Excellent service by the staff and very good treatment by the Dr Uday Kumar Shetty who's always polite and patient in treating any health issues of the patient. Staff Nandhini and Deepa who always be in the front office in resolving the issues patiently and understands the patients requirements. Keep up the good work and continue it. Thank you

Literally my first review on Google. Service was BAAAAD! I Was made to wait for 1 hour to see the doctor. No proper procedures or system. People who came after me were let in.

They take payment before seeing the doctor so that we don't walk away waiting!

The Receptionist is very rude she acts as if she is the main point of contact and does not have common basic ethics how to speak and pathetic if she continues it will spoil the reputation of the hospital.

0 zero star hospital. Doctor will be on call all the time and give the un wanted medicines and injections and then if the patient gets serious due to there mistake they ll try hard to resolve it as soon as possible & reception staff's r over attitude, un professional doctor and staff's.don't risk your life here.

Worst hospital. Very money minded. Always asks us to take unnecessary tests. Things were better when it was a clinic. From the time it changed to a hospital, they have become money minded. Day care is as expensive as a big hospita but cleanliness and treatment is not at par. Not worth it.

Okay service. The doctor is always on the phone. Takes more than 30 minutes go 1 consultation. Receptionist has too much of attitude. Need to improve a lot in cleanliness.

I'm ready to pay my bill but the way you cheat people by giving unwanted 5 injections and tablets and taking the remaining tables and reselling it this will never happen in any other hospitals, one of the worst hospital and reply from a unprofessional staff's/ doctors. In simple words God is watching you

The reason I give only 2 starts is because of the way a nurse gave me an injection and it became a big lump. Instead of giving it on my back she injected it on my hip and its so big and painful that I'm not able to stand, sit or lie down. Plz do keep nurses who know how to give injection coz this is just not right. People come to get cured and relief from pain and here u'll add it up even more. What kind of nurses are working at this hospital! Plz don't do service just for money but really help people.

The doctor is good.but receptionist is not good they will be in there own world.and they speak roughly to the patients and attenders.but all the facilities of hospital are good.

Saved my mom in law by guiding us to get her heart surgery done immediately and he suggested the best cardiologist and hospital.even now during lockdown by mom was critical ill immediately suggested us good medicine and she is fine. I recommend him anytime

One of the worst hospital. Doctor is not well qualified.medicines which he prescribes are all local medicines which u get only from his pharmacy. He has opened this hospital only to make money. I recommend dont go to this hospital if u really love ur family.

Front office diligently should have record of every Consulting patient coming IN

Shockingly, twice i had experienced. Front office are not aware or do not have records of my mother's visit to doctor between 7.30-9.30 pm on 26th Nov.i was about to lodge missing complaint with local police.surprisingly.my mother was inside Dr's consultation room more than 20 mins along with 2 other patient. And front office is not aware of this.

Worst hospital please dont go here receptionist is always on the phone with personal calls and right next to her there is a doctor room short guy fair he is a doctor he also spends time for unwanted things and they act as though we are doing a favor for and getting treated for free when we pay money
