you cannot choose. Spare parts rate is one and off times higher rate compared with the online rate. In future i never ever choose this company. I paid for charges 199 rupees. Company didn't repay my money. Dont choose this kind company.

Cheater organisation and they cheater technician too. It’s been a week now we had booked technician for geyser repair. That cheater fitted some defective part took 2000/- rupees without giving us Any receipt …and there was short circuit and our geyser went out of order. We again called him up and after two days he showed his face and took away that part of the geyser and said he will get the part from Chickpet. Alas! He is neither picking up his phone nor is he responding. The moment we open our taps in our washroom water lickage starts happening. We can’t use the washroom too. We have been trying to reach this Cheater Urban Company but they too don’t respond.

Such a horrible experience. They are trying to cheat the customers by quoting a huge amount to mix the washing machine. Their engineers are very unprofessional not giving proper details. Initially I was told the shaft needs to be changed and then later they said gear box need to be changed. They also mentioned the shaft and the gear box is the same. Making fool of the customers. Never ever go with their service. I will approach the consumer court against this company. Pathetic

I had the worst experience with this company. You get assigned professionals, which you cannot choose. They came to my house to do deep cleaning. They didn't do the cleaning properly (in fact they claimed to have cleaned things such as fans and windows that they didn't even touch). Then they damanged the kitchen wall and stained the house floor with acid. Urban company is doing nothing about this. Use this app and their shady services at your own risk!

I have booked a carpenter initially and thought that it was reliable to do so in this platform. Turned out I was wrong. The carpenter never showed at the time scheduled. Today, I tried again for a video consultation for my refrigerator since it stopped functioning. Again, I don't know why I even bother to use this platform. Stop taking customers' details and not deliver on the promise. Worse servicing platform ever!

I booked a cleaning service after making the payment:
1) Their partner called me the day before to say he will not be able to make it time since he is assigned a job in the outskirts of the city. I had to reschedule it due to my schedule and knowing they can run late.
2) I rescheduled and did not get any other partner assigned
3) Tried their call centre where they said I’ve been assigned a new partner manually but it’s not reflecting in the app due to some glitch
4) I lost my money and no service was delivered at the end of the day
5) This is a shameless company and you should stay away from them.

I booked for the painting service. Paint color delivered wrongly. I raised nearly 10 queries and no one responded. Really annoying.

They did not maintain timings. Did not bring any ladder of other equipment to reach fans etc. The work was not done satisfactorily. The curtains were not cleaned. The list goes on. So better while booking ensure that service provider has good reviews.

The bathroom cleaning service is pathetic. Constant requests for a redo and a call back was not heeded to. I paid to get the hard water stains removed but after the service the stains remain and new white patches have been added. The words " we value our customers" is a bogus. They don't care. Will never recommend urban company to anyone.

Booked for women haircut. There is no option to select female professional.the sent a male professional.had to reschedule.there is no customer care number to call and check. Bad customer service.

I am very dissatisfied with this company. I have no feedback about Urban Company Pest Control as they were SO Poorly managed we never got to that stage. For a big company, they should really be ashamed of themselves, they have damaged our property, every day a new person calls apologize and give TOT, fed up of attending calls and telling same story knowing they won't resolve this. The isurance what they claim for property damage is all false, fooling people's. Worst experience.
