I Would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care your team provided throughout my pregnancy till delivery.

Our first appointment with Gynecologist Dr Usha was very promising. With her kind gesture, smile and knowledge she answered all our huge listed questions very patiently. Throughout the journey, she ensured proper scanning and monitoring. Her expertise and professionalism truly made a significant difference in my experience. She made me confident enough for this journey by boosting my Confidence.

I was diagnosed with Intrahepatic cholestasis (ICP) at 34 weeks. With no panic she and Dr Srihari made me understand the situation. With their expertise & decision towards the mother and baby’s safety, I had a pre-term delivery at 35 weeks.

My baby boy was admitted to the NICU for a week which was handled by Dr Chaitra. She is one of the finest Pediatricians. She is extremely understanding, and knowledgeable. She answers all our queries to satisfaction and never recommends unnecessary tests or medicines. She guided us with the best practices, and treatment for the baby at each step.

I extend my heartfelt thanks to the NICU staff – Sister Suni, Chanchala and the team. They played a crucial role in hard times. Their unwavering commitment to the well-being of the newborn baby was truly remarkable. They were very cooperative, supportive & well-trained in Neonatal care. They explained and made me learn about KMC (Kangaroo Mother Care). The NICU team have left an imprint of kindness and compassion on our hearts. Thanks for taking care of my baby like your own.

Special thanks to Dietician and nutritionist Dr Shiva Shankari for guiding me with diet and nutrition planning before, during and after pregnancy. Her supervision of diet played an important role in curing ICP. My report turned out normal, else had to go through a minor surgery of liver after 6 months.

As this was my first pregnancy and had challenges in feeding and latching, the hospital also provided lactation counselling by Dr Smitha Thomas. Her expertise in Childcare and Lactation is appreciable. She explained to me about benefits of breastfeeding and assisted me with massages, diet, and hydration for better supply.

Also thankful to the front desk team. Ms. Hema at the reception helped us with the insurance reimbursement and birth certificate. She helped us throughout the claiming process with a smile.

We shifted to a far place, yet doctors are reachable via phone. Even today if I visit the hospital everyone greets me with a smile and checks for my baby and my health. I feel empowered in every decision made.

Superheroes don’t wear capes; they wear aprons and save us in our hard times. So grateful for your service!

I dint really meet the doctor. However I was disappointed by the behaviour of the security at the entrance. He was very rude to me. Perhaps the first impression itself was bad so I had to return back.

Doctors are very gud & well treated, but reception staff are very worst to handle the patients & guidance with a line very worst in that.

This is a very bad type of hospital, they are very greedy for money, they love money more than people's lives.

Hi everyone I would like to thank the entire team of uv hospital n just love to give a 5 star rating.l had a very serious complication during my pregnancy Dr usha madam handled it very well.she is an expert in the field have a very good hand skills and know when to take a good decision on delivery for the good of both baby and the mother.

I had a preterm delivery of a baby boy at 33 weeks, which was handled by the Dr chaitra and Dr nigaraju and the NICU staff nurses suni, chanchala and gomati very well.they have taken an extremely good care of my little prince and handled my precious love to me.
I am very happy with the front desk team who are very good at their service.felt like a family.
Altogether I had a very good experience at the hospital.

I had good experience in this hospital. Dr. Usha is Very good. Dr. Chaitra is also good. All Nurses and Front desk staff are good. Nurse took care of me and my baby during delivery.

Visiting hospital for the 1st time … Dr Usha is good.only thing disappointing is they run like a government hospital.we have to write name and wait … when patience are less it’s fine but when more ppl r there it’s really annoying.
Don’t know why they don’t work on appointed.

Dr Usha Madam is good. She gives confidence. Getting the birth certificate is difficult. It's been four month and we didn't got certificate yet. Not sure whether the birth registration happened or not. Not communicating properly.

The medication and doctors here are of great quality. But some of the facilities are absolutely horrible. In ₹5000 a/c ward and we literally had to beg the housekeeping services to clean the ward, bathroom and patient's bed. Nurses and sisters are so careless as they don't keep a regular check on the patient. Had to argue and shout to just get them to the ward to help the patient and clean them up.

