Today I travelled in USEDRIVE cabs which is facilitated with cheap and the best affordable cost with adept experienced customer care friendly driver who respected customer's with pleasing voice and meticulous driving through out journey without wry. So that I could not find any fatigue and irksome and wearisome because of driver's smiling talk. Also, I have never found Rs. 12 per km for ONE WAY trip any where in Tamil Nadu except in bangalore that too in USEDRIVE CABS which caters to the needs of outstation customer's with good samaritan service that is highly appreciable besides the madamji's mellifluous voice to instil customer's fidelity is highly commendable. Hence, I rated FIVE STAR status for Usedrive Cabs.

Fraud service provider.they don't own any fleet but just a middle man, taking bookings and passing it to vendors on which they have no control.
1. Our TT stopped mid way due to a technical glitch, when contacted the company, they asked us to drop an email! Thanks to the driver who managed to get it fixed with his personal help and acquaintances.

2. The OTP for confirmation of meter reading on start and end never reached me. Not sure why are they all this drama of being organised.

3. At the end of trip, the driver was asking for a different rate for extra km than what was agreed with me. They were demanding for driver bata as well which was not agreed while booking.

4. I had booked a separate cab for which they were not able to provide till late and then cancelled. Still awaiting refund of that.

Try to avoid these scamsters.

Had a very bad experience after booking cab from pondicherry to chennai. They took advance, shared booking voucher, & when I asked for the car details a day before travel date, they told don't worry sir we will give you by night. At night at last hours (as I hv to start at 5 Am for chennai airport) they told me they r not getting any cab.we booked another cab through the hotel in which we were staying. They have not even refunded our booking advance inspite of many reminders. Every time they give same reply sir we have given this to our accounts department they will proceed refunds.

Excellent service from usedrive, cabs arrived ontime and very supportive driver, no hidden charges, well maintained cab, just improve on GPS tracking

I had book cab from Use Drive Cabs for a 4 day trip from Bangalore to pondicherry and mahabalipurm.
Cab was neat and clean. Billing was very transparent.
Gokul was the Driver and he is very polite, skilled and professional driver.
I would recommend Use Drive cabs.

The highlight of the booking was Mr. Abdul who was assigned to us, He is very good in driving and he didn't get irritated because during was journey from Bangalore to Tirupathi we didn't stop anywhere as we wanted to reach early, very professional, very well spoken, amazing at his work. Worst cab service ever, driver cancelled at last moment, waited whole night for the cab, no one picked the call from their end. Don't use their services at all, they will even make you cry for your refund.

While the driver was really a nice person and very helpful, the vehicle was not in such great condition. It was old vehicle which looked like it needed maintenance. And it was definately not the vehicle which i was shown on WhatsApp. Otherwise a professional driver and fast responding company. Overall good experience except for the vehicle condition

5 ****** for taxi driver.

But Taxi provided MARUTI DESIRE was not at all good, since service providers were aware that we are traveling for LONG DISTANCE of 1800Km with the family, the taxi was not clean and has old and useless music system inside, we didn't enjoy inroad journey during the travel.

Amazing service by Shajeer. He is a great professional and an amazing gentleman. He made our travel very smooth and hassles free.