A small and self contained hospital with diagnostics lab, very caring doctors, para medic and support staff, my mother was admitted here from 16 Jan 2023 to 29 Jan 2023. We have been visiting this hospital since Jan 2020 and I'm at a loss of words to describe the excellent family atmosphere. Strongly recommended for Cardiology, ObGyn, Laparoscopy, Dental and diagnostics.

Dr. Usha Vikranth is the best doctor. A big Thank you to Dr Usha, Dr Parvathi, Hema madam and all staff members. All nursing staff is really good, helpful and very patiently handles patient. We had very good experience here. Maintained well hygiene and cleanliness in hospital. Good food for patients and attenders as well. Positive environment.

I have visited the hospital since the preconception counseling to delivery.
Dr. Usha is an expert at what she does.
They did follow, Golden hour breastfeeding, delayed cord clamping and skin skin. Doc doesn't wait till your due date and tries to intervene as early as 38 weeks even when everything else is normal.
Also they offer prenatal yoga classes.
Diet plan, lactation counseling.

But the sad part was, the nurse was ready with formula feed immediately after delivery even when I was able to feed the baby.
Lactation consultant does not give you full knowledge on breastfeeding and it's consequences if something goes wrong. They should support breastfeeding in a better way.
Not recommended for 1st time moms.

Billing section people did co-operate well to get the insurance claim.

If you are keen on Normal delivery then this place is not for you.staff very carelessly says in normal delivery you would have a cut below now you have it a lil above as if it doesn't make any difference.

Dr Vikranth is a polite, kind and a doctor who has immense patience. The hospital management and staff are well organised people. We had a smooth and hassle free experience in this hospital.

A reasonably priced small hospital with good facilities and courteous staff, experienced doctors and other paramedics support staff.

Dr. Usha is very polite and guides nicely. No unnecessary medication or scans. Very supportive with full of positive vibes. I delivered my 2 child, within 3 days I was discharged. All the staff are very supportive nurses, housekeeping.rooms r near n clean food supplied is also very good. Special mention to the front desk team who help in a hasel free insurance claming. I had opted for package, It might seem like a bit expensive but for the service they provide it is worth it.

Third class, money oriented hospital and doc! I would give zero star if the option was available. The treatment I got done for 500 somewhere else was charged 6500 in the name of package. We paid 6500, when its not getting cured, we went to another doctor and got it done by paying 500Rs. If u r from RR nagar please prefer Sanjeevini Hospital over this hospital. You won't regret.

Usha madam is too good & I rate 5 for her in all aspects, but overall I don't want to rate 5 bcz hospital is not at all supporting cashless insurance at all and we feel billing amount is too costly for the services they provide during the admission period.

Dr. Usha Vikrant is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such cocern and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient! I have been consulting Dr Usha for my pregnancy. She is very responsible, friendly & cool. Doesn’t panic & doesn’t let you also to panic. She handled the deliver of my baby very well. We are very happy with the service & care provided to us at Usha Vikranth hospital by every individual including the Dr, nurses & support staff.

My experience with this doctor recently was really bad. Doctor is money minded and doesn't care for others health. If she gets money it's enough.

Initially she will ask us to do all the tests without even asking what is the exact problem. Later with the reports she will give lots of medicines.

I had been for my pregnancy and delivery to this doctor. Once I was pregnant she had given lot of medicines to me without even telling why it has to be taken. Initially she will ask us to come every month for checkup and post 6th month of pregnancy she will ask us to go every 15 days and at the end once in a week. Each visit costs 450 Rs. The doctor will talk only 2 mins with the patient. The scanning will be done 5 times from the beginning of pregnancy till delivery. Each scanning will cost around 6000 Rs. There will be some type of blood tests done 3 times in whole pregnancy which costs 4000 Rs every time.
There is a package system for delivery, normal delivery it's Rs. 70000 and C section delivery it's Rs. 85000.

Time of delivery:
The doctor asks to get admitted to the hospital 2 days before the due date telling that she will induce pain for normal delivery.
Doctor doesn't even remember that she has asked us to get admitted, she will tell why did you come so early. First day she will apply some gel and waste the whole day telling she will wait for the pain to come slowly, and the pain doesn't come at all that day. Next day morning again she will induce pain. The pain starts slowly and by evening she will shift the patient to labour room. After going through so much of pain and during labour when the baby tries to come out she will panic inside labour room telling baby heart rate is decreased. She will go out where the family members are present and panic infront of them telling that patient and baby both are trying hard to come out but the heart rate of baby is decreasing. In that situation family members will worry and agree for c section delivery. But the sisters inside will be trying hard to push the baby out. Later the doctor will come inside labour room and stop the delivery and shift the patient to emergency operation theatre. She will make the situation so pathetic that people will get scared and go for c section. But the sisters inside the labour room know that there is nothing to panic and the doctor is so money minded. After the c section delivery again we have to stay in hospital for 4 days. Total hospital charges for delivery will go more than 2 lakhs. And you will be affected both physically and mentally.

The person's health is spoiled by this. Doctors are treated as God, but nowadays doctors have become so money minded that they will forget why they have become doctors and just start making money by spoiling others health.
After all this I came to know from many people that they have undergone same situation with this doctor.

If anyone wants to have normal delivery and ready to spend money there are hospitals where they have same package for both normal and c section delivery, which is better option, so that delivery will be normal because if they do c section for the same price it's loss for the hospital. Otherwise government hospitals are also good nowadays where they always do normal delivery.

Please go for second and third opinion if you go near doctor Usha. You might find a far better doctor than her. I always regret on not going for second opinion.

I have written the review hoping this will help many people, so that they don't have to go through same situation and suffer later.

Dr. Usha is a good experienced doctor, she treats patients well but money waste for overall all the unnecessary tests.

Usha madam is best in her area of expertise. Me and my wife were trying to conceive baby, But it was hard with so many factors. Usha madam helped us till the end, Please listen to what she says and follow and you will reach your destination with all her help. And she will tell you the information that is necessary, Do not bother with whatever you read in the internet. Just follow what she says.
And hospital nurses and staff helped us throughout with all the necessary info related to scan and hospital related info.
I would definitely recommend people to go and visit once. And last but not least me and my wife took best decision of our lives to go and visit Usha madam.

Excellent care from doctors and front end staff members. Insurance and billing desk provide very quick and accurate service. They helped a lot in my case to get maximum insurance coverage!
Nursing staff is good, however, if trainee members are there then they have little experience. Else, senior members and permanent nursing staff are very good and take care very well!

I have been visiting here for my pregnancy and I have delivered my baby boy here at Usha Vikrant Diagnostic Centre. I must say this is one of the best and decent hospital in the locality. You get all the facilities here at one place like scanning, lab tests and pharmacy which is plus point during these covid times. Hospital is well maintained, clean and hygiene.
Usha doctor is experienced in her field and treats very friendly. She answers to all your queries and doesnt scare you unnecessarily. She keeps closely monitoring and frequently in case of any issues. I have had a very good experience with her. She was approachable even on calls during my last weeks of pregnancy.
Dr. Chaitra, Dr. Smitha, Hema, nurses and receptionist all are approachable and friendly to all our queries and they have always provided the needed support and guidance accordingly.

My grand daughter was born in this hospital two weeks back. I am happy to share that the experience we had with Dr. Usha Vikrant. She is really is a warm person and extends herself heartfully and thus her presence was really comforting. Cheerfulness and confidence exude from her persona.
The staff in her hospital is also cooperative and well trained.
I must add that the paediatrician. Dr. Chaitra is really patient and answers all our queries to satisfaction.
On the whole, I would recommend this place over any other for all antenatal and perinatal consultation.

Usha mam, One of the Best Doctors, and some of the best staff members who assist you like family members. My wife had a very smooth pregnancy at UV hospital. Totally recommend to everyone staying around RR nagar and surrounding areas.

Doctor is good, very friendly.but highly expensive and the staffs have made false entries so the bill shoot up.everyone shld go through the bill in detail before making the payment. The charges are too high for in patients.very disappointed.
